Jago & Will take a pride in their work and made an excellent job of our shower room, they were very clean, tidy and personable. The job was completed on time and to a very high standard at the agreed estimate. We are exceedingly pleased with the end result and could not have asked for a better job. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. Jago and his team removed our old bathroom and extended the room to give us more space. They advised us on the best layout and the kind of fixtures and fittings we would need which we then supplied. Jago and Charlotte were very patient with us while we decided about how we wanted the room to look and feel and they gave us some great advice when we needed it. The quote we got was very thorough and we found it easy to understand. Throughout the whole project we were really impressed with their workmanship and attention to detail. The new bathroom has been fitted to a very high standard, particularly the tiling which is well thought out and fitted, Jago ensured that there's continuity and consistency in the tiling layout which makes it look very professional. Jago and his team were very professional throughout, most days we left them to it while we were at work and every day when we came back the house was left clean and tidy. The Shower Room Limited (Jago & Charlotte) completed 4 bathrooms and a cloakroom at my comprehensive refurbishment/redevelopment in Brookmans Park, Hertfordshire. Jago & Charlotte's enthusiasm and passion is self evident from the moment you meet them, through the interactive design phase, and on into the actual installation. The site was also kept impeccably tidy at all times which is essential when you have multiple trades at any one time. Jago and Will were here over a 6 week period transforming a tired family bathroom, and an outdated downstairs shower room, into two luxury hotel style bathrooms. My wife an I cant quite believe these new rooms are in our house. They are a pleasure to use. They certainly have the WOW factor. There is a lot of prep work in sourcing the right products and making sure everything will fit, but Jago will always guide you and is happy to come round and discuss multiple times until you are happy. The recommended suppliers will get quality products at the best price for you. I am slightly OCD and it helps that Jago is too, as all the little attention to detail items are covered, and its these little things that most other bathroom installers miss, or cant be bothered with. Jago is meticulous and strives for excellence. The installation process is quality through and through, you pay for what you get, and you can be rest assured that everything used, from the nuts and bolts, to the panels and fillers, are of the best quality. Jago's right hand man Will deserves a special mention. This chap is just brilliant at everything he does and is a credit to the team. He also drinks a hell of a lot of tea, so make sure you have enough teabags! I scrutinised every millimetre of work done in the 2 bathrooms and I have to say the final results are outstanding. All backed up with a 2 year guarantee. Have already recommended Jago, and will definitely use The Shower Room team again.

Jago and his team were personally recommended to me by a friend after they renovated her bathroom and kitchen and I am so incredibly grateful as they have done such an amazing job. I had a few quotes from different tradesmen but Jago’s professionalism really stood out - he was knowledgeable, super helpful and above all, he came very highly recommended! Jago helped, advised and guided me through my design layout which was certainly a challenge due to the awkward dimensions, sloping ceilings and the fact that I can be extremely fussy but….he made it work and I really couldn’t be any more pleased with the end result! Having our ensuite and downstairs cloakroom renovated was hassle-free thanks to Jago, Will and Charlotte. Charlotte will guide you through the myriad of choices available and will make suggestions after having ascertained your colour/style preferences. Jago is excellent on the design aspect and ensures that your room is as aesthetically pleasing as possible. And Will just makes it all happen - really great workmanship. I have 2 really lovely rooms.

Jago and his team did a lovely job of completely replacing our walk-in en-suite shower. We are delighted with the finished product which is better than it was when new. Advice provided and approach to working in our home was first class. Highly recommended.

Jago and team refurbished my old dated bathroom into a lovely modern shower room. I was also very grateful for Charlotte’s help in choosing accessories. The work was done to a very high standard and the finish is impeccable. They were all very hardworking, reliable, polite and everyday left everything clean and tidy.
