Filters were changed and water tested. Maintenance charge and charge for filters were normal. The trader is always helpful over the phone and when they come to maintain my water softener. They say if there is a problem do not hesitate to phone them.

Hi Rhys - EXCELLENT is such a fabulous word to describe your experience with the company and your whole house purification system. Your system must be delivering all of the benefits that we promised, limescale removal, protecting appliances, savings heating water at home,reversing the ageing process of the original damage your hard water caused..... not to forget beautiful pure water to drink and cook with. many thanks.

Elliott was a lovely man and did an excellent job. We only had the system fitted yesterday, so can't comment on the long term. I was rather pricey but feel it is worth it as we have such hard water being on chalk.

The product has been in place for a year and proved effective and reliable. In all contacts the staff have been courteous and efficient. The engineer who visited us both for the initial installation and the first annual service has been courteous, competent, punctual and professional. We are very satisfied.

Thanks for a great review Clive, it's not often that people comment on their ongoing experience with their purification system because they adjust to it's benefits so quickly and forget how rotten their old hard water was......People tend to respond to the ongoing maintenance and the relationship that they have built with our time served Engineers over the years. Your review ticks all of the boxes and shows that it does what it says on the tin.... Reversing the ageing process of the damage called by limescale. saving money heating water at home, and on costly appliances. Stopping all future limescale before it enters the home. fabulous pure drinking water to cook and drink. wrapping a ring of protection around your family and your home.... The operative came to service my water softener. He has been a few times before, so it is good there is consistency of labour. He builds on the knowledge of my system & carries out a thorough check & advises of the equipment condition & it's longevity status. We have had this unit a long time & the water remains well conditioned in an otherwise hard water area. I feel the service cost is a little high & has increased too much.

We are so impressed with the Pure Water People, all the personnel are polite, well informed, punctual and terribly nice. Good demonstration convinced us to go ahead with a water filter. The fitters were so neat and tidy and the filter is outside the house which is marvellous, only a small gadget under the sink. The best thing is that it works Brilliantly and we are thrilled.

We have an Aquatec water filtration system and the engineer arrived at the scheduled time to carry out a full service and filter change. The work was carried out very professionally and the engineer informed us of things we should do to maintain the system. Workmanship second to none and very tidy. I would thoroughly recommend this trader.
