From start to finish Tropiglaze provided a first class service. Well priced quote with Gordon saying that they would not chase us up if we did not respond. The work was carried out over 3 days by team of 3, Steve, Ben & Chris who were not only skilled and efficient but worked very carefully covering carpets and furniture and cleaning up afterwards leaving our home pristine. It has given our 36 year old house a bright new look with high quality fixtures and fittings as well as adding to the warmth and comfort. Would not hesitate to recommend this excellent local firm.

We had all of our windows and front and back doors replaced. Getting a quote was refreshingly painless, he arrived on time, measured up, asked what I required and promised a quote in the post within a few days. There was none of the usual sales pressure you get from other companies and we were happy with the quote. The manufacturers took a few weeks longer than usual but as we were in the middle of a pandemic it was to be expected. However, we were kept in the loop and Gordon came round personally to apologise for the delay which was not necessary but appreciated. We were extremely impressed with the team when they fitted the doors and windows, they arrived on time, worked efficiently and followed strict Covid protocol. They were very polite and friendly and even put all the furniture back for me. The workmanship was excellent and I could not believe how clean they left everything. The manufacturer had put the wrong trim on one of the windows which they pointed out to me (I hadn’t noticed) and they were back the following week to replace it. I would definitely recommend this company and if we decide to replace our conservatory in the future we will definitely use them. Cannot fault the service and highly recommend.

I have had Tropiglaze on three previous occasions to carry out improvement to my home. This has included Windows, Doors and fascia's together with weatherboard replacement, all in uPVC. The most recent work has been the replacement of an old conservatory with a new warm roof one. The improvement is immense. On this, as on all previous occasions the process from first contact via quotation to completion has been open, transparent and professional. Follow on trades, in my case plastering, arrive and complete as agreed. The site was left in exemplary condition, indeed better than as found.
