I came across Tigon Scaffolding following a search on the internet. To my surprise I found them to be very efficient, they were far cheaper than the other competitors. Also they let their word when they said they were going to do something. I dealt with the manager Matt and he was very efficient. He answered all calls and text messages on time. I needed to do two jobs on my roof - Solar panel repair and Roof repair, so I was looking for scaffolding company. When Matt came over for the quote, he was very professional taking all the measurement of the area for the scaffolding and emailed me the quote, but I chosen the other company because they were roofing company which operates scaffolding by themselves so I needed to use their scaffolding as well. But this roofing company dropped me in the last minutes and I was completely stacked. I phoned Matt and asked if he can put the scaffolding on the next day, and he did it for me without any extra charge. He was very flexible on timing as I was admitted in a hospital and did not know what time I can be at home. He also has very good team, they were very polite and friendly. Very happy with their service.

Had a big job done on my house, Matthew who overseas the work came round and was very polite. I had my whole house with scaffolding and a roof cover as I was doing a complete refurbishment including new roof, tiles, joists and so on. The equipment used was like new, no wonky work, planks, they even used netting around the house to stop debris from falling. I had the scaffolding up for around 4 months and when I wanted some of it down, ie the roof cover the guys at Tigon were able to action this within a couple of days. Matthew’s team are polite, professional, clean and courteous. They are very respectful to surroundings. I am pleased to say I never encountered a single problem and would recommend them to anyone in need of a great service. I found Tigon were very competitive on the cost but most importantly reassuring with quality gear, professional workers most importantly who are reliable. All in all this was a well balanced service. I dealt with Tigon Scaffolding over the busy Christmas and new year period in order to arrange scaffolding for my property. I was impressed at the responsiveness of the team to any emails and queries I had. I always had a quick turnaround with the quote, changes to that quote and then to putting up an alarm and getting the scaffolding down. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. The quote was competitive with other quotes I had received. As a novice to arranging any of this, I really appreciated how easy it has been to deal with Tigon and would have no hesitation recommending them for any future work.

Work as quoted, put up quickly and efficiently. Tigon are always willing to accommodate rush jobs, adjustments etc. when they can. We have used them for various (including very specific high-end) projects over quite a few years. Would highly recommend.
