Tim Jones and Son

Tim Jones & Son built two bespoke inbuilt wardrobes in the main bedroom in my home. I cannot recommend their services enough, right from the very start, their customer service was outstanding: clear and prompt communication from Rachel, went to great lengths to answer all my questions in an approachable way, scheduled to drop by within a very quick turnaround to then produce a quote and design for me, and agree dates for the work to take place. It's never comfortable to have traders in your home (especially your bedroom!) to carry out work, but Tim and Sam were very respectful, attentive and non-intrusive. They completed the work in the time and dates scheduled, cleaned and moved back the other furniture. The new wardrobes are outstanding in quality, and after nearly a year since the work was completed, I'm very very happy with them and the work. I would absolutely recommend their services!

I have had alcove cupboards and shelves fitted by Tim and Sam and I am really pleased with the end result. An initial visit was made and, following this, a digital drawing emailed. Rachel was great at keeping in touch via email or phone and any questions were answered promptly. I appreciated advice given, regarding the design, and appreciated too that the digital drawings were adjusted accordingly for me to see. I am currently liaising with them regarding a further project now and recommend them.

I have had some wall units installed by tim jones and son . From concept to actualisation everything was handled very patiently and professionally. This is a family run business and it shows in the level of care they give to detail. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs joinery work doing

From the moment we first made contact to ask if they could design fitted wardrobes (with a very specific design request), right up to completion of the work, we felt really well looked after. Rachel in the office was so helpful, and communications were always prompt and clear. We received initial ideas and designs by email, plus two site visits. The schedule and budget were as agreed, and anything that needed to be discussed was resolved very promptly. Tim and Sam were so respectful of our house and us being in it; very tidy and quiet! Tim & Sam Jones designed, built and fitted wardrobes and a desk for my teenage son’s bedroom. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish - reliable and efficient. They listened to our requirements, provided us with clear designs, amended them as needed and advised on the pre-work required. The wardrobes and desk have been built to an incredibly high standard. Tim Jones and Son carried out work to our under-stairs storage area which was in a very poor state of repair. They came round to survey the job, very quickly came up with a solution and provided a CAD drawing so that we could see how the area would look when work was completed. We were satisfied with the price quoted and the project commenced. We could not be happier with the finished article - work was carried out to an extremely high standard, very meticulously and with great attention to detail. The whole team (Rachel, Tim and Sam) are a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful and they contacted us regularly to update us on progress. We were very impressed with the entire experience of dealing with this company and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I used this company to build some bespoke fitted wardrobes, drawers and bedside cabinets. Right from the outset I was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of Sam and felt confident that he understood what I wanted. He supported me to make some decisions and no question was ever too much or too daft, he was happy to help. Communication throughout was great and they were able to accommodate the timescales that I wanted, with Tim coming to have a look at the space early on too. When it came to installation it was a pleasure to have Tim and Sam working in my house. They were polite and considerate, making sure that they caused minimum disruption to me during installation. As for the actual cupboards, they are outstanding with absolute attention to detail and really high quality, even down to all of the fixtures and fittings used. I am 100% satisfied and would encourage anybody to use this family company, great quality work.
