The work, was originally to serviced my boiler and re-install my Hive back to the new "ish" boiler. The engineer, was very polite and quickly informed me that he couldn't be able to install the Hive, due to the Heat pump that was installed with my boiler and would make it very difficult to do so; due to the make of the boiler, and the curve of the way the heating works. (Hard to explain but technical). Boiler: Alpha E-Tech 33 Hybrid So the original price was reduced due to this, and I was happy to go ahead with the service of the boiler. Brilliant company, happy to help customers out with any queries.

I had a ongoing problem with boiler pressure not holding then going to high after a couple of visits and trying to rectify the problem they managed to find the fault the people attending were very courteous and told me at all times what they were trying to find out

Excellent and promp service from start to finish
Called the company on Tuesday was given a call out the following day received a message 15 mins before arrival explained the problem which turned out to be a minor one which was fixed within 10 mins it was very clearly explained what the problem was and how it was fixed best of all the price was very good as well would recommend twosuns to anyone without hesitation many thanks

The gentleman who come to do a boiler service turned up in the allocated time, was very polite and also fixed a part that was needed while here and did not put this down as new job for another day. Cleaned up after himself and would definitely recommend

I needed my boiler servicing as I am selling my house. I found a local company, Twinsun Heating on the trustatrader website. Telephoned them to book an appointment, they were really efficient and confirmed the appointment time and date and the fee in writing shortly after the phone call had ended. Reece arrived promptly on the day of the service. He carried out the service in c 90 minutes and after completing the service he explaindd to me what he had done. A comprehensive report with detaild of the service and numerous photographs was sent to me via email within an hour of the service being completed. I am delighted with the service and the extensive report which I have passed to the buyers solicitor.

Request was responded to quickly and an appointment set up for an engineer to visit. Fees and charges explained in advance and an engineer turned up on time and quickly dealt with my boiler issue. The engineer was polite and resolved the issue quickly. Came in at price agreed and overall very happy with the service and price. Would highly recommend.

I have used TwinSun many times in the past and I would recommend them as an organisation. I have had to use them in emergency situations related to a broken boiler, and they came out promptly. The recent work was for an annual service, and Reece carried out this with efficiency. He even took time to consult about another issue. I would recommend TwinSun for any energy issues you may have.

Kept us informed of the visit by text& updated it. Friendly engineer, he serviced the boiler for us as part of a plan we have with them. Worked well, left no mess. Gave us a detailed list of all things that were done & photos - all online. Easy to book an appointment to suit us. Would recommend this small business.
