Had a problem with the indoor tank oil level monitor. Thought it had been fixed at a service, but it went wrong again. They arranged for an engineer to come out at our convenience and he was able to fix the problem very quickly. Friendly, efficient service.

Excellent service as always. Faulty boiler fixed within an hour of phoning. I've been a customer of Tincknells for several years and have never been disappointed with their service.

My Stanley cooker decided to breakdown on me during the terrible times of the COVID lockdown! I made a call on Monday morning not expecting to get much joy but to my absolute joy I had an engineer with me the following morning. Fausto the engineer diagnosed the problem straight away and before fitting any parts checked that I was happy for him to do so. He did a great job and had Stanley up and running again in no time! I would highly recommend Tinknell Heating for there professional prompt service and will certainly be using them for Stanley's future calls.

We decided to relocate our central heating boiler from the kitchen and on advice from Tincknell Fuels Ltd. we had an outside boiler installed. Tincknell provided us with a quotation which we accepted and the work was scheduled for October 19 and 20. The team of two engineers together with an apprentice arrived on the 19th. and on time. We were pleased to see that the two senior men treated their apprentice with consideration and integrity. The installation team were very caring and careful in moving around our property. We were very impressed with the professionalism and hard work of the men and the installation was completed on time and in budget. There was a minor problem found late on the last day which was dealt with to our satisfaction the following day. We would have no hesitation in recommending TINCKNELL FUELS LTD. for their quality and service.

This was an annual service conducted on my central heating boiler. I found the engineer who did this service extremely thorough and very competent . My opinion has been fully justified by the fact that my heating system has never worked as satisfactorily as it does now. Furthermore the engineers manner was pleasant and helpful. He proved to be exceptionally good at his job.

We have used Tincknells to service our gas central heating system for several years and are pleased with both the quality of the work done and the charges. During a recent service we mentioned occasional malfunction of the ignition on the heating and hot water system so they made serveral visits checking possible causes, starting with the cheapest option. As the bill mounted up it seemed that a total replacement was the best option. This was carried out over two days. The first day involved setting up scaffolding which was well thought out as the scaffold company had made a previous site visit and recommended a cheaper option. Scaffold was.up and down on the first day and the work was completed on the second day. All work was clean and they consulted with us as the work progressed. A return visit after completion was no problem to clarify operation. We were not charged for the original service or fault-finding visits and parts which is very decent customer service.

We found Tincknells very professional in all aspects from providing a quotation following a visit from their engineer to agreeing dates and completing the job which in our case was not straightforward. We could not recommend them more highly. They were Superb.

This was a fairly complex job replacing an old oil fired boiler with modern Worcester Greenstar boiler. Despite having to work under Covid restrictions and at a busy operational time, Tincknell team worked very efficiently at both problem solving in my system and installation of the new boiler. Throughout, their team took time to explain what they were doing and how the new installation would work. I am very pleased that I selected Tincknell and feel that I have benefitted from their vast experience.

From quotation to completion, this work has been handled very swiftly and efficiently. The engineers who carried out the work explained how they would undertake the removal of the old boiler, the need to re-site the replacement and the effect on our hot water and heating provision. All the work was completed well within the original time estimate and without any mess. We are very pleased with our new boiler.

Tincknell Fuels Ltd., installed our boiler in 2002 and have serviced it every year. Their engineers are always polite and professional. Likewise the office staff are also helpful when dealing with any issues we have with the system or when arranging fuel deliveries. Our boiler broke down just after Christmas. I called Tinknells Heating and an engineer arrived the same day. To repair it would have cost in excess of £500, so we elected to replace it as we guessed it was ancient. Ollie then came out to look at our sad, useless boiler and we had an estimate the following day. Unfortunately the plumbers merchants were all closed until 2 January, which meant cold showers for a week. I admit to improper language during that period. But first thing on 3 January, Ollie and Liam were on the doorstep, tools in hand! By 4pm that day, Beatrice Boiler was up and running. Hot showers were back. Both Ollie and Liam worked really hard all day, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Thanks to them and the team back at base, Nick and Pat, who kept us updated throughout. We can’t recommend Tinknells highly enough.

Our lpg central heating boiler broke down. We contacted Tincknells, who sent out an engineer the next day. When he found that it was beyond repair he explained the problem clearly and at our request arranged for a quotation for a replacement to sent within 24 hours. We accepted it at once, and arrangements for the work to be done were put in hand immediately, and adjusted to accommodate our need to be away from home for one of the days proposed. The works went exactly as planned and the installation team were friendly, polite, and very efficient.

Our boiler broke down on December 12th and we contacted Tincknells for a visit on the 13th. The boiler was not able to be repaired and the same day we received a visit to quote for a new boiler. By late afternoon on the 13th, we had a detailed quote for a new boiler which we accepted. The boiler has been fitted on December 21st/22nd. The engineers Liam and Liam were punctual, thoroughly professional and did a fantastic job installing the new boiler. The quality of their workmanship has been excellent and they left everything in a very clean and tidy condition. We have used Tincknells to service our boiler for the last 15 years and their service, as always, has been exemplary.

Tincknell Heating are always very helpful. Allowing me my choice of service engineer. Olly Smart is very pleasant and efficient. He wasted no time and masked up even though I said he could take his mask of if he wished. I would stay a distance He checked all my radiators as I can no longer bleed them. (don't have the strength in my fingers!) I find their charges very fair. They are the best service engineers I've ever had. My daughter also finds this and always has them to deal with her Aga and oil fired boiler. The staff on the phone are always pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Tincknells!

Tinknells’s boiler serviceman arrived on time, was polite, efficient and completed the service quickly. He tidied up and cleaned around the boiler afterwards. He was cheerful friendly and very polite. Could not expect more, am very pleased with the service provided.

We had an air source heat pump, UFH and radiators installed by Lee after he visited to survey our property prior to a major renovation. We had specifically sought out a Heat Geek accredited engineer for this work and Lee made an excellent job of the entire installation with the help of Ollie, managing to accommodate other trades as well as some timing issues with the build. The installation and commissioning were completed on time with no mess left behind. We're very happy with the after-sales service as Lee responded very quickly when we needed help to understand how the system runs. Would definitely recommend this professional and friendly company.

Ts was the annual oil boiler check and service which Tincknells have carried out since we moved here in 2020. As always the service is reliable and efficient.
