The annual service was planned in advance with timing and budget carefully explained. It was carried out efficiently, on the timetable planned by a clearly competent technician. The replacement of a vital cylinder was known beforehand to be needed, and its role was clearly explained to me. The clock in the installation was reset to display the correct time. I was assured that all was well with the water purifying machine. The technician was masked and fully complied with the virus regulations. The equipment was purchased in 2005, and I have felt confident with its performance ever since, and also with the maintenance. Undoubtedly, the kit enhances our water quality. Of course the central heating radiators have befitted. A great initial purchase, carefully looked after ever since.

This external unit was fitted in one day after seeing a very compelling scientific demonstration of the benefits to my local hard water supply. The system came with a new dual tap for separate double filtered drinking water. The unit was encased in a neat wooden framed stained box with all pipes protected and internally the equipment was frost protected by insulation pillows. The box top also doubles as a BBQ table layout! Operationally, the water effects were immediate. Drinking/food boiling water had a much cleaner taste. The water felt smooth on the skin, almost soapy, due to the absence of dissolved solids, although essential minerals are introduced after filtration. Water boiled in pans or kettles took approximately two thirds of the time compared to before, saving electricity and gas. Lime scale was reduced across all water outlets around the house, reducing cleaning and saving on chemicals. Most importantly, the dishwasher now requires neither salt or rinse aids with glasses and dishes remaining sparkling. Clothes also felt softer when washed. A highly recommended system from an excellent company and installer. The money benefits are multiple overall, comprising reduced energy bills, and zero or very low outlay on cleaning chemicals.

We had the installation originially done in 2009,. They come once a year to maintian water purifying system (filters). Great start booking with Kelly, the installer rang before arrival which was handy. First thing I noticed, he got out of the van with their PPE, fixed up filters (2-3). Test the water supply to see if its okay. Did a first class Job.

I have had the system for several years now and the difference to the quality of the water is palpable. Kelly in the office is always polite and helpful. Nice to receive a phone call from the engineer to give the time of expected arrival. The engineer, Kevin, who carried out the service this time, was polite, efficient and observed all the necessary procedures required due to the Corona Virus restrictions. The Pure Water People are excellent to deal with in every way - efficient, friendly, helpful and technically superb. All the people I dealt with went out of their way to be as helpful as possible and I would like to mention Kev, the engineer, who found a way to re-fit my system which had been left in a poor state by the people who installed my new kitchen. Also Kelly in the office, who is a pleasure to deal with. Overall they are a great company to work with.

Great before and after service of Silver series whole house purification system

We were not happy with our water, with the scaling up of kettle, taps and shower heads. I didn't like the taste and my skin was always dry and itching. From the sales pitch which revealed why I didn't like the taste of the water to the installation of the system we really felt like valued customers and we still do. Kevin, who installed our system was so efficient and kind and he was obviously very keen to install the system to perfection. There were issues, we were told our water pressure was fine for the system which was not correct but this was resolved at no additional cost to us, there was a drainage issue with the drinking filter but this was very quickly fixed. Kevin who had to travel some considerable distance to us even came a few months later to build a box to surround the pipes outside. Nothing was too much trouble and we get annual calls from the Pure Water Company to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. Since the installation, as well as lovely tasting water which even the dog prefers, there has been no scaling on taps, kettle, shower heads and I would suspect our larger kitchen appliances. My skin is no longer flaky and washing hair and body is like bathing in that gorgeous water you get in Devon or Cornwall. Less soap and detergent used. This is a very reliable and caring company who are determined to give you their very best service.

We have been with this company for 12 years and the benefits of the systems installed and the superb quality of drinking and utility water since, have been well worth the initial set up costs. Organising a yearly service and all necessary filter changes at the same time has always been easy (since we do receive reminders) and the most recently attending engineer (Elliot) was professional, polite and knowledgable. We now require a new 3 way filter tap and we have not hesitated to ask this company to provide and fit (via Kelly) because with The Water People we are confident that we receive the best customer care and attention to detail. Excellent customer focus and we highly recommend.

It is coming up to 10 months since getting my Pure water purification system. The engineer whose name I regret I have forgotten, was excellent at his job. installation was extremely profession and the engineer went above and beyond. Purified water pumping through the arteries of this house have objectively contributed to reduced cleaning product and soap use. Our skin is in better nick. Happy to invest in a long term system to ensure good quality drinking water.

The whole process was reliable and smooth. The staff were professional and friendly. We are pleased to drink pure water and avoid more plastic bottles in the environment. The system is easy to maintain and low cost. The reduction in lime scale has been great in a hard water area. We are using a lot less bubble bath, shampoo and so on. Elliott was a good installation engineer. We are pleased we took the step 9 months ago.

