Engineer called within agreed timeframe, was polite and did the job (annual service inc. filter change) quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption.

After 30 years of ownership, our water system has been removed ready for a new extension. You just don’t know how much you appreciate your pure water system until it’s gone!! Our lovely shower smells of chlorine, our soaps, shampoos, and washing-up liquids don’t foam up like they used to, and I boiled the kettle twice without putting the water through a jug filter and it’s already showing signs of limescale…… ….and we know what that’s doing to all our plumbing/shower heads/washing machine etc!!! We really can’t wait for our new kitchen and water filtration system to go in!!! And you can quote us on that. We love you, pure water people💕

I had my 25 year old water softener replaced which was also fitted by Pure Water People. Very good friendly service throughout that time and I am sure this will continue. Highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the way the soft water unit system failure was rectified quickly in a professional manner and still easy to operate and gain access without changing the external cabinets in the breakfast room. All the staff have been very pleasant and helpful especially to get the system working again before the Christmas break.

Service engineer, Ian arrived on schedule and completed the annual service and main filter change. Discount offered as we were prepared to change the original service date to a date when the engineer was in our area on another job. We have enjoyed excellent service over the last 10 years.

My experience with The Pure Water People has been excellent from the start when Francoise came to our home address and gave us details of the benefits of having a water softener installed and surveyed our home regarding where the softening equipment could be installed. After our survey, The Pure Water People were efficient in organising the installation and guiding us through the process. Finally, the installation was carried out on the date and time specified with marvellous efficiency by Mike! I would thoroughly recommend The Pure Water People to anybody looking to have water-softening equipment installed in their home!

After reviewing the technology of water softeners, we decided to choose an ion exchange resin system provided by Pure Water. Their sales guy Vincenzo went through the various size options and pricing. We chose Pure Water as they have a CRV system which is a charcoal filter cylinder that also removes chemicals before running through a 0.01 micron filter under the sink after the water has been softened. We managed to get an installation date before Christmas, and Kevin, an experienced plumber installed everything for us. There was some tricky plumbing to do as the water pipes in our 1930s semi-detached house is old. He walked us through everything he would do so that we informed about all the drilling and pipe work he wanted to fit. The installation took about 6 hours in total and was very thorough. Kevin was very knowledgeable and friendly and even installed the water tap with a product that he thought was better than the one we originally opted for, which was a good choice. The work was tidy, he cleaned up after his work and went through all the ways to control the water system. After everything was done, we felt confident in not only dealing with the water system but also the assurance that if anything does go wrong, the company have a great post installation service. All said and done, we feel we made the right choice with the company, especially given how expensive these water softener systems can be.

The softener was fitted in November 2001 and regularly serviced and maintained since then. For the past decade been warned parts becoming less available but no pressure to update. The system recently developed a slight but terminal leak which even Lewis (a regular engineer in recent years) couldn't fix. With his and Charlotte's assistance have chosen a suitable replacement which will be fitted in the New Year. These people have looked after me constantly well for 23 years and their product has done the same!

Mike did a great job of fitting the water softener, despite the difficulties he encountered with the positioning of the unit through no fault of his. He was polite, efficient understanding and patient. A true professional.

Mike arrived and recognised immediately the installation that he had completed 9 years earlier. He was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the work that he was about to perform and why. The work was carried out as he described and afterward thoroughly tested. Mike also took the time to explain a problem with the kitchen tap (that he had helped with the original installation) and what type of parts were needed to correct the problem. Very helpful.

Lewis arrived on time and explained what he would be doing for this year's annual service. He carried out the service in a very thorough and professional manner and advised me that the system was in good working order. We also discussed future servicing and the fact that the system is 17 years old and would probably require some component replacement at the 20-year mark.

Mike did the annual service efficiently and cleared up everything really well. He also took the time to explain about my very old, But still working system and what could change in the future if I chose to modernise it. An excellent job done as always.

Lewis did our annual water service again. He's done it before and is always efficient and cleans up as the job progresses. He also took the time to explain each step of what he did and made sure we were happy with the work.

The Pure Water People are always a pleasure to deal with. Lewis came to service our filter this year. He is professional, friendly and took the time to give very helpful information to make sure the filter is working for us in the best way possible to suit our needs.

The quality of the domestic equipment is excellent; twelve years down the line with no problems. Servicing has always been straightforward and well executed (even easier with the latest models which allow more self-servicing and therefore cheaper). Staff have always been extremely well informed, tidy, well organised and punctual. In this regard, a particular thumbs-up to Mike.

Lewis arrived to change drinking water filter. I had not thought to replace salt since my husband’s death and it was empty. Lewis explained why this meant he could not do the usual tests but he filled up the salt for me (Very heavy bags kept in garage) even taking the empty bags away for me. He showed me all the components of the system and how I could isolate it if I wanted to use a lot of water on the garden. When I told him that we had given up on using the drinking water tap because it was so slow he suggested a number of ways I could help with this. I now feel equipped to use the system, even buying 10kg bags of salt which are light enough for me to handle. I don’t think Lewis could have done anything more and I felt positive about the whole system when he left. He was polite, extremely helpful, and clearly knows fully about the system. He was professional and pleasant in equal measures.

Mike's arrival was as agreed despite bad weather. Pleasant and friendly nature and gave some useful information re changes to product since our was installed over 15 years ago. The service once again completed and the water softener system still performing well. Very satisfied with the product and worth the cost.

I inherited a Pure Water system and was unfamiliar with its operation, so I contacted the company for clarification. I’d like to thank Mary for her thorough explanation. Since the system had not been reviewed nor had its filters changed since 2018, an appointment was scheduled. Kevin arrived and provided a detailed walkthrough, which has given me a much clearer understanding of the system. He even helped me as I was struggling to fit in a blind after painting. Thank you, Kevin!

Lee installed a water system in our house and his service was excellent. He did a neat job, explained what he was doing, how the system worked, and talked me through how to use it and maintain it in a clear and understandable way. The system is excellent and has made a difference immediately. Very impressed.

The annual service of our water softener was scheduled for this Saturday afternoon and, despite the presence of Storm Darragh, Kevin arrived on time and proceeded to work (mainly) outdoors in atrocious conditions. The service was completed quickly and without fuss. I thoroughly recommend the Pure Water People and their attention.

It was time for the big filter change in our water filtering and softening system: we needed a man for the job; a good man; Lewis was that man. Tall and dark-haired, he filled the doorway, and he fitted the bill- he also fitted all the filters. He was fast, efficient and friendly, and thorough, very thorough. "Would you fix our wobbling tap?" I asked, tentatively. "No problem" he replied, and he got to work."We fitted that 17 years ago" he said. No wonder it wobbled: there'd been a lot of water under that bridge. "Well, that's all done for you" he said, as he gave us the bill. I was happy to pay; it was a job well done. The system was installed at my home, I am extremely satisfied with the system and the installation was amazing. The installation guy Kevin was very skilful. Did the job with high precision and cleaned. I just wanted to put one thing, while the sale mentioned I will get app-based notification for the salt level check I did not receive any communication related to this or how to configure the system in the app.

We had our water purification system installed about twelve years ago and have had it serviced yearly. This year the service was completed by Lewis who arrived on the date and time as arranged by the Pure water people. He carried out the service very thoroughly, explaining the wiring and the reason for his having to redo a connection. All was carried out competently, reassuringly and most politely.
