I am delighted that I chose Up and Over Garage Doors of Bristol (U&O) to supply and install my very large garage doors in Bath. It was a challenging project, with the garage located in the curtilage of a listed building and on a canal towpath, requiring extensive negotiation with the local planning authority and the canal trust. The project took 2 1/2 years from getting our first quote from U&O and they were with us all along, always providing a quick and thorough response to the numerous questions and consultations. The guys doing the installation were great to work with and their professionalism and attention to detail were highly impressive, resulting in an exceptionally high-quality finish. There was initially a problem with the cables supplied by Cedar Doors (the manufacturer), but this was soon resolved by your team and the door is now working well. The doors look absolutely superb and everyone passing on the canal towpath comments on how good they look. Thanks to you and all the team for an excellent job.

Our existing twin garage doors were installed by Up & Over Doors some 25 years ago. The doors were still working fine, but the remote controllers were proving problematic and unreliable. On contacting Up & Over by phone, they immediately identified a solution and fixed for the work to be done. On the agreed day the two fitters arrived promptly and carried out the work very efficiently. We now have controllers inside the house and portable ones to keep in our cars, and are very pleased with the result.

From making the enquiry to have the door fitted I can only say everything was straight forward with great communications all the way through the process. Quote received when promised, which was a very fair quote and clearly laid out. Delivery date was earlier than indicated. Installation date given and kept to. The guys installing were friendly but still very professional and did a great job. Would highly recommend Up and Over Doors to others.

Called to arrange a survey and saw Tim. He put together a quote which was very reasonable. We agreed a fitting date. Was kept informed by the fitter as to arrival time on the day. Two fitter’s came to fit the door which they completed in good time. Overall a very good customer experience. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. We needed a replacement for our damaged single garage door. After internet search, Up and Over Doors Ltd was selected. A prompt and very detailed survey was carried out by the company's representative and a competitive quotation for an exact manufacturer copy of the 20 year old damaged door was provided by email on the same day. After acceptance of the quotation I was contacted by telephone to arrange a convenient day for fitting. The work was carried out on the morning initially arranged. The fitting crew were highly professional, clean and tidy. I believe the end result cannot be bettered and I am happy to recommend Up&Over Doors as a highly competent and efficient installer.
