Kevin the engineer from The Pure Water People arrived at the agreed time and quietly and efficiently completed the work of replacing our old water softener with a new one. He also replaced the by-pass with a new one that is much easier to use if required. He thoroughly cleaned up after he completed his work and tested the system to check it was working satisfactorily and explained how to use the new system. We were very pleased with the way the work was carried out and would not hesitate to recommend him to any other customer.

We recently had a water softener and filtration system installed by Pure Water People, and the whole experience was fantastic. Kelly, the Operations Manager, kept in touch throughout by phone and email, and Vincenzo, the salesman, gave us a clear and confident explanation during the home visit that helped us make our decision. When it came to installation, Kevin the engineer was absolutely top-notch. He clearly knew what he was doing, walking us through his plan and explaining how everything would be fitted. His expertise was evident, and when any issues cropped up, he calmly explained our options and guided us toward the best solution. That kind of professionalism really put us at ease. Since the install, we've noticed a real difference: the filtered water tastes clean and crisp, and the softened water feels silky on the skin—especially noticeable after a shower or washing your hands. I have used Pure Water People for several years and have always found their service and the calibre of their engineers to be outstanding. Our latest maintenance visit was carried out by Lewis, who quickly checked out our system and then performed the necessary filter changes. The plumbing in our property is quite complicated as it is two houses knocked into one. I have never been absolutely sure which baths/showers/sinks/WCs/Outside taps were fed directly from the incoming mains water supply and which were supplied through the water softener. Lewis checked the whole house meticulously and found out which is supplied by which. Useful information for me! Thank you Lewis

We had been looking to have a softener installed for some time. The whole process with The Pure Water People was smooth from the initial enquiry to installation. The sales appointment was scheduled for a time that was convenient for my wife and I, and Vincenzo went through everything and answered all of our questions. The install date was arranged for a day that we could be at home. The day before installation I was contacted to confirm the time when the engineer will attend. Lee arrived on time and went through the installation process. He answered our questions and installed the system with some minor additional requests on the day. Once everything had been installed he showed us how to use the system, topped up the salt and signed everything off. We have had the system in place for 2 weeks and have definitely seen a difference throughout the house.

The work was carried out by a senior engineer from the Company, whose name was Mike. He is an expert that is used for the specification & installation of systems where location, space and access is at a premium. We had already carried out the dismantling of kitchen racking where the unit was to be installed, leaving the open space where the new unit was to be installed, which involved locating existing water pipes, modifying and rerouting the overflow pipe thus allowing the original system to be disconnected for subsequent removal/disposal. The quality of workmanship was second to none and I would fully recommend both the Company and the Engineer should anyone require a first class job to be undertaken.

Great service , always efficient courteous and thorough from the service booking to completion. Knowledgeable staff and so helpful if any issues.

It has been a great experience from my initial enquiry, call back, home visit to installation. All went easy, on time and at professional level. Even got a post-installation call asking for my initial feedback. We have a Water Purification System installed by The Pure Water People about five years ago and had our annual service, by them, today. I was really struck by Kevin, the engineer, who was courteous, professional and very thorough. He completed a water hardness test and found a fault within the system. He then clearly explained what needed to be done and how he was going to fix it. He completed the necessary service filter changes and when this was done fully recapped on everything. I would like to thank Kevin for his diligence, he is a credit to your company.

From my initial enquiry, to home visit and then to install has just been effortless and easy. A really great company to deal with throughout. Now have amazing water and can stop worrying about water streaks, less efficient appliances and bad tastes in the mouth!

Mike the engineer completed a full service and rectified a problem with the drinking water system. His work was excellent, he was efficient and very helpful. He explained everything he was doing and how we could continue to get the best use out of our ageing water treatment system.

It is the forth annual visit from Mike this year and as always his work was excellent and he was very helpful. He explained everything he was going to do and went above and beyond with everything. Our only gripe is just how expensive all the parts are to keep our system in serviceable condition. Mike though we cannot fault in anyway.

We have used The Pure Water People for the past 15 years. They installed our water softener and drinking water filter in 2010 and have provided the annual service since. I cannot fault the service that they have provided. We have had one or two faults with the system over the past 15 years. The Pure Water people have always been responsive, initially over the phone to help try and isolate the problem and where required they have come out to the problem. We regularly see the same service engineer, in the past few years Kevin - always very pleasant and efficient. I have no problem in recommending the The Pure Water People.

Just had a softener and drinking water system installed in our fourth property and are as delighted with this as we were with the first three. Mike has done the installations for us and is an excellent man for the job. He is courteous, punctual, very knowledgeable and solution-focused. He goes the extra mile. We’ve always been delighted with his work and today is no exception. We have always found the company to be helpful and efficient. They know what they’re doing, you can trust them to get it right and they’ve always been quick to resolve any issues for us. No hesitation in recommending them.

The pure water people sent out Kevin to fit the premier water system. He didn’t rush the job despite it being a Saturday and was very friendly and informative about his work. He explained thoroughly, how the system worked and what to do if there was a leak. I highly recommend Kevin, he is truly an asset to the Pure Water People!

Having recently had some changes to the bathroom we were really noticing the hard water and limescale - which we have always been aware of but it got us to look in a company who could provide the service and soft water we wanted, that led us to The Pure Water People. From the initial call with the internal sales/booking chap, to the follow up call, speed of booking and the Engineer that came out to install the system the service has been super attentive and responsive. We have straight away noticed the softness of the water and a lot less limescale on the tiles/taps/glass which is great. And the water tastes so good too, no need to run it through the old filer before filling to kettle etc… I’d certainly recommend The Pure Water People for anyone requiring the same i.e. quality water ‘directly’ from the system they have installed, very pleased..!!

A very trustworthy company, and very reliable. Lewis from The Pure Water People did our annual service today. He did a very thorough professional job. We had our water softener system installed by them 12 years ago and it has been excellent. No more lime scale, no lime scale in shower or kettle. The only negative thing I can say is it is quite expensive to install and a high service charge every year but the water system is great

Lee is professional, on-time and kind. He worked for 3 hours nonstop and installed our water softener in a small place. The softener is beautifully installed and works marvellously since then. I highly recommend Lee!

Lee from the Pure Water People fitted a filter and purifier system. The work was performed quickly and the finished work left in a clean and tidy state. This is the second home where the Pure Water People have installed a system. They are friendly company and provide great after sales support.

During the past 7 years, I have used The Pure Water People to install and service my water softener and filtered water drinking systems. Telephone support and helpful reminders keep track of my installation and the service Team is very helpful and works cleanly. This year I had Lewis, who helped me understand my annual water consumption and make sure the settings were still to my liking. The benefit of the installation has meant, that in a hard water area, there is hardly any build-up of scale in showers, washing machines, dishwashers, toilets and the taps just seem to get more glossy.

Lewis came today for an annual service. He is very efficient on his job and very helpful, he also gave us some advice. Very satisfied with the work done by the company in the last 15 years.

Lewis arrived promptly and completed the work efficiently. He was very helpful with hints and also explained each stage of what he was doing very carefully, including giving advice on additional work required.

Kevin from The Pure Water People came to fit a new box and drain wing on our water softener as the old box which was 16 years old needed replacing. Kevin arrived on time and was polite and efficient, explaining what he was going to do before starting and how long it would take. He kept us updated throughout and ensured we were happy with the work before leaving. A fairly simple job but done well with a smile on his face.

We had new water softener installed (to replace a very old one). Kevin the installation engineer was very knowledgeable and not only did the work cleanly and efficiently, he also improved our water pressure, and made the pipe fittings and taps more accessible and went through everything to make sure we had the full information required.
