Tincknells serves customers across Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset, Avon and south Gloucestershire. It’s already a well-known name in the South West, with a great reputation for integrity and customer service. Company director Rob Ormond and heating services manager Richard Beck both emphasise that Tincknells is a ‘modest’ company, concerned more with providing a good service than making a fuss about it. But its recent win could change all that.
Tincknell Heating Services is one wing of the long-established fuel business, Tincknell Fuels. ‘It’s a win for the industry,’ said Rob Ormond. ‘The fuel industry, which we’re part of, doesn’t always get the best press, but this is a really positive step.’

I have recently had a whole complete new heating system installed by Tincknell's, I have to say when I first investigated the cost of the install I thought Tincknell's would have been much higher. Tincknell's pricing is very competitive and was cheaper than some independent installers. The whole process was made easy from start to finish, Nick Turner who is the Installation Manager is great! I think I must have asked him 50 plus questions, 20 plus emails and 10 plus telephone calls. Nothing was ever any trouble! I was lucky enough to have Lee Tidball quote for my work and carry out the install. Again Lee is great and nothing is any trouble! I also have to give credit to the other Engineers, Ollie, Keith and the two apprentices Liam and Harry. The workmanship is 10/10 Time keeping 10/10 Tidiness 10/10 As the install was over three days I have to give them 10/10 for understanding it was a family home. To sum it up top quality service, quality of work and workmanship! I will be using and have already recommended them to friends and family

Lee and his team did an excellent job. They worked well together to install our new oil boiler and tank, move and install radiators and remove an aga. It was a pleasure to have such a polite and friendly group working in the house. They listened to what we wanted and used their experience to ensure the installation was efficiently completed. Our new oil boiler was installed by Lee, Jamie, Harry and Liam. The oil tank was fitted by Mike.
