We are a British manufacturer and deliver in the UK. We launched the neos electric radiator heating system in 2018 a UK and International patented product. The neos is the only electric radiator with patented Cool wall and Quadvex technology. The neos is Made in Britain in Leeds and is inspired by German Electric Heating technology.
The neos has a soapstone core that retains the heat and due to its aluminium casing it conducts the heat 2.9 times more effectively than mild steel - thus warming your room quicker.

I asked Trust Electric Heating to visit my property and quote for a system that could (potentially) compete with my current Dimplex Quantum state-of-the-art night storage heaters. The representative was not (to my knowledge) a qualified heating engineer and was not (to my knowledge) a qualified NICEIC electrician, yet despite this… the representative told me inaccurate facts about my current Dimplex Quantum state-of-the-art night storage heater system, and also, wholly inaccurate facts about the viability of my system moving forward. For me, this was alarming, and equally, very unprofessional! Following on from the above, their suggested alternative electric radiator heating system (based on day rate KW hour costs) compared to my current system (charged at off-peak rates) was 15% to 20% more expensive to run (based on like-for-like KW hour input costs). My advice to anyone seeking a heating quotation (regardless of the salesperson and/or regardless of the company) is to always do your very own research, don’t believe all of the marketing, and never be afraid to challenge the narrative.

The person who came to give me a quote to upgrade my old storage heaters to a modern heating system was friendly and explained everything fully. There was no hard sell. On deciding to go ahead the office staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave me an insultation date and my heaters were fitted on that date. The lads who fitted them were great and did an excellent job. They gave me an in depth lesson on how they worked and set them for the oncoming winter. Also provided a booklet to help me if things needed changing. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

We had 4 quotes and two surveys for a replacement for two old storage heaters. Trust Electric Heating engineers was friendly yet professional and fully informed about the issues we had in changing our system. She took time to work out the best size and placement for our needs. The quote we received was considerably less that the other suppliers. Although two of them reduced their prices later with special offers. One to half price. After we accepted the quote and paid half the costs the heaters were installed within a few weeks by Corey and Kostes. They removed the old heaters with no fuss or disruption and finished the installation of the new heaters. Corey ran through the operation and settings to ensure that we were ready when the winter sets in. Clean, efficient, and value for money.

We ordered our radiators months ago but they couldn’t be fitted until we were ready for them (renovation project). We ordered 14 in total and they were fitted yesterday by Ben and Callum who were superb. They spent much time talking through our queries and did a super job. They were competent and got on with the job without fuss or delay. We have yet to use the radiators as we are waiting for an internet connection to be fitted and an extra power line into the house so they will need to come back to finish the job in September. I wanted to write this initial review as I was so impressed with the boys and with the company who have been great to work with; always friendly and helpful and easy to contact. From the first sales visit to the delivery communication was exemplary. Attention to detail for the installation, excellent and the quality of the overall job superb. One week ago today, Ben and Callum arrived very promptly indeed to install our whole house new electric heating system. The professionalism is impressive as is the quality of the install. We are absolutely delighted with the job. The heating is of course very new but we really rate the controllability which was a key reason to change. The rooms heat up really well and while early days, we already see a dip in energy use compared to the old system. Having over 30 years experience with all electric heating we should soon be able to compare real life savings.

Finally decided to say a sad goodbye to the open fire. Had a look around via internet and advertisements and eventually invited a couple of manufacturers to drop in with information and quotation. Kris from Trust was polite and informative in his advice on the products and our needs, giving the information without intensively pushing the sale and we confirmed our order the following day. We were kept up to date by the office on the requirement (safety ) for us to have our fuse box and sockets replaced/amended (our cost) and the progress of the manufacture of our heater as we neared the delivery date. All the office staff (mainly dealt with Gia and Olivia ) were friendly, successfully combining efficiency with a sense of humour! The new heaters were delivered and installed by Kostas and Callum. Again friendly, efficient - and tidy - and they probably won't have to go to the gym for a while after removing our old night-storage unit. The heaters themselves? Smart and so far absolutely doing the job ! And we've signed up for the new maintenance scheme. So, based on our experience, a small British company that engages with the customer, and wants to - and does - offer good product and service. Perhaps a factor is that the staff all seem to enjoy the work itself and working for the company. Overall, a company deserving of its name !

