We are very pleased with our new windows. They replaced 2 by windows, and 7 other windows over 2 days. They were tidy and put covers down and floor protection each day. They were punctual and very pleasant to deal with. As very pleased with our windows and would definitely recommend this company.

The Window Centre (Harrow) installed a new bathroom window and new double front doors for us. Time from ordering to installation was quicker than average even though all products are made to measure. The installation team arrived on time, covered our carpet and hard floor surfaces prior to commencing and then continued to work in a very efficient and neat fashion till the end of the day. We are very happy with the results.

Having accepted their quote, they turned up exactly on time and set about covering my carpets/flooring to protect the surfaces. Throughout the work their supervisor, Dimitri, explained what he was doing and checked that I was happy with progress. At the end, everything was cleaned and they left the place spotless. They were not the cheapest quote but are a shining example of "you get what you pay for". Happy to recommend this company to anyone who needs window or door replacement.

A big job & significant part of our renovation cost, one can do as much due diligence but you never know, we're so glad we chose Window Centre Harrow, delighted with our new windows, internal & bifold doors! From the moment I spoke to the receptionist to organise an appointment, to our sales manager Paige (who is a star!), her dad Alan for the onsite visit, to Ben and his fitting team (esp. Dimi!), all of them were knowledgeable, hardworking, professional, friendly, patient and above all customer focussed. They are a credit to the family business, will use again & happy to recommend!

We had our front door replaced. Excellence service from the help to choose the right door for us to the installation. All the people really professional and nice. I strongly recommend this business and I will use again if needed.

Had my front door changed to a new composite door. Very professionally installed by Stefano and colleague and they left the place as they found it and i had to do nothing but put my bits back in the hall. It's lovely and was a great experience from start to finish, very please with this company.

I had ordered windows, bi-fold, porch door and sun roof. The quality is excellent but the bi-fold does has a slight draft; maybe because of its a bit bulky with 5 panels. The sun roof and windows are also very good quality and were very competitively priced. I had a problem with the porch door with prices but it was later resolved and the old price was honoured as a gesture of goodwill and being a returning customer. The porch order was delayed from Origin but also resolved within a week. I do find that the invoice needs to mention more details which I have shared with the retailer and they are looking to address. Origin doors and bi-fold are top quality but a bit expensive, however being local retailer helps with customer service and care.

We’ve just had a large porch built by this company and from the outset, starting with the design by Ed followed by the superb construction by Dimitrie, Mihai,Ion and Radu we were extremely impressed by the professionalism ,hardwork, friendliness and skill shown . They were always punctual- starting early in the morning, worked tidily, and ensured minimal impact on us during the process but consulted with and advised us when necessary. The finished porch-completed in just over a week-exceeded our expectations and we have already received flattering comments from friends and neighbours. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this firm.

I have recently had windows fitted in my home and am very pleased with the service provided. The process from start to finish was very straightforward demonstrating effective team work and attention to detail. The fitters ( Mihai, Constantin and Radu) worked really hard and carried out the work competently and to a high standard. I was impressed by their focus on preparations and clearing up on completion. We are returning customers to the Window Centre, Rayners Lane. As before, we have experienced excellent service from a local family run business. Everyone who was involved from our initial enquiry to the completion of the window/french doors being fitted were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and respectful of us and our property. The fitting team were extremely hard working and were very diligent with minimising any mess and always cleaning up as the job progressed. It is a pleasure to recommend this company and I shall be using them again without hesitation.

The whole experience was easy and very professional. Paige Barber sent a very helpful and hardworking team to do the job. They were always on time and left each day with the house tidy and safe to use. The end result was a set of new windows which look really smart. The whole project was value for money. Excellent, totally professional service from both office and installation staff from beginning to end. Absolutely delighted. Installers did a truly fantastic job. They arrived, didn't waste any time installing my bifold doors - quickly and efficiently. Two small walls also had to be knocked down. They quickly got to work putting up plastic sheets to protect my living room and kitchen furniture. Despite all the dust and dirt, by the time they left you would never have known that I had just had building work done. No rubbish left behind, everything swept and tidied up. My bifold look stunning, classy. Family love them. Over the moon. The Window Centre came as a recommendation from a neighbour and we too wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I selected Window Centre after carful consideration. I contacted the big window national companies and local companies and then I selected Window Centre as I found for the quality of their window I get a good deal. Also the option of deferred payment helped me financially as I didn't need to pay the full amount straight away. I ordered four windows, two of them were bay windows. I was very pleased with the service and the work. The installation team did their job in two days and they were very good. Dave Richards the sale representative listened to our need and he did his best to provide a fair quotation. The windows were delivered in four weeks even faster than what we thought. I am really pleased with my new windows and already received compliments on my new windows from my neighbours!

