The team showed up on time were very courteous. Did a very good job in a very quick period of time without damaging any of the paint work in our hallway. Very impressive.

Serg, Nigel and Martin have delivered our (new to us) Used Kitchen today with care, professionalism and efficiency. We're one hundred percent delighted with our delivery service, thank you Used Kitchen Exchange. We were grateful to receive two calls advising arrival times, the team were punctual, smart, friendly and had taken care to carefully wrap the kitchen for transit. Nothing was damaged, all the items were carefully brought into our home and were left neatly ready for fitting. Nothing was too much trouble, Serg, Nigel and Martin worked really hard. Thank you lads.

Efficient and effective courier service. The delivery was delayed by one day as they had a tyre blow-out but we were kept informed and van arrived the next day before 8am. Kitchen stacked carefully in our chosen location

Can't overstate just how great the delivery team was: Andy, Rob, Martin, Nigel, Sergey, and last but by no mean least, Kevin. They worked tirelessly to get our kitchen to us and were the most accommodating chaps, taking great care as they went. Having viewed the kitchen in the vendor's property and seeing the difficulty in access, I can only imagine how challenging the dismantle was. And it was the hottest day of the year, to boot. Can't fault them. Would recommend them with knobs on!

What a fantastic team! Shaun, Darren, Josh and Colin together provided a first class dismantle and removal service for our kitchen. Communication the day before to confirm arrival, on time on the day, a smile on arrival and a constant can do attitude throughout the whole day. It was a huge task, a large kitchen, many extremely heavy items, and some serious graft, but they were positive throughout. Extremely knowledgeable team who made the dismantling seamless. They worked great as a team, and also allowed me to get involved and learn a bit more DIY! Thank you Shaun for your advice! The kitchen units all came out in one piece, everything was transported to the vans professionally and wrapped and secured into the vans ready for the new owner. The dismantle was completed by mid afternoon, much quicker than I’d expected. All four gentlemen were extremely polite and I could tell they work really well as a team. Fantastic experience, one which I was slightly nervous about before hand but I can now highly recommend this service and this team. Thanks again

We used Shaun, Darren and Collin to dismantle and deliver a used kitchen that we sold through the Used Kitchen Exchange. They were very efficient - communication was good (Shaun text me the night before to confirm the appointment), and the dismantle happened quickly in a professional and organised way. Very nice team. Knew what they were doing and got on with it with minimum fuss. Would happily recommend the team.

They text me the day before with a clear agenda and timeframe so I knew what to expect. Before they came in, they asked if they should take their shoes off. I asked if they wouldn't mind and without hesitation they did it. They were polite, quiet, speedy, and incredibly efficient. An absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you very much - super grateful! Shaun, Darren, Josh and Colin from UKE came to dismantle my kitchen and I was told they would be with my by lunchtime and done in the afternoon....none of which I thought possible! They turned up on time, ready to start with all the necessary tools and were done in around four hours! They were professional, courteous and tidy and also helped me move my fridge/freezer in to my hallway ready for work as I couldn't get it through the door - something not on their work list and done as a favour to help me out. They really were a lovely team, would highly recommend them for any dismantle job!

The guys from UKE were absolutely fantastic! They came fully prepared, got stuck in immediately, had the whole thing dismantled in about 3 hours! Left no mess whatsoever, we’re polite, friendly chaps. 10/10 would recommend!

The team arrived on time updating their arrival time by text. They worked hard with a very difficult site as the kitchen had to be carried down two flights of stone stairs. The very large granite island was removed efficiently and then clamped safely on a trolley. I was worried that the granite around the sink could not be removed without fracturing, but it was braced along the weakest point and came out in one piece. The team know their job very well and I would certainly recommend them or even use them again.

Abbie was very helpful at all stages of the process and we secured a sale very quickly. The dismantle process also went smoothly so we were very pleased with the service overall.

Although we live in Liverpool, we are having ahouse renovated in Chichester. We alerted a contact there to let them into the house. They turned up on time and carefully took to pieces and removed the existing kitchen, leaving no mess and causing no damage to the surrounding areas. All communications were completed by e-mail and telephone calls. Every exchange of these was helpful. Quieries were answered promptly and to the point.

The company was very efficient and did everything they promised from start to finish. The guys who came and took out the kitchen were fast and polite and were very tidy. They even helped my wife carry through a baby high chair which they did not have to do. Would fully recommend them.

UKE handled our kitchen sale and arranged the dismantle and removal from end to end. The whole process was straight forward and went very smoothly. The kitchen was sold within 2 weeks, the dismantle happened on the day arranged and the team were quick, courteous and took everything away as agreed. Overall very happy, took the hassle out of a private sale and saved us having to have the kitchen dismantled ourselves. So pleased the kitchen has a new home and isn’t laying in landfill somewhere!

We were recommended UKE by our new kitchen installer, having never even considered this option. From the initial contact, the estimate, photography and sale of the Kitchen within 48 hours of listing the service has been great. They arrived today and the team did an excellent job with the removal and replacement he hand over to the purchaser. No hassle, no fuss just a great service. Would have no hesitation in recommending and using again in the future.

The Used Kitchen Exchange (UKE) was recommended to me by the company I was purchasing a new kitchen from as I had no idea how to sell or remove my old kitchen. From the first call they were fantastic! I had the proposed idea emailed to me, which broke down how it would be photographed, appliances logged and sold via their website. They offered a complete schedule down to the photographer arriving, approval of all photos, a date for the kitchen removal company to arrive and when the money from the sale would hit my bank account. I decided to go ahead as the thought of my old (but still extremely lovely) kitchen going to the dump was a tragedy! It was sold within 3 weeks and the dismantling team arrived on the arranged date. Four men arrived, two removed the cabinets, one wrapped everything in bubble wrap and the other placed the items on the vans, it was honestly one of the best teams I've had the pleasure to have in my home. My kitchen was completely empty in a number of hours. One downside is that you have to get an independent electrician and plumber round before the team arrive to 'make safe' and disconnect all the items (cooker, sink, undercabinet lights etc). I wish the dismantle team would have had someone with them who was qualified to do it on the day as it was a bit of a faff but we still got it done without a problem. Within ten working days the money was in my bank account and we were super happy. I can't recommend UKE enough. Thanks team!

The team that removed the kitchen arrived on time and were friendly and courteous at all times. They performed the dismantle within the time expected and no damage occurred either to the kitchen units, appliances or the house. When they left the room and hallway were left clean and tidy. The service provided by UKE throughout the sale process from initial survey to payment of the proceeds was very efficient. This is the second time we have used UKE I would strongly recommend them to others.
