Great service from initial consultation to completion with no pushy selling. Andy carried out the survey and made a few suggestions which we hadn’t thought of. Fitters Adam & Richard were totally professionally from the start. Cleanliness, tidiness, punctuality, politeness and standard of workmanship 100%, nothing was too much trouble. 5 double glazed windows installed – great quality product. We would have no hesitation in recommending.

We have had 16 windows and front & back doors fitted by T2T and we are absolutely happy with both the standard of work, the fitters doing it, the final finish. There were a few areas of confusion & miscommunication between initial selection, full survey and then the fitting but it was all sorted out in the end. Highly recommended - they came recommended to me and so I would happily pass that recommendation on further.

Very pleased with the standard of the windows and doors installed for a very reasonable price. Very impressed with the installer (Nathan). It was refreshing to see someone work to a very high standard and a high level of integrity who takes pride in the end result and wants everything to be perfect. Friendly Fitters arrived promptly. Protected surroundings. Removed old doors quickly and efficiently. All rubbish removed. New doors fitted, no mess. Gave my wife and I demo on operation. Good job carried out.

I had used this company previously and was very satisficed. On ordering a front door, the glass we ordered and agreed by the salesman, but turned out to be dearer than the salesman quoted. Discussion with the company resolved this issue in my favor. On installation of the door, the glass fitted did not corresponded to that which we had ordered from the catalogue. This was resolved with the company. On the day of fitting, the fitter had problems in fitting it, taking about six hours! It would appear that the size of the door to the aperture did not allow easy installation. The end result was good, with a good product, good installation and workmanship. The problems manifested from the salesman and ordering and possibly the surveyed. At the end of the day, problems were resolved, resulting in a good finish.

Trade 2 Trade performed an exceptional and wonderful job removing our glass roof and installing an insulated roof with built in lighting. The workmen were very courteous, very skilled and a pleasure to work with. The former conservatory is a space transformed and so attractive and surprisingly larger feeling. We're not in the hot time of year but the space is already cooler and without the sun's glare. We are very happy with the job and value for money.

Trade2Trade Windows replaced all windows in our home with a mix of double glazed UPVC vertically sliding sashes and some casements. A Total of 12 windows were installed. The work had to be done whilst we lived in the house with great consideration of the needs of our adult autistic daughter with special needs and one of our family who was still recovering at home from a near fatal illness and long hospitalisation. The company has been excellent and considerate at all stages, from our first meeting to choose the windows, list their showroom, plan the work in consideration of the family circumstances, until completion of the work to pre-agreed dates. The work was completed on time, to a high standard and to budget. Communications were always very good throughout. Aftercare has been excellent too. All the members of staff that we deal with were professional, courteous and most helpful: Rob the manager, Louise, the fitters Asa and Joao. A pleasure to work with. Based on our experience I highly recommend this firm.

We have used Trade 2 Trade to supply and fit all our aluminium windows and doors. Three sets of bi folds, three sets of french doors, main front and rear doors, eight windows and cladding for the front of the house. All installations carried out with no fuss and all completed on time. Any snags were quickly dealt with by the team. Follow up calls from the office to make sure everything was ok. Our house has been totally transformed by Trade 2 Trade, lots of positive comments from the neighbours.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Trade2trade. The new windows and door look great and are much more efficient than what we had before, and the door just finishes off the front of the bungalow. We will definitely use them again.

Trade2Trade carried out this work in the summer of 2018 as per schedule. They gave a 10 year warranty for the work done. This was just prior to my hospitalisations for extended periods on and off over the following 5 years. The UPVC door in the kitchen was faulty, there was a big gap between the door frame and door sash although not noticed at the time, being summer. As a result during harsh winters there’s always a cold draught coming in and the kitchen gets ice cold. Brought it to their notice when we had a chance this year through e mail to Emma and Ashleigh. (The door is still reportedly under warranty). They sent a fitter in to inspect and adjust if necessary. The fitter Mark confirmed our suspicion that the door frame was too small for the sash and would need replacing, could not be adjusted to fit. Got back to the front desk, and after toing and froing for a couple of months was informed that they would replace the door only if we paid for it to be fitted. We do not understand why as it breaks trading standards laws ie does not comply with manufacturing standards. Not a happy bunny!

Thank you for the supply and fitting of our front door, which we are so happy with, both the quality of the door, the installation conducted by your fitter, Mark who was so professional in his work, leaving us with a product which enhances the front of our house. We originally ordered 5 widows with everything being clearly explained so ordering our preferred options was easy. We was notified quickly as to when these would be installed and this was adhered to. On the day Zac and Hayden arrived at the agreed time and due to their expertise the installations went without a hitch. Each room was cleaned as they finished so we were very pleased with how they planned the day. For the price the windows have a quality look which we are pleased with. I have used Trade2Trade before when I had nearly all of my windows replaced a few years ago. I was pleased with the firm then so had no hesitation in contacting them about replacing two cellar windows. The cost was very fair and I received a 10% discount as I was a previous customer. Payment is in stages, which is an added bonus. At every stage the procedures were efficient. I appreciated all the communications I received whether by email or phone. I was kept informed about when and what was going to happen and was given the names of the personnel involved. All the team were polite, friendly and I felt reassured by them. At the end of the work, I was asked to review it and was shown how to operate the windows. After completion the boss phoned to check that I was happy and if there were any concerns. Prior to the instalment, a Surveyor had visited to do the final measurements. He arrived well over an hour before I was expecting him with no phone call to warn me. I could have been out. I phoned the office to mention this and the young lady I spoke to was happy to log my comments. I have every confidence that the problem would be dealt with by this company.

We had decided to update our windows and front door but just at the front of our house. We selected 3 companies to give us quotes on what we required. All 3 companies gave good presentations of what they could provide, timings for the installation and costing. However, we opted for Trade2Trade as their salesman George came across really well in selling their products, the pricing and payment choices and installation timing. Although they weren't the cheapest company we were happy to go forward with them. The start date for the installation was booked/agreed but due to a problem with their supplier was delayed but just by 2 days. We had Mark & JJ to do the installation and they addressed the job in hand with true professionalism. The job was scheduled for 3 days and at the end of each day they ensured everything was left secure and importantly tidy. We did have 1 issue which was our new front door was made with the locking mechanism on the wrong side and therefore opened into our hall the wrong way. However, this was dealt with and a new door was ordered. This did mean that the 1st door was installed and the internal trims not completed. A new date was booked to install the replacement door and Mark came back to remove the wrong door and install the new replacement door plus complete a few internal trim fittings and ensured everything was left tidy when the installation was completed. We would totally recommend Trade 2 Trade based on our experience with them.