Symptoms - kettle continually scaling up, taps with scale on them, drainer never coming clean and to finally confirm a big problem - our bosch washing machine (only 15 months old) wouldn't empty properly and there was a stale smell inside when we used it. The washing machine engineer came out and found the machine was almost completely scaled up and he advised us that a hard water supply was the cause and rectification cost wasn't included in our warrantee cover (however to help us he did a complete descale). That day we received as part of an area marketing campaign a test-tube with an offer to test our water hardness. I supplied filled tube and within 2 weeks received a call confirming the water was hard and a further appointment booked to do further tests. Being present when the test was done I was shocked to discover the amount of muck in our tap water. A further test demonstrated the benefit of effective cleaning with pure water. We knew that something had to be done and agreed a plan with the agent. Within 2 weeks the installation had been done, all arranged and the work done to high standard by a courteous installation team. Now for the results - in 2 months our old kettle looked as clean as when first used (without any descaling), drainers lost their dull finish and now look shiny and like new, no more problems with the washing machine, baths and shower heads look nice and clean - reduction in cost of materials and fuel makes a saving. Would I recommend? Yes.

The entire process of buying and having this system installed was easy. The installation went like clockwork and was carried out by people that were friendly and knew the product and did an excellent job with no hitches,even returning a couple of weeks later to fit a plinth to the outside enclosure. After seeing what was actually in our water when the various test chemicals were added, we had by then already made our minds up that we wanted this for our house. Our glass kettle is now totally free of limescale & looks as good as the day it came out of the box! The installation was excellent, I was surprised that it was only one chap, but he was very neat & tidy with his work both in & outside the house. I would highly recommend The Pure Water People

After a great demonstration on the water purification system in our house by the salesperson, we agreed to buy the unit. A quick install was booked over the phone and the Elliot the installer arrived on time on the day and explained the whole process of install. Elliot was very thorough and answered all my questions before install. He worked really hard for 5 to 6 hours and finished the install. The install was very clean and Elliot made sure all the rubbish was cleared and cleaned by him. I had nothing to clean after him. I was very pleased with the works carried out by Elliot and I would definitely recommend the company for its product and great customer service. Thank you.

The Pure Water People did an excellent job for us in supplying and fitting our water purification system. It has made a terrific difference to our household. The limescale which had been part of our lives has now been eliminated, together with the need for the whole range of water softening products such as dishwater salt, rinse aid and Calgon in the washing machine. The benefits are greater than I could have imagined. The installation was done efficiently and on schedule. I would recommend the company as being knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a new system installed in Nov 2019 and the fitters arrived on time and explained the process and work to be undertaken before cracking on and completing the install and tidying up after. They succeeded in fitting the unit in our small porch which suited us much better than outside. We noticed some weeks afterwards a leak at the main stopcock which caused no damage but a wet floor under the cupboards. After contacting the company on the out of hours number a fitter/engineer rang us back gave us advice over the phone which temporally stopped the leak. The fitter arrived the next day in the morning and completed a full repair. I have contacted the company several times and on every occasion i was treated as though I mattered and nothing was too much trouble. I was rung recently by customer care dept. asking about our install and our aftercare and was there anything we needed. This is the first time i have ever been contacted by a company after 6 months to make sure everything was okay (which it was). I would recommend the Pure Water System and give the company full marks for their customer care.

Mike arrived to carry out the annual service on our water softener system on time and completed his work in a quiet and efficient manner, keeping me informed throughout. He made sure he maintained a safe distance and wore his IPE at all times. We have had the system now for 14 years and have never had anything to find fault with either the company or its engineers, we are always contacted to arrange the service and kept fully informed about any situation which could affect our appointments. Mike in particular is a credit to both the company and himself with both his demeaner and work ethics.

System was installed by Mike and his assistant who were very polite, professional and efficient in their work. Mike discussed everything with me before proceeding and during the installation. Had a couple of issues (dislodged pipe inside the unit and excessive usage of salt) following the installation which were both resolved by Mike who replaced the unit, quickly and professionally. Unit is working well since . No lime scale, soft water, less shampoo, and cleaning materials all round. We are very satisfied with the system and are happy to recommend this company and their proficient staff to anyone considering water purification in their home.

The agent called Lewis wore his mask throughout his visit minimal contact with myself then carried out all that was required changed filters and disposed of the old ones. worked clean and tidy and the system is working very well. Lewis from Aquatec came yesterday to do my annual service and to install a new tap. We were very pleased to see him especially in the circumstances (The Coronavirus pandemic). He was very informative and efficient and told us things and explained in great detail why we have to do this or that which we appreciated very much. He stuck to all the rules which his company stipulated to keep him and us safe in this dangerous time. Like the AA man Lewis is a very nice man all round.