Quoted in March for June installation. They gave good advice on the number and placement of radiators. The installation team were good at advising when they would arrive. They worked efficiently and left no mess. They removed the old radiators. There was a small amount of damage to a wall, which they returned to repair. As it was a mild autumn we have only recently used the heating system. We are appreciating the ability to control time and temperature. We use the optimum setting and will use boost if necessary.

The initial survey was conducted to a high standard and although I had other alternatives with other companies, I was educated to be able to make the correct decision in choosing Trust to do the installation. Kostas and Robbie installed the radiators competently and considerately, with no fuss, worked with due care to avoiding mess and ensured work areas were clean before completion of job and leaving premises. Original consultation and survey occurred on time and all was well explained. My one minor disagreement was with the description of free heat on switching off radiator - no such thing (what occurs is due to inertia within the system explained by time to heat up soapstone and then loss of heat when switched off). Communication from Trust about radiator manufacture and details about installation was good, and there are two points that are worth making. 1. Miscommunication at minor level when asking for feedback about installation when it hadn’t happened at the time, 2. When asked about Trust or installers liability insurance two members of team hadn’t heard of it. I did get a copy emailed quickly after their investigations and to my satisfaction.

I had an existing 17-year-old electric heating system that had become obsolete replaced with Trust radiators, 5 radiators and one towel rail. Throughout the process the flow of information from the company about the progress of my order was excellent. The installation process was relatively straightforward and my installers, Ben and Robbie, did an excellent job even down to removing a fitted shoe cupboard that had been built around an old heater that I had not had an opportunity to remove before they arrived so that they could access the radiator. We also had some initial teething problems with the remote control system pairing properly, but Ben reset everything and got everything up and running even checking before he left that I could control the heating both from the app and the remote thermostats to ensure there were no problems with the set-up. Ben and Robbie were polite, efficient, cleaned up as they went and did a very neat job.

They let me know they were on their way, arrived on time and fitted the heaters quickly and efficiently. They were pleasant, friendly and polite. They explained the controls to me - which, due to my general inability to understand such digital controls, I told them would be the hardest part of their job - but their quick run-through was fine and I didn't need to refer to the little booklet afterwards. Just had new electric radiators installed by Trust to replace old storage and panel heaters. Install team of Kostas and Corey arrived bang on time as advised and after a quick look round got straight to work. They took out all of our old heating units before installing the new ones and they also arrange disposal of the old equipment. Could not believe how quick and clean they were, it only took a few hours to carry out all of the work and they were constantly cleaning and tidying up as they worked. We were then given comprehensive instructions on the operation of the new units. The new units look great and we hope that they will prove to be more controllable and economic than our previous system. The whole procedure from survey all the way through to installation was extremely efficient and friendly and we would not hesitate to recommend Trust based on our experience.

Trust Heating supplied radiators to our beautiful village hall in East Harlsey. As a popular wedding venue, we wanted to enhance the comfort levels and the appearance of our main hall. The radiators look very impressive and we expect them to be very efficient. The initial contact with Scott was very informative and reassuring. The fitting team of Ben, Brice and Callum came when expected, fitted the radiators effectively, explained the use of the thermostat and app and left the hall clean and tidy. Each of the contractors used - plumber and electrician - were equally good. everyone arrived at the appointed time and did their job effectively and tidily. My only slight frustration was with communication in the early stages when it proved difficult to get a complete price for the job and I was not kept as well informed as promised. That aside I would be happy to recommend Trust and once my order was placed, the level of service was exceptional and above expectations.

