Arrived within the time slot, introduction was pleasant, checked what was involved then went to get the tools required. Explained each stage of the service as he carried it out and answered the stupid questions. Explained the way forward in case of plant failure.

We have always had good service with Aquatec, They rang on Friday to arrange a service and it was arranged for first thing Monday morning. The engineer was on time and very efficient. He was friendly and helpful and explained what he was doing and why.

Salesman came round on Monday 5/12/16 and was very professional, friendly and informative. He wasn't 'pushy' and we didn't feel pressured. We were surprised the system could be fitted that week - indeed the installer came and fitted it on Wednesday 7/12/16! What a professional and speedy service! First rate for customer service and workmanship. Definitely recommend them. Delighted with the system.

Mike was quick, tidy and sensitive to the practical and aesthetic challenges our kitchen presented. He dealt with a number of unexpected irregularities in the plumbing and located a near-perfect match to our arching main tap from old stock of drinking water taps. He explained things clearly, and made a few improvements to under-sink pipe work. Unreserved recommendation!

Felt a bit bad, as although water was turned off at the stopcock, water was gushing for some reason, and engineer got a bit wet. But it was all rectified and job completed superbly.
