Adrian and his team are always superb, they've done a couple of services for me prior and I'll definitely be a returning customer. For this job it was a tricky boiler install which was a little bit out of the norm, Adrian was great at explaining the options, finding me a good deal and then with George and the team did a fantastic job on the install and even cleaning up afterwards. They take great pride in what they do, are very thorough and are also a good laugh, would highly recommend.

Huge thanks to Adrian and team . When British Gas condemed my boiler and effectively walked away from it. Despite many calls made Trust Boiler Care went out of their way via Wattsap to understand the issues and provide a quote that was reasonable and more importantly when the house had no hot water or heating Adrian turns up with his merry men just a few days later and today we had heat ! Would have no problem in recommending the Company and welcome any contact . Top guy appreciate quality installation . Wish all fitters were like this .

We have just had a new Worcester boiler installed by Adrian and his team. They did a great job, it cost what they said it would, they came when they said they would, tidied up before they left and made sure we were happy with the installation and knew the new controls. Very happy to recommend.

Contacted Adrian who immediately knew what the problem could be with our shower/cylinder. He arranged for Dave to contact us, which was done promptly. Dave came the next day and diagnosed the problem was with our cylinder but needed a certain part which had to be ordered. This was done and Dave kept us updated on delivery of this unusual part. The day he got delivery he came to fit it and it was done in no time. He also carried out a service on the water cylinder which was just about due. All at a very reasonable price and done by a super guy. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone - you will receive the best service, and we had their reassurance that they would come out promptly should there be any problems.

Outstanding. Responded promptly, arrived on time and completed the installation and commissioning efficiently. Neat workers, particularly making good the old plaster and brickwork around the flue. Would recommend unreservedly.

These guys are really efficient someone recommended them to me Called Adrian Dawson and I was in a pickle about a leeking toilet feed pipe, he told us turn the mains off and sent his plumber Tony who came within an hour to evaluate and sort the problem out .he took toilet system apart replace a seal and put it all back it was done like new before lunch very reasonable price as well , I would recommend these guys to anyone extremely professional job well done

I’ve revived the best service from Adrian and trust boiler care. They were friendly, keen to sort out my boiler really quickly and fairly priced. I would reccomend to anyone!

Adrian and his team have been great. I had several problems. One with a Vokera boiler in a rented property. That was arranged. In my own house he serviced the Worcester Bosch boiler and found a gas leak which could have been fatal. He always responds to calls and charges a fair price. I would highly recommend the work of everyone in his team.

We got quotes from various firms, and we found Adrian and his team to offer the most reasonable price and to be the friendliest and most experienced. It was a big job, but Adrian did his best to reassure us that it was all perfectly normal for them and that everything would be fine, which we needed, to be honest! It involved the total renewal of a 38-year-old system, which included the replacement of 8 radiators, removal of 4 water storage tanks (3 in the loft), open fire service and converting the whole water/heating system to run off the new combi boiler. Given how much mess this job could have caused (the radiators and tanks were full of black sludge/water), along with our light carpets throughout the house, we were amazed at how unobtrusive they managed to be. Carpets were fully covered, remedial touch-up work was undertaken, all waste was removed, and the old cabinet was refitted around the new boiler, we couldn’t ask for better! They turned up on time every day and genuinely grafted (people I’ve told have been amazed at how much they achieved in a day, versus the installers they’ve used) throughout, until the job was complete, none of the unreliability which many people seem to experience. They were more than trustworthy enough to leave the key with, so we could keep out from under their feet during the day. The system works a treat and we look forward to a nice cosy winter, I suspect it’ll make a huge difference to the house as a whole, thank you, Adrian and team!

Very pleased with the service from Adrian and team. Professional client orientated approach. Both maintenance and emergencies are addressed with the thought of a client. Adrian has helped me establish a source of a gas leak when I could smell gas in the house (it was an external one). Also, was absolutely brilliant when the boiler just stopped working on a Friday evening before the long weekend - fixed it in no time, had all the spare parts needed in his van and gave us a chance to enjoy the longer break. And also, great chat always :)

