Our Which? Trusted Trader removal service was developed to meet the need for professional 'know how' when dismantling a pre-installed kitchen as most builders do not have the necessary skills to safely remove/dismantle . All too often non specialist removal can result in avoidable damage which is rarely comprehensively insured.

Our specialist removal teams cover the whole of the UK and have a wealth of knowledge/expertise to undertake kitchen cabinet and worktop removal including (but not limited to) bespoke fitted kitchens requiring joinery experience, specialist cabinetry including glass doors, all worktop types incl. Stone, Corian, Concrete as well as appliance removal . Your kitchen will be in safe hands.

Excellent customer service from the sales team, to the photographer to the team dismantling the kitchen. Very friendly, efficient and professional. The team took a lot of care dismantling the kitchen and cleared up after them. Entire process has been very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The team of 3 were in and out in 2 hours when dismantling the kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen included refrigerator and dishwasher drawers and a huge LaCanche cooker. They were friendly and just did what they were here to do.

The kitchen dismantle team informed us in the morning when they were arriving and worked independently the whole day. They took great care with the units and we felt whoever had bought them should be very happy with their new kitchen.

Good friendly service from the team. Arrived promptly and tidied up after they’d dismantled the kitchen. But a note of caution - they took some of the appliance fixings in error which we still needed. The company reimbursed for the cost of the replacement but a hassle not needed. And, despite all the pre-visit info, not one mask worn.

Hi Susan, thank you for leaving your review... I appreciate the comments you have made and have looked into the issues noted. I have seen that a couple of fixing kits for the appliances weren't detached when we dismantled. We fully acknowledge that this was an error made by the dismantle team and one that we rectified as quickly as possible. As this hasn't happened before I have also updated our dismantle procedure as a lessons learnt so this doesn't happen again. Thank you for your patience with this. I was concerned to read your comments re masks not being worn. We have a very strict work instruction re COVID Safety and I have addressed this with the team immediately. As with all our visits, you will have received a COVID briefing when the team arrived. We advise all sellers and none UKE staff to remove themselves from the areas the team are working in as quickly as possible to reduce risk to everyone. Masks are mandatory at all times, however, I can understand when working manually, lifting and moving very heavy items, they are extremely restrictive for the wearer. As I wasn't present, I cannot confirm if this non compliance was for a short period of time or not, however, I have reiterated your concerns and confirmed this is not acceptable for any reason.
