The engineer (Mike) was punctual, considerate, hardworking and patient. He discussed the option clearly regarding where to site the system and then carried out the work calmly, efficiently, and to an excellent standard. Highly recommended. The water is good too!

Always receive excellent service. Usually request for service is within a week. Disappointed that the salt deliveries aren't as quick as normal, but was due delivery but weather made it impossible. It is 5/6 weeks since we ordered salt. Other than this always receive excellent service. Staff on telephone always polite.

During basic service Kev found that the water levels in the main unit were set to low and after adjustment a back wash was carried out and this then found a leak on the drain pipework which solved my mystery puddles in the garage over the past year.

The Engineer arrived at promptly 8:50am and left at 9:35am after full completion of work. Everything was checked thoroughly. The filters in the reverse Osmosis unit were replaced. A new filter was installed in the purification tank. The engineer made a recommendation, one has peace of mind knowing that the system is in order and will be dealt with should anything go wrong.