Super friendly and efficient service. I was kept informed at each stage and they were polite, cheerful and got the boiler replaced and the new one installed quickly. They were very diligent in testing the new boiler and then making sure all the radiators were balanced and that there was no air in the system. The house is toasty, I couldn’t recommend anyone more! I reached out to Trust Boiler Care when our boiler packed in a week before Christmas! Adrian arrived on time, gave us a fair quote and returned to complete the job the following day. I had a new boiler fitted today by this company after having a terrible experience with another boiler repairer. Adrian, George and Phil arrived exactly on time with the friendliest customer experience one could ask for. Before I knew it my old boiler was removed and the new pipework in place for my new Worcester Bosch. The lads tidied up meticulously and talked me through the instructions. Adrian fitted a new boiler for my mother in law as hers had stopped working. He went above and beyond to ensure she had heating and hot water before Christmas. Adrian has great communication from first contacting him, through to completion and is extremely diligent in his work including cleaning and tidying away. I have used Adrian and Trust Boiler Care team for a few years now and have found them a real pleasure to deal with and also really pain free. They always offer an excellent service where they are able to respond quickly and and get the job done with no hassle at all. I have used the team for a variety of jobs big and small; from leaky radiators, Gas Safety Certificates, radiator replacements and boiler replacements. Something I particularly value is that they take the headache of my hands and deal with the problem quickly and efficiently! I really appreciate the hard work that they do.

I contacted Adrian Dawson at Trusted Boiler Care to replace my Vaillant boiler with a later model as it had failed after only 18 years of faithful service! He visited and gave a very fair quotation for the work. We agreed a start date and Adrian and his team arrived on the dot on the agreed date and time. They were very tidy and went to a lot of trouble to protect our furnishings. He had estimated that it would take a little over a day and a half to complete the work and that is what happened. The task was more complicated because the boiler is situated in the middle of the property not on an outside wall and the route for the condensate pipework was difficult. The team went to a lot of trouble to route the condensate under the floor when other routes would have been much simpler. I was impressed particularly when others might have used that work as a reason to increase the price. I found them to be very pleasant people and committed to doing a first class job. Adrian came on time and gave a prompt qoute which we agreed and the work to install a new boiler started the following week. Adrian and his team are very knowledgable,very polite and hard working. Trust Boiler Care Ltd was the only one of the 3 Which? Trusted Traders contacted to respond to my initial enquiry, and they did so within hours. The initial survey and consultation by Adrian Dawson a few days later was thorough, professional and detailed, with a recommendation for a new a system to match our slightly unusual arrangement (which includes a solar PV- heated hot water tank), with gas water heating to work quite independently of the central heating. A week later the new boiler and controls were installed by his team in 2 days, with efficiency, professionalism and skilled workmanship. I am delighted with the new system and would highly recommend Trust Boiler Care Ltd.

Our boiler broke just as the cold weather came back. Adrian and his crew came within a few days and had it sorted in two. They removed the old boiler and water tank, put in a new combi boiler and replaced a number of pipes around the house They did it with minimal disruption to us, working around our availability, with an understanding of the urgency of the request. They're a really friendly bunch too, and made sure they didn't mess up the rest of the house (they put plastic down on our stairs to avoid getting mess on them - something other traders haven't done). The boiler they put in is great.

I have known Adrian for 5 years and would always use Trust Boiler Care for all work on my central heating. In the past they have changed radiators, fitted new valves and serviced my boiler always at a price I was happy with and always with a smile! Adrian and all of his team are very respectful of my house and work in a clean and tidy way. I have just had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted and couldn't be happier with the results, they just got on with the job with no disruption inside the house or out. So we had a leak and I called them on a Friday, he wasted no time, he asked for a video and told me asap what the problem was and the cost. Loved that there was no beating around the bush straightforward so I could decide. On Saturday they came and he was so professional did an amazing clean job no mess was very quick. Highly recommend because they are so professional and have a smile on their face!

I don’t often leave reviews but decided to write something as I’ve had an excellent experience both times I’ve dealt with this company. This is how companies should be run! I used them after my British Gas annual cover were unable to send an engineer within a reasonable timescale after multiple breakdowns. They are efficient, v. knowledgeable, turn up on time and have good communication. They have managed to fix our boiler which had numerous call outs and still didn’t work. Adrian (either the manager or owner? ) is clearly the oracle of all things boiler related. ERaFAde fixed our 18 year Saunier Deval boiler (serviced every year) and I’m delighted. It’s not the season for a broken boiler!
