Timberwise is a family run property care company that have been caring for properties for over 50 years. We have over that time built a reputation for providing a quality and professional service. With access to a network of offices UK wide you are never far away from our highly skilled surveyors and the valuable advice they can provide. As specialists in damp proofing, and timber treatments we work with residential and commercial customers across the UK as well as providing pre-purchase damp and timber surveys for home buyers.

From my first phone call to Leslie in the office to Steve’s first visit and then work done by Stewart the service could not have been better. We were kept in the picture throughout with very clear explanations and we felt confident and supported during a potentially stressful experience. Although there was a delay before completion, because of a plaster shortage, the work was completed at the earliest opportunity. I would have no hesitation recommending Timberwise to others, indeed I have already done so.

From start to finish I have found all the Timberwise staff to be most helpful and efficient. They were always on time and I was most impressed with the way the technician, Ian Harding, carried out the woodworm treatment. He was pleasant and everywhere was left neat. The first contact is made to the work being completed was beyond my expectations. The office staff were also most helpful and the paperwork, which I received was very helpful. I would certainly recommend Timberwise to anyone needing woodworm treated for the way they deal with customers and their whole customer-focused approach.

We have had some rising damp in the basement of our Victorian house. Timberwise was referred to us by an experienced Chartered Surveyor that we know, and we were really happy we followed his recommendation. The team was very professional, friendly, polite and tidy from the survey through to installation of DPC. Finishing with the plastering was excellent and was truly an art of work! Also, very good communication from the office staff. Great job, and well done! We would highly recommend.

Work carried out was "Tanking" of semi basement The work was carried out to budget and completed on time. Our technician, Dave, was on time every day. His work was to a high standard and he cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished.

Timberwise from start to finish were excellent. This is a professional company with customer service at its heart. We had an issue with damp in our house. Timberwise sent out one of their own surveyors to review the situation. The surveyor explained what the issue was, and a full survey report was received within a week. There was no obligation to proceed with the remedial work and no 'hard sell'. After reading previous reviews we already had confidence in Timeberwise and took the decision to proceed with the work. The work was carried out on the date it was arranged and was to high standard. All mess was cleaned up. It can be a minefield when trying to arrange works such as damp issues, but Timberwise took all the stress away. I would highly recommend Timberwise.
