We are a British manufacturer and deliver in the UK. We launched the neos electric radiator heating system in 2018 a UK and International patented product. The neos is the only electric radiator with patented Cool wall and Quadvex technology. The neos is Made in Britain in Leeds and is inspired by German Electric Heating technology.

The neos has a soapstone core that retains the heat and due to its aluminium casing it conducts the heat 2.9 times more effectively than mild steel - thus warming your room quicker.

We offer a selection of thermostatic controls to fit with your lifestyle, an array of colours , finishes, styles and sizes and we have one of the longest guarantees of 25 years. Slimmest modern storage radiator on the market and the most attractive!

Costas and Charlie arrived within minutes of the time arranged . They removed my old storage heaters and installed the new heaters quickly with the minimum of mess ( which they cleaned up). The operating controls for the new heaters were well explained. The guys were late for the initial sales appointment but as I live in a very rural part of Shetland I was expecting this, and the original date for the installation had to be changed . Again I was expecting this as we were having severe weather so the ferry wasn't running. My heaters were installed yesterday, I'm well pleased. I cannot speak too highly of everyone that I have had contact with from Trust Heating including the office staff.

The challenge to replace outdated night storage heating was dealt with easily and efficiently by the company. Home visit and advice from Chris was clear and handled well. The installation team, Costas and Charlie, couldn't have been more helpful in ensuring that the work was completed to full satisfaction. Considering the difficulties I had in previously sourcing any company willing to do the full work, including removal of the old heaters, I recommend Trust Electric Heating Ltd wholeheartedly.

Had a Clearview Conservatory built last summer and Trust Heating fitted a Radiator in August 2020. Really impressed with how radiator looked and easy to operate, retaining constant temperature and very 'clean' heat. As we had storage heaters in old farmhouse, contacted Trust Heating in February. Next day Sales Rep Chris came and advised us, his knowledge and presentation is incredible. Ordered 6 radiators there and then. Ghia then kept us in regular contact, and radiators were fitted on Wed 10 March. The 2 installation guys (Costas and colleague) were fantastic, so courteous and helpful. All radiators fitted and they overcame a couple of unforeseen issues, and stayed until 6.15 to finish the job, set the timers etc. They did a wonderful job. Olivia then followed up with a call to check we were happy with everything, and we were. What a pleasure to deal with a Company who has a fantastic product, gave a superb service throughout and kept us fully notified at all times, and delivered exactly on time. A rarity these days. Cannot thank you all enough, and will be in touch again as we will need more radiators for the house.

I had two of there radiators installed. They look good. The engineers that came out with very polite, professional, get the post clean and tidy but as to there customer service could do a lot better. Once these were installed and they had the rest of the money they didn't what to know as the radiators needed to be hardwired and a switch needed be put in to allow for the economy 7 to be on all the time. They didn't care I had to call them back and all I got was I have to check with the engineers even though both of us have been trying to get electricians to come to the property at short notice. Also when they have said they will call back it took 4 days to get back to me but that was for me to pay. So take care with this company.

We had two heaters and a towel rail fitted but have a thermostat issue which they have promised to repair multiple times and never fulfilled this. I have called multiple times, written emails, spoken to an out of office engineer and still nothing back from them. Not acceptable for the price of the product!

Dear Customer, I would like to offer an apology for an error on our behalf. We have recently taken on some new staff in the customer service area, and despite ongoing monitoring and training we are giving them they are prone to an odd mistake. If you look the email below you will see that we took your complaint about the Salus system seriously and Gia followed our correct procedure in forwarding your complaint over to Salus complaints department. However unfortunately she accidently forwarded it to our info@ account. So we did have the intention to escalate the matter on the first available date. I was the duty engineer over the weekend that you reported the faulty Salus thermostat, and you agreed with me that you were very happy with the Neos Radiators however you were very unhappy with the Salus system. I explained to you that we would forward your complaint on to Salus at the earliest convenience, which we clearly attempted on the 19th. Whilst I understand your frustration with this matter I do feel it is unfair to leave a negative comment about Trust when it has been established that it was the Salus product at fault and that we where prepared to help you with this mater. Moving forward we have passed your problem on to Salus and they should be in touch asap. If you don’t get a satisfactory result from them then please come back to ourselves and we will be more than happy to help with replacing your Thermostats with our Protostats. The service I received was very good, I just had reason to complain a couple of times. I had to chase my quote after a couple of days. I paid my 50 percent but had to chose installation date which in the end I did not get a call back and company closed for 7 weeks. I rang on 6/1 and was told it was 8/1 which is short notice. But overall, we are very happy with the heating.
