I have used Aquatec for the last seven years and find the engineers to be competent and knowledgeable, They always arrive on or before time and are polite and friendly workers. My last service the weather was very wet and cold but he got on with the service in the wet without a moan and completely checked out all the systems in the house. Fast, efficient, friendly, 2 engineers from Aquatec changed the filter on our water softener (reverse osmosis plant). They were generous with advice and thorough in their checking of plant dryness afterwards. Cost? At £178 for 30 minutes they must be v.expensive fitters!
