Welcome to Travelling Workshop Limited
In our world of craftsmanship and dedication to you the customer. I'm Dmytro Kliuchnyk, and before the conflict in Ukraine disrupted my path, I proudly operated a successful woodcraft workshop gaining over 15 years of expertise in joinery . Upon my arrival in Scotland I obtained a job as a joiner working on a variety of commercial projects. After a few months of being employed I decided, along with a team of highly skilled Ukrainian craftsman to offer our services to both residential and commercial customers. Together, we encompass a diverse range of talents, from joinery and carpentry to plastering, tiling, and beyond.

Would recommend demy and his team, they done a wonderful job, i was amazed at how hard they worked compared to other companies i have had in the past. Customer service is spot on, demy keeps in touch all the time to make sure you are happy with the progress. I will be using them for any jobs i have in the future, and also recommending them to my friends and family

Prompt repair to external woodwork

Demy and his team repaired a hole in my external woodwork, caused by birds. The hole was high up near my gutters and needed the use of a scaffolding tower to access and repair the problem. I had struggled to find anyone prepared to do this repair until I contacted Demy. They also sealed round four upstairs windows and cleaned out my gutters. Initial communication was very good, and after coming to give me an estimate, they were able to come and do the job sooner than expected, so it all got dealt with very promptly and all occurred as planned and the invoice was the same as the estimate. It all went well, no problems, good communications throughout. I would use them again.

After having new carpets fitted, we were unexpectedly left with doors that had been taken off their hinges and would no longer fit. We contacted Dmytro and he and one of his team came round early on the next morning. They quickly sawed and re-hung the doors before going off to their scheduled job. We were very grateful for their prompt, friendly and efficient response when we were in a difficult situation.

Demy and Vlad repaired a hole in my ceiling caused by a leak. The communication was great, they messaged and turned up when they said they would, did the job efficiently and to an excellent standard, including returning the next day to paint match. The ceiling was artexed so they plastered to match and you can't tell the difference (except their work is cleaner!)

Demy and his team were quick and did a great job putting a small loft space above our bathroom and a variety of other smaller joinery and decorating work. The building warrant was signed off immediately by the city council with no issues, and we were very pleased with the quality of the work. The main disruptive work was finished in a fortnight with the snagging finished in two further weeks as we spotted small issues that he was quick to resolve. We’d certainly use them again if we had any further work.

Demy and the team did a great job rescuing our bathroom. We had recently paid another contractor for a complete refit, but unfortunately they missed some important waterproofing, and within 2 months we could see evidence of leaking. Demy’s team have been a breath of fresh air with good communication and following through prompt completion of the job. We are now much more confident that the shower is watertight and will last over the coming years.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Did amazing work, had all the time in the world to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The level of experience clearly shows and they brought up potential issues preventatively, gave me multiple options for solutions. Very open and reasonable about pricing. They were happy to come back and adjust little things after they were done, and were really reliable, tidied up after every day and were kind and patient in the face of my indecisiveness. Wouldnt use anybody else. Finally found a good carpenter as a landlord that I trust.
