The appointment for the annual service was made by Jasmine and Kelly in the office and the Engineer Lewis arrived on time on the day. Lewis is very thorough and checked the working of the softener, the quality of the water and the pressure at a number of outlet points throughout the house. Also checking the effect using several machines at once had on the water pressure from the softener. Lewis replaced all the filters in the softener and took away the used ones. He produced a full written report to add to my file. I have had water softeners from the Pure Water People for almost 15 years and fully recommend the Company, the product, and their employees to any prospective clients.

We just had the annual service carried out on our system. Fantastic as always. Lewis arrived on time, worked very efficiently, explaining what he was doing throughout. Great communication from the team from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I have had my water filtration system for about 20 years now. It requires an annual service, one in depth bi-annually. The pure water people always remind me when my service is due and arrange the service to suit my timings as well as when the engineer is in my area. They have very loyal staff and I have dealt with the same office representative the whole time I have been with them which is nice as it enables a friendly relationship to develop. My local engineer Chris has attended at least the past two years and he is friendly but also professional and informative.

Had a great experience with The Pure Water People. AJ came to install our water softener and did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain how everything works. The installation was smooth and tidy, and the difference in our water was noticeable straight away. Would definitely recommend both the company and AJ!

The booking process was easy using the company office (the office reminded me that the service was due) and was completed well in advance of the date selected for the service. Although in this case the date was changed by the company, the change was easy and made in consultation with me. The service engineer arrived at the start of the allocated time period and completed the testing and filter change quickly, efficiently and with a friendly and knowledgeable approach. Payment was by credit card on the day and all was quickly completed.

We have had the system in place for approx 10yrs and have never had a problem with it. Mike visited to complete the annual service and filter changes on the system. He has been coming to us since the system was installed and is always polite and friendly. His work is neat and tidy, efficient and only carries out what is necessary. He knows the system inside out and is always honest and open about how the system is working or any potential issues we may encounter in the future.

Mike called in this afternoon and completed a thorough service on our pure water system. He was very efficient and explained the information we needed to know about the system. Excellent

We had our old Aquatec Rainsoft unit for 28 years and were advised that eventually the clock mechanism would fail, and there are no replacement parts available anymore. The clock has finally failed, so this resulted in us getting the new unit today with Pure Water People. The installation couldn't have gone more smoothly with a lovely gent called Steve doing the installation. He noticed we could do with a new box too, so we added that to the list of changes. We chose a water-based unit rather than an electric one. It took half a day to install and is very easy to look after compared to our old unit. Steve was very knowledgeable and informative, and answered all our questions.

The tap water in our area is hard and brackish and unpleasant to taste. To overcome this we have used the water filter system since it was installed on 1st December 1999. The annual service was always arranged on a convenient day and time. After 26 years of use it was time to replace the equipment and this was done on 21st July 2025. Very pleased with the job done and although there was a small leak this was quickly fixed by the company. The soft water tastes lovely and we are very pleased with the new system. Thank you for the excellent service provided over the years.

We have had our water softener/filter for 11 years and have it serviced regularly. Each service engineer has arrived as scheduled and explained the procedure. At my request, Mike discussed upgrading our current system to the latest version. Everything was explained thoroughly, and he ensured the new system would fit in ok. All questions were answered satisfactorily. His visit was followed up by a helpful, friendly telephone conversation and quote.

Very professional service. Always arrive during the appointed slot and contact me if they are delayed. Engineers are obviously well trained in the product they are servicing and they explain what they are doing and give advice on the use and care of the product.

It was a planned (timescale) major service for our water softener, which also included a bit of a reinstall after a kitchen refurbishment we had done a month previously. We had Mike as our engineer, who was also one half of the original installation team. Mike arrived very early in the appointment window. Was well presented, and even his van was sparkling clean. Mike's a very down to earth bloke. He just got on with it really. He knows his job, he knows the kit and he's very tidy and efficient in the way he works. I'm so glad that I tasked The Pure Water People to install our water softener four years ago. Never had a problem. The system has (so far), never failed. If you're looking for a water softener, dont mess about. Get this company in.

