I don’t think I’ll ever leave such a glowing review for any other company because Total Removals totally exceeded all my expectations - even though I had read all positive reviews before. Neil was amazing from the start, he was calm and patient while I asked a million and one questions as this was my first move. For him, doing this is an everyday thing but he patiently understood that it’s not for most people and answered all my sometimes OTT questions. Nothing was a problem. It felt like it would be for me but it wasn’t for him. He even found someone to take my bed as it wouldn’t fit in the new place. I went for a half-pack (kitchen only) and move. I had Nigel and Iohnny for two days and they were impeccable, kind, professional and tidy. I have never met two such lovely guys. They wrap everything with precision and care and dismantled anything that needed it. Labelled everything and put everything in the correct room. Imagine moving and there being not an ounce of stress. I never thought it possible until I used Total Removals. I feel like moving simply to give them more custom! Absolutely highly recommend this exceptional company. Worth every penny. Neil and his team at Total Removals gave us the best experience at an often stressful and busy time. My inItial contact with Total Removals and Neil was by phone and he was personable, accommodating and understanding. He came to do a site visit to determine access, parking, and see the items to be moved, disposed of, and stored. He offered great advice and guided me on timing and costs. We booked a removals day and prior to this he sent a team of packers to wrap and label the furniture and personal effects for disposal. He organised a local charity to take the saleable items. On the moving day, his team arrived on time and were organised, polite, and professional. Furniture was moved, disposed of, and stored. When the time came to redeliver the furniture from storage we were able to book the day I wanted. Again Neil's team was professional and accommodating, organsied and friendly. They removed a door to allow access, they removed their shoes on request, placed boxes in the rooms I asked, and put together furniture in situ as requested, and unwrapped any furniture I asked for. Nothing was broken in storage, and the boxes and furniture wasn't dusty and was well-cared for. I would use Total Removals again as my go to for all my moving and storage needs. Total Removals offer an excellent removals and storage service. They are extremely responsive, highly flexible, punctual and super friendly. Neil gathered together a highly professional team within 48 hours' notice of our move. The job was done quickly, efficiently and very smoothly. The added bonus is no overburdening paperwork, reasonable prices and amazing flexibility. They even offer a bespoke, personalised touch to smooth the transition and make it easier. Highly recommended for a five-star removal service.

This is the second time we have used Totally Removals. They moved us out of a long-time home into an apartment two years ago and more recently out of our flat in advance of building/refurbishment work. We are older people and each move was potentially stressful, but Total Removals made the experience as calm and harmonious as possible. We used their packing, removal and storage services and all were excellent. Their guys are very experienced. They turn up on time, work hard and know each other well, operating as a well-oiled machine. The fact that the same friendly gang of people worked on both moves (2 years apart) was reassuring. A final plus was that we used their clearance service for items we no longer needed and later heard they all found homes in community projects in North London. To be honest, we received lower quotes for the work we needed to be done, but we wanted a high quality, personal service and that’s exactly what we received. Total Removals is a company you can have confidence in from the first telephone contact onwards through to their aftercare service and we have no hesitation recommending them.

I was quite prepared to contact the removals firm I’d used two years previously for my house move to Enfield in October. They’d been OK. But I found Total via Which? and once I'd met Neil it was a no-brainer. The quality of the whole operation was fabulous. Having someone round to scope the job was the first plus. Last time it was a remote video inspection, but a personal visit inspires confidence. Neil sent the estimate within 24hr. This is not a cut-price operation, but moving house is so full of anxiety-causing moments, it's worth spending up a little to offload stress, and Total will be my go-to firm next time around. Reliability is the baseline for a house move, but beyond that a calm professional team and really good communication throughout made this a stand-out operation. Experience and attention to detail shone through, from knowing what NOT to pack overnight, to finding the right box in the van for something I’d wrongly packed. Unpacking was done at lightning speed and with all due care. Later, the guys collected their boxes as soon as I asked. And I hope they re-used the mountain of packing paper I carefully sent back with them. We had a single breakage, despite extremely careful wrapping, and Neil was very forthcoming in proposing a settlement for this. Honestly I wouldn’t have expected to find this quality of service any more. But I did. Thank you, Total.

I had a 2 part move and Neil and the team were incredible. Part 1, had to pack up and move into storage and a few weeks later move to current location. A really friendly team, took great care with all possessions and no breakages. A really friendly team to work with. Took the stress out of the move. We had a few laughs as the second move was on one of the hottest days of the summer thus far. Would recommend this firm without any hesitations. I had not moved for circa 30 years and they really lived up to my expectations and exceeded them. Each team member was polite, friendly and always respectful and wanting to do the best for me as a customer. They have a great day 2 service post move where they help with unpacking and remove all boxes and packaging material. Whilst it is an extra cost, it is with well worth the money. No boxes and material to get rid of. Having moved on the Friday, I was able to go to work on the Monday and come home to a stress and box free home.

Neil and his team took care of our move recently. We had found them on Which? and they responded very swiftly to my initial query by organising an initial visit. This was followed by two further visits to carry out all necessary packing, so that everything was ready to go on the day of the move. From the outset I was impressed by the attention to detail the team displayed. They understand that moving house can be really stressful, and they carefully gather all the information they need, asking sensible questions and making excellent suggestions, so that they can take as much of the burden off your shoulders as possible. Everything went like clockwork on the big day and the whole team were friendly, conscientious and hardworking throughout. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone planning a move.
