I new as soon as I met Chris of Urban Jungle Solutions my garden project was in safe hands as he is a ‘Which Trusted Trader’ where I found his details. My project itself wasn’t easy as there was no rear access & all materials had to be lugged-in-and-out through my home but Chris & his team were exceptional & my garden has been completely transformed from a dull & depressing area into a bright feature rich pleasant area to be in. Can’t wait for summer BBQ weather & would definitely recommend Chris/Urban Jungle Solutions of Cardiff.

Quoted for a big job and broke it down in stages so I could see exactly how much everything would cost. Really lovely guy and so knowledgeable. Came up with some lovely ideas to create a play area for my son. I wouldn't use anyone else for garden work!

Chris and his team removed and replaced a garden fence over two days. They were well organised with their tools and materials, did a good job despite access being difficult and were pleased to make a small change in the work they expected to do without fuss. Neighbours who have seen their work have been impressed and asked for their contact details. I am glad to have found Chris and his team and will ask them to carryout more work in the future. Also, I was impressed by Chris's knowledge of the plants in the garden and made note of what he told me.

We moved into our property one year ago and inherited two small areas of lawn at the front of the property and a larger lawn to the rear. I am a keen amateur gardener and have little interest in lawn, hence we engaged Urban Jungle Solutions to completely landscape the rear garden and replace the front two lawns with raised beds. We are delighted with the work undertaken. The entire team of workers were genuinely friendly, made helpful suggestions whilst sticking to their brief, cleaned up after themselves, were punctual, hard working, and completed the work in the estimated time frame. The quality of the completed work is first class. So good were they in fact that we have since engaged them to undertake a smaller project which too has been completed to our satisfaction. Urban Jungle's prices are very fair, and competitive. You would find it hard to find a better company to transform your garden space

The Urban Jungle Solutions team removed an old and dying hedge and very old wooden fence that badly needed replacing and replaced them with a new wooden fence. The team were prompt, efficient, friendly and hard-working. A pleasure to have them for the time it took to complete the work. The resulting fence is first class and does much to improve the garden. Have already booked for more work this summer. Highly recommended!

Chris and his team did a fantastic job of taking up our “death trap” decking and replacing it with natural slate. His knowledge and attention to detail can’t be faulted and his team were great – tidy, hard-working, friendly and polite. The work was completed on time and on price. The patio and steps have been transformed into a beautiful and practical outdoor space. Right from the start he gave us good advice on what we needed and pointed us to a couple of good suppliers for the slate. We absolutely recommend Urban Jungle and will certainly use them in future.

Chris and his team reinvented our back yard which had become a dumping ground after some building work had been completed. I spoke to Chris who came round and provided me with a reasonable quote. Once agreed he and his team started and completed the work on time and on budget. The team were friendly, flexible and offered helpful advice. They finished the garden to a high spec and I’m very happy.

Chris and his team did a great job on our decking and garden and we couldn't be happier. Not only did they finished the job quickly and effectively but also responded to all our requirements and some minor alterations along the way. They also added some lovely extra touches and we now have our dream garden. We would highly recommend the Urban Jungle.
