Rang to report error fault . Girl in office very helpful - quoted price straight away and engineer came next day. No hidden extras. Our unit is ten years old now and we have very rarely had any problems with it. We love having soft water so much that we even brought it with us when we moved house 5 years ago! The engineers are always prompt, helpful and knowledgeable.

We new what we were buying already having had an Aquatec system in our previous house. They worked very well to find a location that worked for us. The installer worked tirelessly, late into the evening to achieve exactly what we wanted. We were very impressed by the commitment to customer service.

Have just had this serviced and was very impressed. The engineer discovered that our water pressure was way too high, which had caused problems with the unit and therefore it was not working correctly. He has returned and fitted a pressure limiter and all is now working as it should. Service charges tend to be rather expensive but the engineers are always helpful and friendly. We would recommend this firm and the equipment.

I initially contacted Aquatec by completing one of their flyers for a free consult. They contacted me very quickly afterwards and arranged a sales rep to come over & explain the system. He was thorough & helpful in his discussion and I picked to have their water purification system installed. The workman was prompt to arrive, explained everything clearly, was polite & professional throughout.
