Tincknell Heating

Replaced my failed outdoor oil tank within 7 days of my request for help. Sympathetic, constructive and positive throughout. Worked to complete the installation at -5deg C with wind-chill!

From the initial survey through to final installation we found Ticknells service to be excellent. Ollie, Liam, Liam and Steve replaced our floor standing old boiler with a Combi boiler. They were friendly, efficient and very tidy. The work was completed with a minimum of disruption, to a high standard and on time. Very professional and efficient approach to the problems encountered during the update to our heating system. A combination of extremely hot weather and a very curious existing system was really challenging for the installation team. They tackled these problems with a great spirit and still managed to finish by the scheduled date. Everything was left shipshape and very clean. We were kept fully informed as the job progressed.

They completed the job on time, carefully explained how the new system worked and reassured me that help and advice was only a phone call away. They are a credit to what is clearly a well-run, local company that deserved to win the Which? Trusted Trader of the Year award.

This was an annual service conducted on my central heating boiler. I found the engineer who did this service extremely thorough and very competent . My opinion has been fully justified by the fact that my heating system has never worked as satisfactorily as it does now. Furthermore the engineers manner was pleasant and helpful. He proved to be exceptionally good at his job.

This was a fairly complex job replacing an old oil fired boiler with modern Worcester Greenstar boiler. Despite having to work under Covid restrictions and at a busy operational time, Tincknell team worked very efficiently at both problem solving in my system and installation of the new boiler. Throughout, their team took time to explain what they were doing and how the new installation would work. I am very pleased that I selected Tincknell and feel that I have benefitted from their vast experience.
