Having contacted my previous gas company, who were obviously not interested in what must have been to them, a 'small' job, I contacted Total Gas Safety. From the start, with the lady in the shop to James, who came out, I was really impressed. James was courteous, patient, advised me, and spent time answering all my questions. I felt their service was bespoke and personal to the issue I had, which James resolved - so they now have another customer.

Totally professional and outstanding overall service, from the time of booking to completion of work. Better than any service I have had previously from British Gas. My 20 year old boiler finally packed in and I called Total Gas Safety for a quote. Gas engineer James came out and immediately you are struck by his knowledge and professionalism which gives you a lot of confidence in the company. James went through all the options on the type of boiler and system that was possible and I made an informed choice. A few weeks later the new boiler was successfully fitted and although the installation was not straightforward due to the location and age/condition of the existing system the team worked through all the issues in a meticulous, professional and thorough way whilst keeping me informed. I had a very good experience with this company and will use them again in the future and I recommend them highly.

A boiler fault with hot water was found and repaired as well as a fault on the heating expansion tank was identified. Have used for many years at different addresses, always gives a speedy reply and honest appraisal of the fault as well as a fair price Would highly recommend
