Another expert job done to repair my old gas boiler. The guys at Tower Heating are always brilliant and really helpful, and Steve L is especially knowledgeable and competent as well as being really friendly. I can’t recommend Steve L or Tower Heating enough, I’ve used them for the past 7 years and know I can always rely on them to get things sorted quickly and make sure I’ve got a working boiler. New Worcester boiler. Very professional service from start to finish. Exceptionally tidy work clearing all the untidy pipe work and replacing. All looks and works great. Tidied everything up afterwards as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

From start to finish this company we're professional ,Stuart came round to do a survey and gave us options and we arranged to have a new boiler fitted. The job was completed by Tom and Ben who were both professional, clean and tidy workers I hardly knew they were there. They solved radiator problems which have plagued our system for years. Tower Heating came out to us on 22/12. (We were fed up waiting for British Gas.) They diagnosed to problem and returned at 8.15am in 28/12 - the first available opportunity - to repair our 17 year old boiler. Greg, the Director came out as agreed to quote for a new boiler on 24/1/23. We received a detailed quote on 27/1/23 and were offered a start date of 7/2/23, finishing on 8/2/23. The engineers Tom and Ben were punctual, courteous, efficient and professional. They worked hard and left the house as they found it. They explained what they had done and why. The new boiler was functional at the end of 7/2, and 8/2/23 was mainly a power flush to clean our system, which had not been cleaned for at least 10 years. I was instructed how to use Google Nest and Home. We were pleased to use Tower Heating as they were thoroughly courteous, efficient and professional at every stage of the process. We weren’t asked to pay a penny until the job was complete. We’re delighted with their work - it was a pleasure to deal with them. They deserve every success.

We had a new boiler installed recently. The team at Tower Heating excelled in every way. Communication, knowledge and competence were outstanding. The receptionist was very friendly, confident and efficient. Stuart explained all the options together with the pros and cons. We did not feel under pressure at any time. Hard copies of what we spoke about were posted and received within a couple of days. Nigel, an excellent engineer, and his apprentice Ben were hardworking, polite and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very thorough and carried out the work professionally. The after-sales service was brilliant. Steve resolved what we thought was a fault in minutes. Tower Heating recently installed a new Bosch boiler and thermostat in our house. The service from the initial enquiry with Stuart and the team at the office was prompt and professional. Tom on the installation team was on time, very clean/tidy, polite and persevered to fix a piping issue from the original system that was causing an error. A delightful service received from start to finish at a competitive price. Highly recommend.

Keith turned up on time to carry out gas fire maintenance, all done quickly and efficiently even whilst contending with my 16 week old teething puppy!

I’ve used Tower Heating for years and they always give great advice and also advice about energy efficiency. They try to send the same engineer so it was nice to see Lee again for our boiler service and minor hot water plumbing maintenance that we inherited with the house. He also discussed how to use our boiler and controls more efficiently to save on gas. East to book appointments over the phone and prompt service. Highly recommended.

Wanting to use a local firm, we chose Tower Heating on the basis of their excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. From the initial survey visit to the completion of the job - replacement of our elderly "conventional" boiler with a combi one - the service was brilliant. Steve and Tom worked really hard over the 3 days, with a very pleasant and professional manner. Any questions were answered immediately and after the job was completed they left everywhere they had worked very clean and tidy. When contacting the office staff on any issue the same level of service was apparent, making the whole process very straightforward.

Encountered water heating problem and called Tower heating - Keith and Ollie turned up within 90 mins and resolved the issue promptly and efficiently and left no mess. They explained what the problem was and the solution and job was completed with 45 mins.

The work carried out to upgrade our Gas Central Heating System was completed to a very high standard by Tower Heating. They were both pleasant and polite and answered any technical questions or queries we put to them, immediately. We've used Tower Heating a few times now and always been pleased with the services they provided. The date of this years annual service had been altered twice by the company at short notice, due to unforseen circumstances, including an Engineer becoming ill. We were called and informed of the problems and the new dates were agreed. The inconvenience of the changing dates however was mitigated by the Company keeping us informed of the situation and not just "not turning up" on the day, which sadly many Tradepeople often do. Today the Engineer and an Apprentice arrived on time and as expected, they carried out a service of our Boiler and Fire. They sorted out a problem with a radiator not heating up fully, and also sorted the fire remote which was not working (new batteries in the fire was the problem). The Engineer gave us a full report on the boilers condition, he explained and highlighted potential issues and gave us options and likely costings for its replacement in the future. This information was very helpful as knowing this will allow us to plan and budget for this job to be carried out in due course. All work was done efficiently and cleanly and we would thoroughly recommend this Company to anyone looking for a quality Heating and Plumbing firm.

A totally professional, efficient and friendly experience from initial phone inquiry to inspection visit to work completion. The original estimate was even reduced as the time taken to complete the job was less than anticipated. How often does that happen?! I wanted to replace old-style radiators with new Avoca ones. Greg did a survey and quoted me a great price. Work was completed by Nigel and Stuart on 27/9/21. These guys are true professionals. They arrived when they said they would, kept me informed of their progress throughout the day and did an unbelievably excellent job. They were respectful of myself and my home.
