We were most impressed with the service throughout. Although the work took longer than scheduled, this was due to unforeseen problems/snags which were dealt with positively and efficiently. We worked an immediate improvement in the softness/quality of our water. We would not hesitate to recommend the pure water people.

I have had the system in for 20 years always been prompt, careful, clean and tidy when doing a service. The system has been serving us well, although as the engineers have said that parts for the mechanical clocks are becoming harder to get. This company get my thumbs up

Kevin was tidy and clearly highly qualified - very nice man, very welcoming. Neil came to visit us and after a professional presentation I could not wait to get our water treated. So far so good, water feels and tastes fabulous. We are optimistic!!
