Timberwise is a family run property care company that have been caring for properties for over 50 years. We have over that time built a reputation for providing a quality and professional service. With access to a network of offices UK wide you are never far away from our highly skilled surveyors and the valuable advice they can provide. As specialists in damp proofing, and timber treatments we work with residential and commercial customers across the UK as well as providing pre-purchase damp and timber surveys for home buyers.

Timberwise dealt with wet rot issues for me and replaced the whole floor. They did a tremendous job! They were the second company I tried and the difference in the work was amazing. Used Timberwise on recommendation from homebuyers, we found them easy to contact and with a friendly call handler who was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the process was explained in detail. Anouska really put our minds at rest and had a friendly manner when contacted. Booking the work was at our convenience, and the tradesman's name was given to us in advance so we knew who was to attend. On the allotted day Timberwise turned up well within the suggested timeframe, and he introduced himself as Daniel, and what a pleasant young man, couldn’t fault his attention to detail and took the time to explain to us the process and time to complete the work. We would recommend this company.

I used Timberwise owing to their Which accreditation and good reviews. I had some woodworm in the garage and following a detailed and helpful survey report, I accepted their quotation. Their woodworm treatment was carried out rigorously and supported by an extensive underwritten guarantee. Although not the cheapest quote, I felt that Timberwise provided a better quality quote and service, in contrast to other contractor's, one of whom even charged a fee for a less convincing report.

I had a timber survey from the Devon branch. The surveyor, Ashley, was meticulous and careful, putting carpets and floor coverings back with no disturbance. He gave helpful and well considered advice and was available to speak further if required. Highly recommended.

Matt and Matty. We needed a complete new floor in our bedroom and half a new floor in the kitchen due to damp and lack of airflow under the bungalow. To us, the work seemed immense, but in 3 days, the work was finished. New joists, flooring, and air bricks! The lads were on time, tidy, and very professional. They definitely have our sincere thanks for all their hard work. I will also thank surveyor Steve, who also made the whole experience go a lot easier for us. Thank you all, we really appreciate it.
