The system was explained to us beforehand, and installation locations agreed. Engineer was on time, smart and very pleasant. He worked very tidily and discussed any points that came to light as the installation progressed. He explained how everything worked and invited us to ask questions about the product and installation. He completed the job within the timescale, but didn't rush to leave until he was totally happy that all joints were sound, and system was working as it should.

The workmen and office staff were polite, helpful and professional. We were kept informed about the work throughout. Everything was left clean and tidy. Any question, however basic was answered immediately and clearly. We are pleased with the product and would recommend it. It is costly but "you get what you pay for". It is good value.

We had all three filters replaced this time. The service engineer carefully showed us how we could change the filters ourselves but we know we would never have managed it as they were very tightly fitted. We will endeavour to do it ourselves next year. The engineer was very thorough and phoned office, colleague for confirmation of some things he was unsure of. We are pleased with quality of water and lack of lime scale build up but find it expensive, on going.
