We are a British manufacturer and deliver in the UK. We launched the neos electric radiator heating system in 2018 a UK and International patented product. The neos is the only electric radiator with patented Cool wall and Quadvex technology. The neos is Made in Britain in Leeds and is inspired by German Electric Heating technology.

The neos has a soapstone core that retains the heat and due to its aluminium casing it conducts the heat 2.9 times more effectively than mild steel - thus warming your room quicker.

We offer a selection of thermostatic controls to fit with your lifestyle, an array of colours , finishes, styles and sizes and we have one of the longest guarantees of 25 years. Slimmest modern storage radiator on the market and the most attractive!

I asked Trust Electric Heating to visit my property and quote for a system that could (potentially) compete with my current Dimplex Quantum state-of-the-art night storage heaters. The representative was not (to my knowledge) a qualified heating engineer and was not (to my knowledge) a qualified NICEIC electrician, yet despite this… the representative told me inaccurate facts about my current Dimplex Quantum state-of-the-art night storage heater system, and also, wholly inaccurate facts about the viability of my system moving forward. For me, this was alarming, and equally, very unprofessional! Following on from the above, their suggested alternative electric radiator heating system (based on day rate KW hour costs) compared to my current system (charged at off-peak rates) was 15% to 20% more expensive to run (based on like-for-like KW hour input costs). My advice to anyone seeking a heating quotation (regardless of the salesperson and/or regardless of the company) is to always do your very own research, don’t believe all of the marketing, and never be afraid to challenge the narrative.

Our commitment is to be transparent and thorough in our communications and recommendations. We base our approach on extensive research and testing with universities and labs, ensuring our information is grounded in science rather than marketing. After reviewing your calls, it’s clear some of the information shared may have caused misunderstandings. To clarify, we have not conducted direct comparisons or testing between our NEOS system and the Dimplex Quantum, which wasn’t included in our running guide. While we offered case studies based on traditional storage heaters, it wouldn’t be fair to compare NEOS directly to Quantum without specific test data. We appreciate Dimplex Quantum’s off-peak tariff efficiency but understand why some customers explore alternatives like ours, often due to Quantum’s control mechanisms or preference for a slimmer design. Comments about E7 tariffs shared in your call were not in line with our training and this will be addressed. Regarding your consumer board, our photo requests ensure RCD protection before installation. Your board is RCD protected and meets the relevant standards, though its overdue inspection date may prompt a professional electrician to recommend an update for safety. We value transparency and honesty, and your feedback is helping us improve.

Left the flat perfectly clean, even filled in the holes from the previous radiators. Recommend them one hundred percent.

We appreciate the Dimplex Quantum heaters, introduced in 2012, for their effective use of off-peak tariffs. They’re a great option for those who find this model fits seamlessly into their routine. However, we also understand why some customers look to alternatives like ours – often due to the Quantum’s control mechanisms, which can be challenging for some users, or because they prefer a slimmer design amongst some of the reasons. Regarding the consumer board, we always request photographs before installation to check if it’s RCD protected, as this can determine whether an upgrade would be necessary for an E7 switch-over. Very impressed with the product, sales approach, customer service and installation. Angie, the engineer who came to see me explained things clearly with no hard sell and Sofia in the office was helpful and friendly. Callum and Kostas installed the heating in a very short time, with minimal disruption, and tidied up. Would definitely recommend this company

We have just had Costas and Robbie here today. They removed 4 old heavy night storage heaters and replaced them with lovely new ones. Already feeling tbe benefit. From the very first contact through to fitting the service was exemplary. Due to ill health, replacement radiators were needed urgently. Sophia from the office, Alex the surveyor from 30 August, the Initial visit, and then the installation team gave first class service so amazingly everything was superbly completed yesterday - 21 September. From start to finish the very best service, and nicest people you could wish for. The job was done to perfection.

The person who came to give me a quote to upgrade my old storage heaters to a modern heating system was friendly and explained everything fully. There was no hard sell. On deciding to go ahead the office staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave me an insultation date and my heaters were fitted on that date. The lads who fitted them were great and did an excellent job. They gave me an in depth lesson on how they worked and set them for the oncoming winter. Also provided a booklet to help me if things needed changing. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

Replacement to storage heaters

We had 4 quotes and two surveys for a replacement for two old storage heaters. Trust Electric Heating engineers was friendly yet professional and fully informed about the issues we had in changing our system. She took time to work out the best size and placement for our needs. The quote we received was considerably less that the other suppliers. Although two of them reduced their prices later with special offers. One to half price. After we accepted the quote and paid half the costs the heaters were installed within a few weeks by Corey and Kostes. They removed the old heaters with no fuss or disruption and finished the installation of the new heaters. Corey ran through the operation and settings to ensure that we were ready when the winter sets in. Clean, efficient, and value for money.

We were looking for replacement radiators for a number of storage heaters. Trust we’re very efficient from the start and we had a sales person visit who worked through our requirements. The fitters were prompt, helpful and left no mess and explained all that was required. They were quick and installed the radiators with out hassle. Can only recommend Trust as a supplier and fitter of radiators.

We ordered our radiators months ago but they couldn’t be fitted until we were ready for them (renovation project). We ordered 14 in total and they were fitted yesterday by Ben and Callum who were superb. They spent much time talking through our queries and did a super job. They were competent and got on with the job without fuss or delay. We have yet to use the radiators as we are waiting for an internet connection to be fitted and an extra power line into the house so they will need to come back to finish the job in September. I wanted to write this initial review as I was so impressed with the boys and with the company who have been great to work with; always friendly and helpful and easy to contact. I recommend them wholeheartedly (and as a member of Which? I’d found their details on the Which? website),
