Nick has carried out a few jobs now, including removing a large fir tree that had outgrown its position close to the house. He’s always been knowledgeable, considerate and professional, with all work done efficiently, safely and to a high standard. Prices are reasonable too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for similar work.

Nick and his team provided a friendly and thoroughly professional and efficient service, felling a dead horse chestnut tree in our garden, at a competitive price. This also included notifying the council on our behalf, and Nick took photos of the tree on the day he came to view/quote, to send to them. The work was carried out safely and carefully and with regards to other plants near the tree, and also the close proximity of our neighbour's house and garden wall. Everything was cleared away and the tree stump was ground down as expected. Nick and his colleagues were polite and courteous at all times. Great job, and several other residents in our block of flats were impressed with Twisted Tree's professionalism too. I would have no hesitation in engaging again or recommending to anyone else.

We recently had Nick and his colleague attend to remove 3 trees, one of which was very awkwardly positioned, as well as trim several conifers and reduce in size by 2 meters. All work was completed as per timeline and quote. The garden was then left clean and tidy after all debris and foliage removed They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Nick Fish and his team are extremely reliable and extremely professional - and also friendly and helpful. They recently did a terrific job on my garden which was very overhung with trees: it is now open, light and airy; they also advised when I asked them about what plantings to do in the future. Most impressed with the work carried out today by Nick and his colleagues. They arrived promptly and quickly began the work to cut down a huge conifer in our back garden. Throughout the process the team were most courteous and professional. The tree was skillfully cut down and the debris effectively mulched in their machinery. Afterwards everything was cleared away and there was absolutely nothing left. My neighbours were equally impressed with the high quality of the work. I had two large and a small tree to cut down, Nick and his guys arrived on time carried out the job professionally with all the right gear to do the job safely. The branches were cut and carefully lowered to the ground before sending them to shredder, they removed all the branches and trunks leaving the site in a clean state. These guys are good and I will be using them again.

I had a few companies round to look at some treasured old apple trees and hideous, hacked-at conifers in my new garden. Nick of Twisted Tree Surgery clearly knew his stuff and quoted a fair price. On the day, he and his team were punctual, friendly and really hard working - and they were very polite and accommodating to a neighbour who had some concerns. They also left the garden in better shape than when they arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

I have used Twisted Trees on two occasions now. First time was to trim a tree; most recently to take down a massive dead willow tree at my business. Twisted trees stand out from other like companies because their work is first class. Nick's team are completely competent and reliable. They arrive when they say...get straight to work.....do a professional job and fully clean up afterwards. Their attention to detail is really good and they are extremely helpful, polite and flexible. They are very knowledgeable on their line of work, and fully responsible with regards to health and safety aspects. On top of that they are great value for money. I can honestly say as trades people go (and we have all heard horror stories of trades people), they can't be faulted. A great company: you won't be disappointed.

Twisted Tree lopped branches from an Oak tree covered by a TPO (prior approval had been obtained from the Local Authority). The work was carried out superbly. Some large branches over-hanging our neighbour’s property close to their garden shed were cut and guided down on ropes to avoid contact with the shed. When completed, it was difficult to see where the work had been completed. All branches and wood were cleared away and usable logs cut and stacked to be used as firewood when dried out. Nick and Tom were very professional, polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them and will have no hesitation in using their services again in the future.

I contacted Nick from Twisted Tree Surgery as I had a fallen tree blocking the public road and my property during Storm Eunice. He responded quickly and was able to clear and remove the tree the next day. However I had a second tree which had fallen in my garden and asked for a quotation to remove that. Two weeks later I have not heard from Twisted Tree nor had any replies to my messages. They were quick to respond initially but not so good for any follow up work.
