Great engineer who explained the works and carried them out quickly and neatly. Revived a text message the day before and in the morning of the Eta and they arrived on time.

The service was good and quick my boiler is fairly new so no problems with it .I didnt actually meet reece but spoke to him over the phone told me what i needed to know very helpful .

Jill very helpful in setting up boiler service plan. Maintenance of boiler just carried out successfully. Kept up-to-date on arrival time and completion of job. Had a small problem with rads which was sorted very quickly by Andrew, which he fitted in between other jobs. No hesitation in recommending this company

Engineer Barry arrived at the pre scheduled Time . Explained what he was going to do and basically did it with no fuss. Excellent work totally recommend this Company and will be using them again when needed .

I had a new boiler installed 12 months ago and contacted the installation company to see if they would carry out the annual service. They weren’t interested which left me looking for a Worcester approved engineer so I posted my job on Checkatrade and I was contacted promptly by Twinsun Heating Limited who informed me about their monthly plan options from which I selected one which instantly gave me this service at half price with all future services then covered under the plan. Andy came to service the boiler and did a very thorough job stripping down and cleaning out all parts and telling me what he was doing and what the typical problems were that could be encountered - he was there for well over an hour and even gave me some tips on setting up the boiler and using the controls. I don’t think I have ever previously had such good service and he was not only very nice and helpful but super knowledgeable as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Twinsun Heating and am so glad I found them and signed up.

We had a complete system power flush and replacement cylinder installed. Twinsun Heating were prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable seeing the job through from start to finish, making sure everything was in order on completion.

The work, was originally to serviced my boiler and re-install my Hive back to the new "ish" boiler. The engineer, was very polite and quickly informed me that he couldn't be able to install the Hive, due to the Heat pump that was installed with my boiler and would make it very difficult to do so; due to the make of the boiler, and the curve of the way the heating works. (Hard to explain but technical). Boiler: Alpha E-Tech 33 Hybrid So the original price was reduced due to this, and I was happy to go ahead with the service of the boiler. Brilliant company, happy to help customers out with any queries.

I had a ongoing problem with boiler pressure not holding then going to high after a couple of visits and trying to rectify the problem they managed to find the fault the people attending were very courteous and told me at all times what they were trying to find out

Called the company on Tuesday was given a call out the following day received a message 15 mins before arrival explained the problem which turned out to be a minor one which was fixed within 10 mins it was very clearly explained what the problem was and how it was fixed best of all the price was very good as well would recommend twosuns to anyone without hesitation many thanks

The gentleman who come to do a boiler service turned up in the allocated time, was very polite and also fixed a part that was needed while here and did not put this down as new job for another day. Cleaned up after himself and would definitely recommend

I needed my boiler servicing as I am selling my house. I found a local company, Twinsun Heating on the trustatrader website. Telephoned them to book an appointment, they were really efficient and confirmed the appointment time and date and the fee in writing shortly after the phone call had ended. Reece arrived promptly on the day of the service. He carried out the service in c 90 minutes and after completing the service he explaindd to me what he had done. A comprehensive report with detaild of the service and numerous photographs was sent to me via email within an hour of the service being completed. I am delighted with the service and the extensive report which I have passed to the buyers solicitor.

Request was responded to quickly and an appointment set up for an engineer to visit. Fees and charges explained in advance and an engineer turned up on time and quickly dealt with my boiler issue. The engineer was polite and resolved the issue quickly. Came in at price agreed and overall very happy with the service and price. Would highly recommend.

I have used TwinSun many times in the past and I would recommend them as an organisation. I have had to use them in emergency situations related to a broken boiler, and they came out promptly. The recent work was for an annual service, and Reece carried out this with efficiency. He even took time to consult about another issue. I would recommend TwinSun for any energy issues you may have.

Kept us informed of the visit by text& updated it. Friendly engineer, he serviced the boiler for us as part of a plan we have with them. Worked well, left no mess. After returning from holiday found my boiler was leaking quite badly. Called Twin Sun Heating, and they sent an engineer the next day. The engineer fixed the boiler quickly and efficiently and was very impressed with the professional service. Would definitely recommend.

Very quick service, needed a gas safety certificate asap, and they came and did it the next day. They are very efficient and I would highly recommend them.

Any company is judged by the first contact, and Jill was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful, so almost immediately, any concerns I had disappeared. They fully understood my problem and explained the cause clearly and in layman's terms. They were able to send a plumber that afternoon. Reece was professional and friendly, and even a little earlier than planned, for which I received a text update. The price quoted was the price paid, and the plumbing problem was sorted! I would highly recommend it to anyone, and I certainly will use it again if I need the services of a plumber.

Excellent Service

The engineer from TwinSun came out today and serviced our boiler....he was very thorough. Added to that, his politeness and friendly but professional conduct, we were really impressed.

I have just had my third annual boiler service completed by Twin Sun and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Reece was courteous, pleasant and efficient even with a 15 month old Labrador running around. The work was completed quickly with no fuss and all covered on a very competitive service plan. I will continue to use Twin Sun and would recommend anyone in the Wigan area to do the same.

Twinsun came out really quickly after I messaged them online for a rental property I have where the boiler wasn’t working and we couldn’t work out the issue. They arrange to fix the issue quickly directly with my tenant and the price was fair, would definitely use them again!

Had a leak for some time that we've struggled to get someone to fix. I recently bought a new home and found my gas combination boiler wasn’t heating my radiators. After noticing a company local to me, Twinsun heating, was a Which! Trusted Trader, I made contact. My repair was booked in promptly, Reece came round on time and quickly had the boiler up and running. I agreed to have the system power flushed and have all the radiators removed to allow for plastering of the walls. I signed up for twinsun’s monthly subscription for ongoing annual service and maintenance because I was impressed by their customer service which can be hard to come by these days.

Andy was lovely, communicated really well up until and throughout the appointment. Really fair priced, we had quotes much higher elsewhere. Super friendly and professional and did a good job getting the bird out safe from behind a very old gas fire! Would 100% reccomend and will use again Thanks!
