I have used TwinSun many times in the past and I would recommend them as an organisation. I have had to use them in emergency situations related to a broken boiler, and they came out promptly. The recent work was for an annual service, and Reece carried out this with efficiency. He even took time to consult about another issue. I would recommend TwinSun for any energy issues you may have.

Kept us informed of the visit by text& updated it. Friendly engineer, he serviced the boiler for us as part of a plan we have with them. Worked well, left no mess. Gave us a detailed list of all things that were done & photos - all online. Easy to book an appointment to suit us. Would recommend this small business.

After returning from holiday found my boiler was leaking quite badly. Called Twin Sun Heating, and they sent an engineer the next day. The engineer fixed the boiler quickly and efficiently and was very impressed with the professional service. Would definitely recommend.

Any company is judged by the first contact, and Jill was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful, so almost immediately, any concerns I had disappeared. They fully understood my problem and explained the cause clearly and in layman's terms. They were able to send a plumber that afternoon. Reece was professional and friendly, and even a little earlier than planned, for which I received a text update. The price quoted was the price paid, and the plumbing problem was sorted! I would highly recommend it to anyone, and I certainly will use it again if I need the services of a plumber.
