We live in Shetland, so it was a leap of faith to use a company in Yorkshire to replace our old heating system. We were initially charmed by the lovely personal service from Olivia and Gia, who set up appointments, then impressed by Scott, who came to our property, gave advice on what was needed, and provided an estimate. The installation of six radiators was immaculately done by Ben and Brice, who consulted on the exact placing of each radiator. They left no mess whatsoever. We stripped out old night store radiators, and replaced with very elegant direct heat NEOS RADIATORS. We will have to change meter and tariff. Our power company estimates our bill will be cut by 70%. We are very impressed by the new control that we have over temperature in the house. Customer service throughout the process has been superb. When Scott was going to be twenty minutes late, we got a phone call giving us warning. Someone has done a great job of training all staff on customer service excellence, and the radiators appear to be state of the art. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

The installation was swift and the site was left in a clean and tidy condition. Operation instructions were clear and easy to assimilate. All in all an excellent job.

Trust Heating advised us on requirements for heating our conservatory. The salesman who attended the initial assessment with us was very professional, helpful and listened to our queries. He brought samples of the heaters and was very clear with his explanations. We have been unable to use our conservatory in winter as it is freezing. We decided to go ahead with the installation on 21st April 2021 to make sure we get good use of the conservatory in the future. The two staff who installed the heaters (Kostas and Charlie) were very efficient and did a very good job. They explained the digital programming and the working details of the radiators very well. We are very happy with the radiators and would recommend them and the company without hesitation.

Costas and Charlie arrived within minutes of the time arranged . They removed my old storage heaters and installed the new heaters quickly with the minimum of mess ( which they cleaned up). The operating controls for the new heaters were well explained. The guys were late for the initial sales appointment but as I live in a very rural part of Shetland I was expecting this, and the original date for the installation had to be changed . Again I was expecting this as we were having severe weather so the ferry wasn't running. My heaters were installed yesterday, I'm well pleased. I cannot speak too highly of everyone that I have had contact with from Trust Heating including the office staff.

The challenge to replace outdated night storage heating was dealt with easily and efficiently by the company. Home visit and advice from Chris was clear and handled well. The installation team, Costas and Charlie, couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring that the work was completed to full satisfaction. Considering the difficulties I had in previously sourcing any company willing to do the full work, including removal of the old heaters, I recommend Trust Electric Heating Ltd wholeheartedly.

Had a Clearview Conservatory built last summer and Trust Heating fitted a Radiator in August 2020. Really impressed with how radiator looked and easy to operate, retaining constant temperature and very 'clean' heat. As we had storage heaters in old farmhouse, contacted Trust Heating in February. Next day Sales Rep Chris came and advised us, his knowledge and presentation is incredible. Ordered 6 radiators there and then. Ghia then kept us in regular contact, and radiators were fitted on Wed 10 March. The 2 installation guys (Costas and colleague) were fantastic, so courteous and helpful. All radiators fitted and they overcame a couple of unforeseen issues, and stayed until 6.15 to finish the job, set the timers etc. They did a wonderful job. Olivia then followed up with a call to check we were happy with everything, and we were. What a pleasure to deal with a Company who has a fantastic product, gave a superb service throughout and kept us fully notified at all times, and delivered exactly on time. A rarity these days. Cannot thank you all enough, and will be in touch again as we will need more radiators for the house.

I had two of there radiators installed. They look good. The engineers that came out with very polite, professional, get the post clean and tidy but as to there customer service could do a lot better. Once these were installed and they had the rest of the money they didn't what to know as the radiators needed to be hardwired and a switch needed be put in to allow for the economy 7 to be on all the time. They didn't care I had to call them back and all I got was I have to check with the engineers even though both of us have been trying to get electricians to come to the property at short notice. Also when they have said they will call back it took 4 days to get back to me but that was for me to pay. So take care with this company.
