As an NSI NACOSS Gold accredited, insurance approved company, Third Eye Installation Systems can install, repair, upgrade and maintain security systems for your home and business. We install wireless and hardwired, Grade 2 and Grade 3 systems and our maintenance and consumable costs are highly competitive. The alarm can be controlled by an App or you can be monitored 24/7, with or without Police response. We are highly experienced in Alarms, CCTV, access control, door entry and video/phone entry systems – no need to open your front door to strangers! The company staff and engineers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The app is excellent and very useful. The only downside is the charges for callout if you change your router which ultimately is not under ones control.

There was a intermittent bleep from the Alarm box I tried to check the various options and ended up with faults and Engineer Reset. This was dealt with very efficiently with the Engineer on the phone . From the start of the call he asked about Smoke and Monoxide alarms I told him categorically none . Following re set the bleep continued and I decided to check for old alarms. Indeed he was correct an old alarm with failing batteries.

Third eye installed my burglar alarm some years ago and service it each year, so it was natural to turn to them when I needed further security measures. I have always found them to be friendly, professional and reliable. As it is a family company I am delighted to support local traders. The admin staff and engineers are helpful and pleasant to deal with and I shall continue to use their services if required in the future.

I had Third Eye install the alarm some 4 years ago - and they have serviced it since. The alarm works well , the service is friendly and good and if there is ever a problem they come quickly 24/7.

I subscribed to Third Eye for a few years and then ended my subscription. I have not used the alarm for the last few years. However, my alarm triggers randomly approximately every 6 months, requiring me to call Third Eye to disable it. Third Eye then insist that I need to book and engineer to 'service' my alarm box, at my own expense. This business practice appears to be way of forcing ex-clients to pay for services they no longer need or use. I called the office manager to request them to disable my alarm completely, however she insisted that an engineer visit is required and I would be charged, and then abruptly cut off the phone call. Unethical business practices and rude customer service. Not good enough Third Eye.

As you rightly state, you do not have a service contract with Third Eye, but our Emergency Engineer very kindly assisted the other night; he informed you that you would need a visit. The office contacted you to book an Engineer visit, but you did not want to pay. We last serviced your alarm in 2017 and you have regularly declined a service – that is your prerogative. You were informed that if you want an Engineer visit then we would be happy to book something and we left the matter with you to consider. May we just add that you have a wireless alarm system which requires battery changes in the devices, the panel and the siren. If you wish the system disabled we can assist, but it requires an Engineer visit which is chargeable. Feel free to call the office anytime between 8.30am-5pm.

I was very pleased by the service provided by " The third eye" in the planning of a new alarm. I was given a couple of quotes to reflect the possibilities offered, then once I chose, the alarm was promptly fitted, very professionally by a different employee, both of them were very polite, friendly and patient. While the company is not the cheapest on the market, I liked their professionalism and that they came recommended by a friend. Therefore so far I am very pleased with "The third eye".

Undoubtedly, you initially met one of our Estimators, who would have met you on site and emailed you a quote and possible options, based on that visit. I have had an alarm for 24 years which started giving trouble and my existing company messed me around when I wanted a quotation for a new alarm system. I was referred to Third Eye by a friend and just two days ago they installed the new system. A very competent and pleasant Engineer came to do the installation and explain everything to me. I have found both the engineer and the sales and office staff very efficient.

From when he came to when he left he was just professional at his job. We are so happy with this installation, positioning of the camera. The job has been done so smartly, wiring is done so neatly and can see very little. I would only use third eye for future installation. Third eye seem very established in this road that’s why I chose them and can see why by my own installation. It is so nice to have a job done with no problems at all. Fantastic job. I would like to add that the girls in the office were lovely when I needed to call them to arrange everything. Thank You

Having been personally recommended to this family owned local Company I looked no further following the site visit by owner Mark Formby. Our hard wired system was in need of an upgrade and following Marks advice we made an order. Engineer installed new box; keypads; pir’s ; external bells a few days later. Now we can activate/deactivate the alarm via our mobiles as well as receive alerts on them should it be set off. No fuss no drama with Third Eye. Shall be recommending to my clients!

I had security cameras installed as I had good reason to believe my next door neighbour was systematically vandalising my property and it stopped her in her tracks. I was very happy with the engineer who fitted them, he did a great job and the customer services ladies were also very friendly and helpful. I did have to get them back to alter the settings as I was being bombarded with motion alerts from moths, cars, foxes etc but all is now as it should be. I do miss the night time alerts now as the cameras picked up some unusual phenomena that I was not expecting but was certainly very interesting. I'm so glad I recorded and saved those. It's great to be able to check on my property when I'm not around and feel completely at ease now. I would definitely recommend Third Eye.
