We needed a front door, back door and replacement for a broken window. The salesman took us through all the options without putting any pressure on us to choose any particular option. The installers were polite and proficient. they completed the installation in a day and overcame a problem with the removal of the old window. They had to use some extra architrave but there was never any mention of an extra payment. They showed me that the handle for the locking bolt on the stable door was broken and reported it to their office. This was replaced on the date stated without any problem. Throughout the whole process, the trader's office kept us informed and responded quickly to our questions. We were very pleased with the whole process.

Initially, with only a rough idea of what we wanted, they led us through all the options, and we finished with an even better structure than our original ideas. All the planning was handled by them; we didn't have to do a thing. We were constantly amazed at the lengths they went to to ensure that we were happy. The amount of work and materials that went into what we thought was a simple conservatory was mind-boggling. It's a shame there isn't an option here for a photograph of our beautiful conservatory.

Day 1 started with the arrival of Hayden and Ellis who briefed me on the work schedule for the week. Within a few hours the old roof was gone and the replacement was at a water tight stage. The week went without any major issues, at the plaster boarding stage I discussed with Hayden how I would like to hide some uneven brickwork that was originally hidden by box guttering, no problem, he also suggested some ideas to me which I found useful. Both H&E are an asset to T2T, any contact with the office side Was courteous and helpful. I had a couple of minor snagging issues after completion of a glass unit replacement on existing house windows, these were quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

This company was recommended to us by a friend and I'm so glad we used them. From surveyor through to installers it was a very pleasant journey. Completely refurbished our old conservatory with new windows and doors and a new roof with skylight. Very professional company with excellent installers, nothing was too much trouble.
