The quotation was done by Indy. He laid out a full list of work to be done in order to replace the existing failing boiler and replace it with a new model which would fit inside the existing cupboard. He is knowledgeable and professional. The quotation was in fact slightly cheaper than the competition but to be honest that was not critical. It was more a case of having confidence in him and the firm. Fitting was done on the day specified. Again the fitter was very professional, happy to explain what he would be doing and when, so as to inconvenience us as little as possible. He cleared up after his work and explained the workings of the boiler. We are very pleased to have chosen T&S Gas and are happy to recommend to others.

This firm has installed Worcester Bosch boilers into two different properties of ours in the past year. We moved not long after having the first boiler installed following a total breakdown of our previous one. Contacted T&S on a Saturday afternoon and new Boiler installed and working on Tuesday by midday!! When we found that the boiler in our new house needed replacing, we had absolutely no hesitation in calling T&S back. Second job up to same high standard as first. Very quick and responsive service, tidy work, no mess. Very helpful and informative fitter.

The TS salesman attended on time, was polite, knowledgeable and produced a comprehensive quote then and there. The work was booked several weeks in advance and the guys attended as planned, and again they were professional, tidy (even using proper carpet protection) and worked late to get the job completed on time. It was not a straightforward job but they just got on with it. A fantastic and friendly service from all involved.

Had my new boiler installed by T S gas & electrical both gas engineers were very polite fast efficient and excellent service provided and a very tidy job. As well as installing the boiler, the app was also installed on my phone and everything explained. I would highly recommend T S GAS & ELECTRICAL and lastly their sales man who came to do the quote was also very good in explaining and helpful in choosing the right boiler.

We cannot recommend TS Gas and Electric highly enough. From the detailed quote and outstanding customer service given by Indy, to Vic and Gaz who installed our heating system. From start to finish they were professional, polite and cleaned down at the end of every day. These guys are a credit to their profession. We are very happy with all aspects of our installation.

The surveyor visited and gave us a very informative assessment of what work would be required and explained well the choice of boiler that would be best for our home. An installation date was emailed within days of us accepting their very comparable quote. The installer turned up right on time, started work right away at 8.45am and never stopped until completed at 6.00pm. The work was completed efficiently and with little mess. The operation of the boiler functions were explained clearly. Very pleased we chose TS Gas to do our new boiler installation.

I had a new Ideal C24 Combi Boiler installed by TS Gas & Electric Ltd., and was very pleased with the work and workmanship. It wasn't the easiest job for Rich to do as I wanted the boiler in a slightly different place on the wall and an extended flue. He did an excellent job, explained what was going on and answered any questions I had. I was very happy with the customer service, and the fact that I got a phone call a few days later to check that I was happy with everything. The price was as quoted and the job completed as promised. I would happily recommend this company.

I found this company to be highly professional, courteous and honest. My boiler was replaced and the work was done to a high standard. Everyone involved was polite and helpful. The customer service was outstanding. Every stage of the process was well explained and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly and the boiler is working brilliantly. They are Worcester Bosch Approved Installers and they got me a 12 Year Parts and Labour Guarantee on my boiler. They were also able to provide finance which was useful. I have already recommended this company to a friend and I will be having my new boiler serviced by them annually.
