I had some glass replaced in both my front and back door by another window repair company. This lead to both doors being out of line and I was unable to close my backdoor. I called the window doctor to have a look at the issue with my back door and repair if possible. They explained why the door would not close and was because the door was not aligned with the glass not being packed in the corners. This was ratified fixing the back door. They also looked at the front door which had the same issue.

After a bad experience with the original installer of our windows, we were left with 23 windows that didn't seal... for 7 years! We struggled to find anyone to come and help us with this as the original company repeatedly failed to rectify their many mistakes, and hid away from any further contact. James visited to inspect and quote for the job, and we instantly got a good feeling that there was light at the end of the tunnel. It was a big and tricky job carried out over two full days, not long after we had agreed a price for the work, which included a replacement hinge for an external door. Carl, Eddie and also briefly Alan, resolved the problems with friendliness, hard work, care and efficiency. To say impressed is an understatement. Something we've been forced to live with for 7 years, has been professionally resolved in 2 days. The relief and peace I'm feeling after this work was carried out are amazing feelings.
