Chris and Fletcher explained everything before we committed to the solar panels. We were really happy to go ahead and got a date to commence the work soon after. The team that fitted the panels were really lovely and did a great job. They were super polite and the finished panels look great, much better than I expected and bird proof too. We were really pleased with the price and the results are amazing, our electricity bill will be practically zero. Can highly recommend Turnpike Electrical.

Chris & the team were fantastic from the original phone call to discuss my requirements, to the site visit to help decide the correct number of panels & battery type necessary for our property & final during the installation. Chris's team were very friendly & considerate during the installation - I work from home but the team were no t a nuisance at all. Chris helped me understand how the battery & panels work on the App & webpage & even chased the registration for my feed-in tariff whilst on holiday! I would definitely recommend Turnpike Electricals in the future. In terms of the panels & battery they have been superb - I wanted to wait some months before reviewing to make sure any bugs were ironed out and to be honest there was none. Extremely happy with everything Turnpike have done for me.

From quote to finished job took just 1 week. We had difficulties with Octopus and our MCS certificate because we have 2 meters on site but every email and phone call was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Chris. Very impressed.

The whole process from initial inquiry to commissioning the system ran very smoothly. Chis discussed my needs and explained how they could be met with an acceptable quote. I was advised and kept in the loop at all phases of the installation by Chris and his friendly team. The work was carried out efficiently and tidily around the needs of my household. When the work was complete I was given a tour of the installation and its workings We then sat down and I was given a comprehensive guide to the accompany app and how best to use the system, a lot to take in, but that wasn't a problem, Chis has access to the app and has supported me through the early days. Turnpike Electricals responded to a telephone query regarding the installation of a Battery Storage Device to link up with a Solar Panel Installation. The call was followed up with a clear proposal of Battery Size / Cost The installation was scheduled, and they arrived on time as agreed The installation took a number of hours and was conducted in a professional manner with clear communications to me, the Householder, at each stage of the process The installation and follow-on testing were conducted, and a software issue was resolved through contact with the Support Centre The Turnpike installation leader then explained the different indicators on the actual Battery Storage, and also the use of the App available on the Mobile Phone The work site was cleaned and all waste packaging removed after completion The Turnpike manager called later in the day to confirm the system was operating correctly. He also responded to a text query after hours in the evening There was an incident where the Battery was not working about two weeks after installation. When I called the manager at Turnpike, he walked me through the procedure to reset the battery on the phone I have had two general queries during the past six months - each time Turnpike has responded to my call within one hour I can only record that I am extremely happy with the Installation and follow-on Support from Turnpike Electrical Limited - the service feels very personal.

Chris and team were recommended to me by my partner’s parents and my own parents, who both had recently had large systems installed. Chris was very helpful in recommending 5 large 600-w panels for our garage in addition to the 9 on the house. These are in a great position with a long exposure to the sunlight throughout the day, and these often outperform my parents' system, which is double the size. Chris was able to fit us in within less than 3 weeks from confirmation and fit us within a week. There were a couple of teething issues when completed, and these were fixed promptly, with Chris even sending an extra engineer out to us on a Sunday to make sure it was working for us. I cannot fault the system and the savings it will afford us for the amount the system produces effortlessly, even on a rainy day.

Chris did our solar panel installation with batteries and pigeon protection. He did a tidy, efficient job and completed on time. the systems has to cope with a heat pump in addition to normal use. I can tell from my bills that It is working well ever since.

I contact Chris at Turnpike after a recommendation. He visited me 2 days later and provided a quote for a PV & battery storage the same day. I was happy with the quote so instructed him to proceed. The quote included the PV installation including the scaffolding, roof work & electrical work. 1 week later he started and was completed in 3 days. Great job.
