The annual service carried out by Lewes was both thorough and done efficiently. He explained various things about the system. He was polite and clean in his work He arrived on time considering the current traffic problems.

Once I decided on installing a softener I looked for a local agent and all the best reviews pointed to The Pure Water People. I had a rough idea of what I needed and contacted TPWP for a home visit. Neill visited and made his suggestion as to what system I should have which was inline with what I had in mind. So far so good. No pressure to purchase and when I was ready I contacted the office where they arranged a day to install to suit my schedule. Mike arrived on time to install and was a consummate professional. Great installation, no mess and perfect clean up. From start to finish a great job all around with good communication throughout. Highly recommended

I recently had The Pure Water People install a water softener at my house. I'd used them for a similar installation at a different address 2-3 year prior. A close relative also had a water softener installed in the last 3 months. That should tell you all you need to know why you can use them with the utmost confidence, but let me highlight a few reasons: - Upon initial inquiry, they were able to have a sales representative/surveyor at my door in a week's time - Their sales representative, Neil, was able to assess, pitch and survey in a single visit. His product knowledge was top notch, as was his ability describe and finalise the finer details of the install - Their installer, Lee, arrived promptly on the day of installation. He wasted no time bringing his vast industry experience and product knowledge to bear on my installation, simplifying the technical aspects and improving the aesthetics significantly - The installation took exactly as long as estimated, and Lee left the scene as clean and tidy as he found it.

Mike fitted a new water softening unit removing the old one, making a new box to house it and putting Cotswold stones around the edge. He was very pleasant and explained well what he was doing and how I am to use it. Work completed and all old material removed and taken in less than four hours.

After many years of wanting one, today I finally had my pure water system fitted. Lee, the engineer was fantastic. He went through it all with me. He was efficient and tidy. Having lived in a hard water area my whole life, it’s absolutely amazing to have such wonderfully soft water now. The drinking water tastes lovely and even my children agree! Thank you ☺️ I will recommend you to everyone!

19 years ago the Pure Water People installed a water softener. Following the last Servicing of that Water Softener we agreed to update to a new model, Kinetico premier Compact . The new installation was carried out super efficiently by Mike. Over the years he has been most helpful and we have valued his advice. He recommended we opt to have it installed internally as opposed to the previous model that was situated externally. We are extremely satisfied with the new model and its siting. We have been a customer of Pure Water People for many years and have no hesitation in recommending them as a company.

Kevin did a great job. He turned up on time, was friendly and explained everything that he was doing.

Mike installed our water system today and we are absolutely delighted with it. He arrived on time, was an absolute professional and the quality of his work was outstanding. He communicated throughout about the installation and went through everything with us before leaving to ensure we understood the system. We are left with a very neat boxed system under the kitchen window outside, freeing up the space in our kitchen cupboards. Looking forward to no limescale build up and pure drinking water. Kevin turned up promptly to remove our old water softener and install a new one. Kevin explained his procedure and completed the installation very neatly. We were unable to set up the new APP so Kevin contacted the office to find help. We are really pleased with the service we have received today.

Our engineer on this visit was Kevin, he presented himself well, did the service on our water Purification Plant and then came into the house to replace the Tap on the kitchen sink which was very jerky in operation. Before removing the tap he had a go at lubricating it with a silicon grease which he worked into the tap, this allowed the tap to operate with ease. Almost as good as new now. Kevin is a top man and will be welcomed back here for the next and future servicing work. He saved me pounds. We had the water Purification Plant installed 14 years ago and have been extremely satisfied with it. It is the only system that I have come across that gives a really nice tasting drinking water.

We have had our water filtration system for 9 years now and it's been one of the best investments we have ever made. Water tastes fantastic, virtually no lime scale anymore and eczema gone. Customer service is excellent too and demonstrated again today by engineer Kev who came to carry out repair and maintenance. Arrived on time, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you 😊

Our water filter system is 15 years old and has been expertly maintained by the Pure Water people. Lewis carried out the annual service to the system today with his usual efficiency and attention to detail. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. All the staff we have had dealings with at PWP are polite, friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend them.

Very good and fast installation. We had to lose some cupboard shelving to make room for the equipment but Lee helped us out and created some new shelves. In the end we went through everything we needed to know and he answered all our questions perfectly. Totally recommend their service

Our water system is 10 years old and we have it serviced every year. This company is efficient and the technicians are always punctual, polite and complete the job. The system provides soft water, reducing the amount of limescale and the cost of replacing household goods due to limescale build-up.

The service engineer came today to carry out our yearly service on our water softener. He arrived at the time agreed, was very professional and carried out a full and detailed service on our system. Our regular annual water softener service was carried out in April 2024. This was very efficiently scheduled in a month or so in advance. An engineer, Mike, who had visited us on previous occasions arrived neatly turned out and with a very friendly demeanor. He carried out the work in exemplary fashion. In fact he even tightened a couple of loose waste pipe joints whilst he noticed whilst working under the sink. Mike undertook his tasks in a cheerful but professional way engaging most pleasantly with us during the visit. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of both Mike and his employers The Pure Water People.

This is the second time I have used The Pure Water Company in Bristol and for the 2nd time, their pre-sales communication and customer service from Kelly was exceptional. The installation engineer Kevin could not have been more helpful, professional, clean and tidy. Going the extra mile to explain the installation as it was taking place and making recommendations of how to cause the minimum disruption. Choosing Pure Water People for our water softener and drinking water filter installation was one of the best decisions we've made for our home. From start to finish, their service and the quality of their workmanship has been excellent. When it came to the installation, Mike their engineer was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. The installation process itself was carried out with precision and attention to detail, as we had a slightly more complex kitchen tap setup. Annual check and maintenance on our water softening/purifying system, carried out just now. As always we're confident that expert and thorough work has been done. Today it was Lewes; he seemed to do everything that could possibly be required, and he was a pleasure to deal with. We trust these people. The whole thing involves significant expense but I don't consider the charges unreasonable and we're glad to receive the benefits we get as customers. The people in the Bristol office are always efficient and courteous. That, too, does make a difference.
