The initial contact with UKE was positive and the subsequent quotations and arrangement of works were all handled very professionally. Communications were spot on and what I appreciated most was their open honesty with managing our expectations on value and time frames. They met every deadline. On removal, the guys turned up at the agreed time and set out the order of the day and addressed any queries and concerns which we had before commencing work. We found all the crew to be totally professional and courteous throughout the work period. They were tidy and respectful of our property at all times and ensured we were satisfied with the removal before they left. They managed to remove and load their vehicles well within the allotted time. Subsequent communications from the Head Office were great, clearly setting out the schedule of events over the next 14 days which allows the purchaser to receive and inspect the goods before confirming their satisfaction. Payment was deposited into my account for the agreed amount on the agreed day. It's quite rare in this day and age to find a company who actually strive to fulfil their commitments wholly, so I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending the services of Used Kitchen Exchange Ltd. Furthermore, you get a good feeling that your kitchen has managed to be repurposed rather than end its life at the tip. Regards, Rob

They arrived early and were very helpful and worked quickly and efficiently to dismantle the kitchen. They carried out the work professionally without damaging the kitchen units and worktop. Very pleased.

Excellent customer service from the sales team, to the photographer to the team dismantling the kitchen. Very friendly, efficient and professional. The team took a lot of care dismantling the kitchen and cleared up after them. Entire process has been very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The removal team were fantastic - tidy, quick, efficient and friendly. I’m hoping we won’t have to change our kitchen for again but if we do I’d definitely use them for the dismantle.

The team of 3 were in and out in 2 hours when dismantling the kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen included refrigerator and dishwasher drawers and a huge LaCanche cooker. They were friendly and just did what they were here to do.

The kitchen dismantle team informed us in the morning when they were arriving and worked independently the whole day. They took great care with the units and we felt whoever had bought them should be very happy with their new kitchen.

Good friendly service from the team. Arrived promptly and tidied up after they’d dismantled the kitchen. But a note of caution - they took some of the appliance fixings in error which we still needed. The company reimbursed for the cost of the replacement but a hassle not needed. And, despite all the pre-visit info, not one mask worn.

We had a team of 3 come and dismantle our large kitchen - they were in and out within 2 hours! Super efficient, tidy and clean. They did a great job.
