I contacted 3 parties to quote for a new boiler. TS Gas were the only conpany to discuss the various options and recommendations for my property rather than just price. I selected a larger bigger boiler capacity, as I live in a 3 storey home with 3 bathrooms and didn't want limited hot water pressure. From the quotation to installation was less than a week. The team arrived at my home at the time stated and couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy and felt safe during this pandemic also covering to protect all area of traffic. Professional throughout, I could not recommend more highly.

Had a new combi-boiler and central heating system fitted within my property. Whilst I was happy with the boiler and radiators, as they finished on the Thursday PM by Friday AM a hot water pipe burst under my tiled kitchen floor. As I contacted T.S Gas they were not very helpful and said to call a plumber as this is existing pipework and not their problem. The engineer said 'it is a coincidence, it's as if the cat dies next door and you blame the boiler'. Obviously this was not appreciated. Following this they emailed a harsh unnecessary email 'It seems that finding someone to blame and getting ‘very upset’ without any reasonable justification is quite common place these days, instead of just accepting that it was a rare occurrence on an old property which was unfortunate.' There was never any explanation of existing pipework being affected (in an older property) and never any empathy with this. Furthermore they have left a hole in my roof! Don't waste your time with them.

An excellent job was done in installing a full central heating system to this property. It was done to our usual very high standards. Richard, the installing engineer, is highly experienced and professional. All of our reviews on this site give an accurate representation of our work and excellent customer service. The customer is renovating a very old property and a few days after our works some of the very old original pipework under the kitchen floor developed a leak. This was on pipework which we had not installed or worked on. We could not have worked on it as it was buried in the concrete in the kitchen floor from when the house was originally constructed. We were helpful to her in identifying the issue and giving her a plan of action. Our original survey covered all aspects of the nature of our work. All aspects were discussed in great detail. Furthermore our terms of installation, which the customer read and agreed to, cover such issues. The issue that occurred was absolutely nothing to do with our works, and any hot or cold water supply pipe should be suitable for mains pressure. Where there is a genuine issue relating to any of our work we always take care of it. We pride ourselves on our workmanship and exceptional customer service.

We were recommended this company by my son, who had a combi boiler fitted. Indy, our gas advisor, was really helpful, and explained everything without confusing us. Installation was arranged and quote given, only 2 weeks to go! Our 2 installers arrived and got on with taking our old system boiler and pipes out, very professionally and tidily. Day 2 was to connect boiler and 4 new radiators. So pleased with our new purchase which was on budget and works amazingly. Thank you to all.

Manny came firstly to quote for the installation of a new boiler. He was very professional answered all my questions and explained everything very well especially as regards how to identify perhaps "less reputable" installers. The figure quoted was competitive with three other quotes that I had, and after a brief chat with Head office decided to proceed. I paid a deposit on the phone and was given a date and time for installation 7 days later. The two engineers arrived on the day at the time stated and worked without a break until the job was complete. They were very quiet and clean absolutely no mess afterwards to clear up and completed the job very quickly. So far a first class company and employees to deal with.

We needed our boiler replacing, TS Gas and Electric came out to give us a quote. The Gentleman that came out was very professional and polite, he took the time to go over everything we needed and give us different options. Once we had agreed to go ahead and agreed dates for work the work to be done they completed all work as scheduled and to a very good standard. We are very happy with the job and would definitely recommend them.

I recently had a new boiler and radiators installed by TS Gas and Electric. Regarding the final product, so far one month later I can say that the boiler and radiators are working fine. My experience with the company from start to finish has been one of professionalism, attention to detail, clear communication and friendly and respectful individuals. They always came on time, including to appointments. This started with Tim’s always prompt and clear communication on email, Indy’s visits and his very detailed job sheet and attention to detail (which was the thing that sold me on the company, as well as the competitive price). When the job started, Mani was in charge and carefully walked me through the planned work, as well as addressing clearly any questions I had. Jeek and Vik were friendly and hard-working. The other Vic showed a lot of attention to detail and made a nice suggestion on the final few bits of piping work that led to a much nicer final finish, even though it took a bit longer, which I really appreciated.