We’ve been with Aqua Tech now Pure water for 22 years Our first system was installed in 2003 and lasted to 2025, system needed replacing. So got in touch with Charlotte at pure water to see the options we had and she sent an email to me very detailed with all options open to us. We wanted a Saturday and preferred Mike to install the system and Charlotte made sure this happened. On the day, Mike turned up on time and started straight away taking out the old system which was outside in the garden, he rearranged all the piping for the new system and took out the piping we didn’t need making sure it looked neat and tidy, he then had to cut away the shelf under the sink to install the new system and fixed a metal bar to hold the shelf that was left up, the electric’s he needed for the system was located behind the washing machine and under the cooker which was underneath the plinth a bit of a nightmare really but Mike just got on and done it, he made sure he tided up behind him and left my property looking clean and tidy and took all rubbish with him. I can’t praise him enough for what he did for us that day he went above and beyond and did more than he had to. He is a true professional in his trade and hopefully will have him each time when we need it serviced. The system is up and running and we’ve noticed the difference in our water already. If you need or thinking of getting a water system l would highly recommend this company to install it.

We have had the softener and purification systems for a couple of weeks now. We are already noticing improvements around the house, for example, the limescale is almost totally gone from the bathroom and the kettle! The taste of the filtered water is much better, and overall, we are feeling much better knowing that we are drinking cleaner water. The installation with Steve went very smoothly. He took the time to protect the floor, installed the systems without any disruption to our work, and later took the time to explain to us all the technical parts. Thank you!

I previously used the Pure Water people to supply and install a water softener and drinking water supply about 20 years ago. This call was to replace the equipment that had lasted for the past 20 years. They provided a fully costed quote for the equipment and work to be carried out. Let me know who the engineer would be and the approximate time of arrival. Fitted the equipment in a quick and efficient manner. Left the working area clean and tidy. Steve the engineer was professional, helpful and friendly throughout our interactions. I would recommend the company to anyone seeking this type of equipment fitting .

Mike was an excellent ambassador for his company. He was pleasant, personable and professional and took pride in his work. As far as I am aware , he did a very good job for us.

We had Lewes to service our water purification system and were very impressed. He was confident and knowledgeable. He did all the basics and a lot more and left us confident that all was working well. He also listened to any comments we made and resolved a couple of minor issues that we have lived with since installation. Hope to get him next year.

It's sad that sometimes in life excellent service feels like an anomaly. They were on time, clean, tidy, courteous and knowledgable. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

After 14 years, we needed a replacement water softening system. The work was done quickly and neatly. As ever, we are very pleased with The Pure Water People’s efficiency and quality of workmanship. The engineers are always pleasant. I am very glad to have our soft water back again. Having been without for a few weeks makes one appreciate so much the difference between mains water and softened water.

I have had my system for eleven years and it has been a boon as I live in a hard water area. Lewes arrived at the appointed time for my system’s annual service. The price is always communicated beforehand so I know what to expect. Lewes is very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. He explained exactly what he was doing if I asked him and gave me a couple of examples of things that I should keep an eye on. Very thorough throughout.

Mike and Steve the fitters turned up on time and introduced them selves to me, Mike then explained in detail what they would be doing, they then removed the old unit and took it to the van. After a good clean up they started to fit the new unit, Mike then asked me if I wanted the flow pipe placed under the stones next to the patio slabs (it was previously on top of the patio fixed to the wall) I thought that was a good idea so I said ok. They then continued to fit the unit and the covered box. After another clean up they described what I needed to do to it and the amount of salt to add to it. You could tell by the way they worked and how tidy they left the area that they took pride in their work. I have been using the company for 26 years and consider them a great company.

Pure water was referred by a friend of ours as we have recently moved into a new build property wherein the water supply is hard. We had Kevin install and complete an actual 2 person job who was very professional, polite and reassuring during a rough 7 hours time. He explained each task he did and gave us updates each time. He was very experienced at his job, such a lovely person to have done the installation in our property. We hope to have him every time there are repairs needed and our future yearly maintenance.
