Very good service. Stephen and Mark exactly when they said they would and the job was completed in the time frame given in the quote. They worked efficiently, were polite and cleaned up after themselves including hoovering.

Such a pleasure to have a company deliver on what they say. Easy to book a quote, straightforward to book the job in, the 2 lads (Callum & Lewis) arrived when they said and did the job and cleaned up within the time quoted. They were polite, friendly, respectful and ensured I was happy with the finished job. Definitely recommend them.

Had Stephen and Mark come today and fitted a wider loft hatch with ladder and they done a perfect job taking old hatch out and new hatch in work took less than an hour to complete and they cleaned all there mess away before leaving can't fault them at all they were fab

After a quick visit and a few measurements I was provided with a quote and options on the day. I booked the work in and it was completed without fuss. All the staff are friendly and efficient. On time, cleared up afterwards and good quality work. Will definitely recommend.

The guys arrived on time and started work fitting 456sq ft of raised flooring in the loft. Fitted a new loft hatch & ladder. The job included shelving in the loft and an additional loft light. The landing light was also moved to accommodate the new loft hatch. The work was completed in just under 4 hours and carpet protection laid down on the stairs. The opening of the hatch, lowering and raising the ladder was demonstrated at the end of the work. I’m well impressed with the result and the finished job is first class. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Hassle free and efficient from start to finish. If you want a quality job done with no hassle, look no further! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The guys arrived on time and got straight on with the work. We were quoted for the whole loft space to be boarded (the front of our house is a listed building) so the space there is quite compact and from where the hatch was to be moved we would need to climb through the beams to access, still doable but after discussing this with the joiner we were happy to not have that area done and only the large area. Obviously this changed the price by way of reducing it so that’s a pleasant bonus for the day! The guys were clean, tidy, courteous, the end result is fantastic. We now have the long awaited storage space our home needed so badly. Thank you guys, we have no hesitation to recommend!

We had our loft hatch and wooden ladders replaced after our old was not fitted correctly by another tradesmen. They arrived on time, laid the floor with plastic sheets to prevent any dirt on our cream carpets and fitted within the hour. They also took away our old hatch and no mess left. Very happy with the work, also explained before they left how to open and close the hatch.

I contacted this company as they seemed highly recommended by alot of people around the north east. I contacted there facebook page and someone arranged a call out appointment to measure up and give us a quote to fully board our loft. A gentlemen came the following week arrived at the time given and explained everything they would do and what was included in the cost. He left with no obligation to go ahead or pressure i contacted the firm a week later to book the work in they booked me in for 13/04/23 at 12pm the men arrived on time and got straight on wiith the job they never took a break and the whole job it self took 3hrs in total. They left no mess at all. I am very pleased with the job and would highly recommend this company

I used this trader at my previous property for the same service - and as I was more than happy there and their quote for my new property was very reasonable I had no hesitation to approve the work. I had 26feetx9feet of raised flooring in the loft + shelves on both eaves. The trader phoned ahead to advise that they were running slightly late, which was not a problem. They arrived at 2 p.m. and were finished by 430 p.m. Polite, helpful, clean and professional throughout, I would happily have them back for the next loft if I ever move again.

We had our loft boarded out for storage with a new hatch and ladder and light fitted. communication with business is great they respond very quickly and we got a quote quickly which was very reasonable. The work was completed out by 2 traders who were very polite and professional and carried out the work to a very high standard. No mess was left. We are so happy with the work and we would definitely recommend this company