A little bit of research on companies and technologies paid off. After a couple of different enquiries I had made a decision to go with Trust Electric Heaters. They did stand out from the start by transparency on technology and pricing. Absolutely no attempts to lure into something I didn't want or to scam, unlike others. Clear detailed description of technology, which only used by this company. It enabled me to do further research if I wanted to get more assurance. Team is exceptionally loyal to product, enthusiastic, believe in quality they deliver. Communications and customer service were excellent at all stages of the process, from initial call to installation day. Surveyor and installation team impressed with punctuality, which is a quality of professionals. Radiators were made on order very quickly, and they are beautiful! I had two out of eight in yellow colour, which light up the mood instantly. Beware, there are hundreds of colours and shades available, good luck making a quick choice! Installation day was exciting. Kostas and Callum were friendly, polite and efficient. 10 old storage heaters removed, 8 new heaters installed, checked, admin finished in designated time. Everything has been cleaned, whatever moved - put back in places, holes on the walls from old heaters filled and polished. Kostas done outstanding job on utilising socket for one of the heaters, quick thinking, very knowledgeable and delivers best result. I wish more people to find you!

Wanting to do my bit for climate change I asked Trust to come and carry out a survey of my two bedroom, 1985 cottage, half-terrace. I was relying on an expert to advise me about this move from an ageing gas system to an electric system. This involved eight electric radiators. What didn't happen was that an energy/thermal audit was taken by the surveyor. At that time my house was completely unsuitable for electric heating. Even though I retrofitted cavity wall and loft insulation and new double glazing replacing 1980s windows, this did not make the radiators viable to run. Over the winter of 20/21 my electricity bills were all but unaffordable because of the thermal inefficiency of the property. I dare not turn the thermostats up above 19%. The system was completely unsuitable for the property and Trust should have known this and advised me of it.

We live in Shetland, so it was a leap of faith to use a company in Yorkshire to replace our old heating system. We were initially charmed by the lovely personal service from Olivia and Gia, who set up appointments, then impressed by Scott, who came to our property, gave advice on what was needed, and provided an estimate. The installation of six radiators was immaculately done by Ben and Brice, who consulted on the exact placing of each radiator. They left no mess whatsoever. We stripped out old night store radiators, and replaced with very elegant direct heat NEOS RADIATORS. We will have to change meter and tariff. Our power company estimates our bill will be cut by 70%. We are very impressed by the new control that we have over temperature in the house. Customer service throughout the process has been superb. When Scott was going to be twenty minutes late, we got a phone call giving us warning. Someone has done a great job of training all staff on customer service excellence, and the radiators appear to be state of the art. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Trust Heating advised us on requirements for heating our conservatory. The salesman who attended the initial assessment with us was very professional, helpful and listened to our queries. He brought samples of the heaters and was very clear with his explanations. We have been unable to use our conservatory in winter as it is freezing. We decided to go ahead with the installation on 21st April 2021 to make sure we get good use of the conservatory in the future. The two staff who installed the heaters (Kostas and Charlie) were very efficient and did a very good job. They explained the digital programming and the working details of the radiators very well. Costas and Charlie arrived within minutes of the time arranged . They removed my old storage heaters and installed the new heaters quickly with the minimum of mess ( which they cleaned up). The operating controls for the new heaters were well explained. The guys were late for the initial sales appointment but as I live in a very rural part of Shetland I was expecting this, and the original date for the installation had to be changed . Again I was expecting this as we were having severe weather so the ferry wasn't running. My heaters were installed yesterday, I'm well pleased. I cannot speak too highly of everyone that I have had contact with from Trust Heating including the office staff.

