This company delivers a very high standard of customer service. I contacted them with an issue with my gas fire and received a firm time and date for a visit. The engineer that arrived were very professional and kept me informed at all times. He quickly determined the fault and during the work documented everything The work area was kept tidy at all times and any dust,soot etc was quickly cleaned away. All work was checked using test equipment and recorded. The problem was resolved and the fire now works as it did from new. I am always very impressed with Total Gas Safety and would recommend them to all without hesitation as they were totally professional from start to finish. Kind regards, John Anderson.

We have been using this Company for nearly two years for services and to provide Gas Certificates for our property portfolio. We picked this company as we wanted to support local businesses and it had a good reputation. James and his staff really do provide an excellent customer service. They "care" about their customers, eg they worked well beyond their finish time to ensure a family with small children had heating etc up and running again. From contacting the office to being on-site and getting the job done is seamless. We can 100% recommend this company.

Very professional and friendly from start to finish, James really is an expert on boilers and the fitter did an excellent job. They was the only engineers that didn't try to sell me something I didn't want and they're price was very competitive. I would highly recommend Total Gas Safety

James was able to come at short notice (within a couple of hours) to investigate boiler fault messages, and recommended the most cost-effective solution, fitting a new control board the same day and returning a few days later to check it had solved the problem, service the boiler and replace missing knobs. He explained the costs before doing anything, and the pros and cons of different options. He also looked at other aspects of the central heating system with a view to future work when the boiler eventually reaches the end of its life. James was friendly and thorough and incredibly neat and tidy - in fact the boiler was probably the cleanest thing in the house when he left. A strong recommendation from me.

Contacted James on Thursday for a quote, he brought the boiler round on Friday. Adam fitted the boiler on Saturday and James came back to install the Google nest control. He helped us install the app on our phone, couldn't ask for a better service! He cleaned up after himself and got rid of all the older stuff. It was challenging to fit the boiler but they got it done, fantastic service!!

James & Joanne called today to look at a fire which was giving off a horrible smell and affected our eyes. We recently moved in and thought it was just dust. When I first contacted James he told me not to use it. Just as well as it's been condemned. James explained why the fire was condemned and he and Joanne were very quick and clean in the process of cutting off the supply. They have suggested things I can do to make use of the fire which wouldn't include gas. I then asked a further question in relation to my central heating. They looked at the system and were honest telling me that they'd never seen anything like it before. It wasn't hive or nest or other makes they were familiar with. James suggested I get in touch with the previous owner as it was all automated and we needed to understand how it was set up. He told me he could spend hours just looking at the system before doing anything with it. James thank you for your honesty.

Just serviced my boiler was with another company who used to service my boiler but kept putting the cost up each year. After speaking to Total Gas l have now changed to them to service and look after my boiler. Several reasons why cheaper, good job and local. Very much a more personal service.