New windows and porch/front door for a detached house. Great team always willing to help and advise throughout the install. Clean, tidy, efficient from start to finish with minimum of disruption. All completed well within the time allotted and on budget. Job done to our satisfaction, and what stood out was their aftercare inspection where they spotted a couple of things they weren't happy with, and subsequently replaced the items (at no extra cost). Not only their professionalism throughout, but also the quality of materials has to be commended. Very happy.

I had the front door and three sets of windows replaced. The work was all done very efficiently. The workmen were courteous and set up well to minimise the dust spreading. They tidied up well afterwards and were courteous and helpful throughout. Unfortunately one unit got cracked prior to installation. A new unit was ordered before they left and fitted a little later to suit my convenience. The whole job came in on what I had originally been quoted and felt like good value for money.

We approached The Window Centre after our original choice greatly extended the delivery date for the French doors and associated windows we wanted. We liked the fact that there is a good range to see in the showroom, and it was clear that the person we spoke to, Dave, knew his stuff. We are very pleased with the result and pleased with the professional approach of the installation team on the day. We recommend without hesitation.

I had 7 windows replaced and I am very happy with the job. The quality of the windows is very good and the service has been excellent, starting with Dave in the showroom and on his visit to us and then the fitters Constantin and Catarin and Ted for a follow up visit. These are the people I have had direct dealings with but the office staff have been good too. I am very happy that I chose the Window Centre. I hope they continue to give me excellent service going forward if necessary.

I am very happy with my new windows. They are a quality product and exactly what I wanted in order to make my home more energy efficient. The bay window looks stylish at the front of my property. In the kitchen, the bottom-opening window is easy for me to reach and to open safely (without having to climb on to the draining board, as with the old window!). The security features give me reassurance in my home. I received excellent service from start to finish. All the colleagues I dealt with in my home and at the office were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was confident that they paid attention to detail in planning and preparing for the window installation. The installers themselves did a great job. They were very good workers: courteous, professional and quiet. They just got on with the job and were respectful of my property and furniture. The windows were installed with a minimum of fuss. Afterwards, the installers made good the pebble-dashing around the windows, then they left everything clean and tidy, indoors and outside.

From the moment we walked into the showroom to work completion, I recommend The Window Centre without reservation. New windows were fitted front and back well within time estimates. The hard-working fitters turned up punctually every day ensuring carpets and furniture were protected before any work was carried out. ‘The Window Centre’ had installed new windows and doors at my home several years ago, but in order to keep the cost down, I excluded three windows considered to be in good condition. Having decided to replace them this year, I approached ‘The Window Centre’ without seeking quotes elsewhere. Reason, I knew ‘The Window Centre’ provided top quality products and an excellent backup service. They met my expectations. The installation date turned out to be sooner than originally estimated. The installation was done efficiently and the installers cleared up all debris. I am very satisfied with the whole experience from making the order to completion of the works. I would definitely give them 5 stars.

My husband chose this company based on the excellent reviews and because they are a local company. We are not disappointed with our choice. The original salesman came at the time expected and did not outstay his welcome or try to sell us extra windows. The surveyor and fitters came on the day stated. The fitters are employed by the company and were very hardworking and thorough. They covered all the necessary carpets and furniture and worked through hail. They cleared up afterwards and made good any damage to our pebble dashing. The after sales service was good as we were finding the doors difficult to lock initially. The service person was able to fix the problem easily and we are delighted with our new windows and doors.

He walked us through the entire process giving us full, and precise information on what to expect. The installation team did a fantastic job, and the result was amazing. We dealt with several people at the Window Centre, everyone was extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a major transformation of the house and annex . We had all windows and doors replaced and a conservatory fitted, which is amazing. The quality of materials and workmanship is outstanding. The window and conservatory fitters employed by the Window Centre are second to none. I would recommend them a 100%.
