Mike is the engineer who installed our water purification system. He was punctual every day he was due to work even though he was driving from Bristol . Super friendly chap and made sure we knew what he was delivering each day. Excellent work quality, after each day cleaned and tidy up after himself. During the installation he noticed there was a leak due to potential manufacture fault so replaced the system without any fuss. He had patience answering all our unprofessional questions and happily explained all the mechanics. This was a really pleasant experience and has made the whole decision to invest more comfortable.

Following an annual service, we started to have a problem with the supply of our drinking water. With 24 hours Aquatec sent a technician to resolve the matter. He was pleasant and explained very clearly what the problem was and how he would resolve it. However, approximately a week after the second visit, our nine year old water softener system decided to stop the flow of the drinking water entirely. Aquatec reacted fast and efficiently. The issue was resolved satisfactorily and successfully. Aquatec's after-care service is efficacious and their technicians are helpful, caring and plainly knowledgeable about their products.

The engineer came to service and maintain a water softener/purifier that the company had installed 3 years ago. He thoroughly checked out the system that I had to move during kitchen refurbishment. He explained what he was doing & answered my questions. The charge was £150 & he was present for about an hour.