Had a Clearview Conservatory built last summer and Trust Heating fitted a Radiator in August 2020. Really impressed with how radiator looked and easy to operate, retaining constant temperature and very 'clean' heat. As we had storage heaters in old farmhouse, contacted Trust Heating in February. Next day Sales Rep Chris came and advised us, his knowledge and presentation is incredible. Ordered 6 radiators there and then. Ghia then kept us in regular contact, and radiators were fitted on Wed 10 March. The 2 installation guys (Costas and colleague) were fantastic, so courteous and helpful. All radiators fitted and they overcame a couple of unforeseen issues, and stayed until 6.15 to finish the job, set the timers etc. They did a wonderful job. Olivia then followed up with a call to check we were happy with everything, and we were. What a pleasure to deal with a Company who has a fantastic product, gave a superb service throughout and kept us fully notified at all times, and delivered exactly on time. A rarity these days. Cannot thank you all enough, and will be in touch again as we will need more radiators for the house.

I had two of there radiators installed. They look good. The engineers that came out with very polite, professional, get the post clean and tidy but as to there customer service could do a lot better. Once these were installed and they had the rest of the money they didn't what to know as the radiators needed to be hardwired and a switch needed be put in to allow for the economy 7 to be on all the time. They didn't care I had to call them back and all I got was I have to check with the engineers even though both of us have been trying to get electricians to come to the property at short notice. Also when they have said they will call back it took 4 days to get back to me but that was for me to pay. So take care with this company.

The service I received was very good, I just had reason to complain a couple of times. I had to chase my quote after a couple of days. I contacted Trust after receiving a very expensive quote to install gas in my property. When I was given a quote to install electric heating, the honesty of the salesman was to be credited. I had a total of 5 radiators suggested for gas installation, the Trust rep advised that only 3 required with a towel rail instead of a radiator in the bathroom. He advised that there would be no requirement for a radiator in the hall area. The installation went to plan, I was advised the day before of the time the engineers would be present for 15 Nov. Ben and Brice were the 2 engineers and they carried out their work in a professional manner, giving advice on how to maintain and even detach the radiators. I was unsure on how to operate the timer for the thermostats on the radiators and I e-mailed the office asking for guidance. During the week I was called by Ben to guide me on the process of how the timers operated. Even after he had called he replied to my texts for whenever I had a query, this was in the evening after 8.00pm. The heating is working fine now and I am more than pleased that I managed to discover Trust Electrical. Also I have been aware of "Which?" for many years and the reputation they carry. The "Which?" logo is displayed on Trust uniform/shirts. Thank you.

I wanted to write this short review based entirely on my personal experience of a consultation with Trust Electric Heating as I was ultimately unable to progress an installation due to reasons occurring outside of their control. Mark was booked to visit me to discuss my requirements and this he did with great efficiency, friendliness and professionalism. He was at great pains to provide a very thorough explanation about the company, the product and all of the benefits an investment in their Neos Heating system would afford me. A very competitive price was offered and there was no pressure to close the sale before he left. In my view, Trust Electric Heating are very customer facing and look to understand the client needs in full and offer an old fashioned family style consultation and sales service unlike so many of the online faceless and pressurised companies that one normally has to endure. I cannot rate them highly enough and there is a good level of team cooperation when I had occasion to contact the office with a further query. Scott and Hannika were very quick to assist me. Bravo. I would have no hesitation in recommending Trust Electrical Heating to family, friends and colleagues.

I am writing this on behalf of my 94 year old father who is partially sighted and not very mobile. Communications with the team went good and they responded to requests that communication needed to be through myself. Will have to wait and see how energy efficient the new heaters are. However, the installers were outstanding in their proficiency and attention to detail. They went out of their way to make things safe for my father.

After converting our Conservatory into a roofed room to allow use all year round we looked into how to heat our approx. 18ft by 12ft space. We were impressed by the product available and discussed our needs with Scott. Scott listened and gave several options for us to consider. We opted for one large fixed radiator and one smaller mobile radiator, giving us the flexibility to use the mobile radiator in the main areas of the house too. Having used the heaters we are pleased with our purchase and have no hesitation in recommending their service and product.

Northern Electrical Heating Ltd were very efficient. The men who fitted the radiators were fast, very tidy and very polite and friendly. When a problem occurred with the heaters they were very prompt at solving the problem. The men also came on time and kept me informed throughout the fitting of the heaters and then putting right what had gone wrong. I would recommend the company to others.
