Rehome were great from start to finish. The photographer was very thorough and Kyle’s communications whilst our kitchen was being marketed were excellent even though our kitchen was of low value. Serg and his team turned up to dismantle and were super helpful and very polite. They worked so hard on what was a very hot day - thank you!

We had a large kitchen to disassemble as we had sold. The team arrived on time and carefully took the kitchen apart and removed without any damage. This included some very large, heavy and awkward granite worktops. All this was completed without any drama and the team were off by early afternoon with the now empty kitchen left in good condition. Under the quiet but authoritative direction of Serge, a team of 4 turned up to dismantle and tidily store a large Martin Moore kitchen within my house. They were part of the service provided by ReHome, who had sold my kitchen on my behalf. The team (Serge, Nigel, Hadrian and Martin) worked quietly and efficiently for 3 hours and, having listened to my requirements, ensured the kitchen was left in the most unobtrusive position to ensure easy access to other parts of the house. It was very neatly stacked ready for the buyers to pick up after the weekend. I would highly recommend their service again. To make things even better, 3 of them were Arsenal fans (the other wasn't interested in football) - I very much doubt that Chelsea fans, far less those who support Man Utd, could have delivered such world class service!

The dismantle service - a team of 5 men, (Serg, Nigel, Andrew, Martin & Rob) - was efficient, professional and fast. I appreciated their communications confirming arrival several days before, putting my mind at rest. On the allotted morning they arrived on time, dealt with our awkward location, some way away from where their vans could park, without any fuss. The kitchen was dismantled in an astonishingly fast 4 hours. They were polite, friendly, neat and helpful and I could not recommend them enough.

Dismantling kitchen that we have sold through Rehome. The guys were very professional and took great care in removing appliances, work surfaces and units. Can't overstate just how great the delivery team was: Andy, Rob, Martin, Nigel, Sergey, and last but by no mean least, Kevin. They worked tirelessly to get our kitchen to us and were the most accommodating chaps, taking great care as they went. Having viewed the kitchen in the vendor's property and seeing the difficulty in access, I can only imagine how challenging the dismantle was. And it was the hottest day of the year, to boot. Can't fault them. Would recommend them with knobs on!

What a fantastic team! Shaun, Darren, Josh and Colin together provided a first class dismantle and removal service for our kitchen. Communication the day before to confirm arrival, on time on the day, a smile on arrival and a constant can do attitude throughout the whole day. It was a huge task, a large kitchen, many extremely heavy items, and some serious graft, but they were positive throughout. Extremely knowledgeable team who made the dismantling seamless. The kitchen units all came out in one piece, everything was transported to the vans professionally and wrapped and secured into the vans ready for the new owner. They turned up on time, ready to start with all the necessary tools and were done in around four hours! They were professional, courteous and tidy and also helped me move my fridge/freezer in to my hallway ready for work as I couldn't get it through the door - something not on their work list and done as a favour to help me out. The team arrived on time updating their arrival time by text. They worked hard with a very difficult site as the kitchen had to be carried down two flights of stone stairs. The very large granite island was removed efficiently and then clamped safely on a trolley. I was worried that the granite around the sink could not be removed without fracturing, but it was braced along the weakest point and came out in one piece. The team know their job very well and I would certainly recommend them or even use them again.

Abbie was very helpful at all stages of the process and we secured a sale very quickly. The dismantle process also went smoothly so we were very pleased with the service overall.

Although we live in Liverpool, we are having ahouse renovated in Chichester. We alerted a contact there to let them into the house. They turned up on time and carefully took to pieces and removed the existing kitchen, leaving no mess and causing no damage to the surrounding areas. All communications were completed by e-mail and telephone calls. Every exchange of these was helpful. Quieries were answered promptly and to the point.

The Used Kitchen Exchange (UKE) was recommended to me by the company I was purchasing a new kitchen from as I had no idea how to sell or remove my old kitchen. From the first call they were fantastic! I had the proposed idea emailed to me, which broke down how it would be photographed, appliances logged and sold via their website. They offered a complete schedule down to the photographer arriving, approval of all photos, a date for the kitchen removal company to arrive and when the money from the sale would hit my bank account. I decided to go ahead as the thought of my old (but still extremely lovely) kitchen going to the dump was a tragedy! It was sold within 3 weeks and the dismantling team arrived on the arranged date. Four men arrived, two removed the cabinets, one wrapped everything in bubble wrap and the other placed the items on the vans, it was honestly one of the best teams I've had the pleasure to have in my home. My kitchen was completely empty in a number of hours. One downside is that you have to get an independent electrician and plumber round before the team arrive to 'make safe' and disconnect all the items (cooker, sink, undercabinet lights etc). I wish the dismantle team would have had someone with them who was qualified to do it on the day as it was a bit of a faff but we still got it done without a problem. Within ten working days the money was in my bank account and we were super happy. I can't recommend UKE enough. Thanks team!

The team that removed the kitchen arrived on time and were friendly and courteous at all times. They performed the dismantle within the time expected and no damage occurred either to the kitchen units, appliances or the house. When they left the room and hallway were left clean and tidy. The service provided by UKE throughout the sale process from initial survey to payment of the proceeds was very efficient. On the 25th of May 2021, I contacted Used Kitchen Exchange to see if I could sell on my still loved beautiful Clive Christian Kitchen. Immediately on the telephone I could tell that they were very experienced and confident that they could sell my used kitchen. My new kitchen wasn’t being put in until September so UKE talked with me all through the process, they got a buyer for me before I’d had time to upload the Fotos of the kitchen. The day finally came to dismantle the kitchen, I used UKE own team of guys - so glad I did. They arrived bang on 9 am on the 13th of September, just exactly the time they said they would. Worked carefully and respectfully all day until 5 pm when both their lorry doors were closed and off they went. I can not honestly believe they managed to remove our 40ft by 40ft kitchen in one working day. They were so careful and precise and even took care not to let my dogs and cats out of the house. My kitchen installer suggested using UKE and I was not disappointed with them. I found the company very efficient and the whole process went smoothly. The kitchen was photographed, put on the website and sold. The dismantling team telephoned just before they arrived and the kitchen was dismantled. It was stored carefully so that the buyer's team could reload the kitchen easily. I would recommend the company to anyone wishing to sell a second-hand kitchen and, disposing of a kitchen in this way, it ensures that nothing goes into landfill.

When I initially made contact about selling the kitchen. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and gave a comprehensive summary of the whole sales process. They sent forms to be completed, which were simple to follow and submit. The photographer arrived as expected and the sale details were quickly provided to us to approve. These were then published without requiring any changes. After the sale was made, which happened soon after the publication, the schedule of the dismantle was agreed. We had to delay it a couple of times due to delays in our building work, but these were handled without issue via email. There were no issues with the kitchen removal. It was done as scheduled, the workforce let me know the time they would be arriving. After the removal they did extra work to make the washing machine work. The kitchen area was cleared of rubbish before they left. A professional, efficient service we are very pleased to recommend.

We found the kitchen exchange through our kitchen installer would suggest the site. The overall service is really good and makes the process of selling a kitchen effortlessly. The photographs and listed were all arranged quickly. Used Kitchen Exchange deal with the offers and once sold arrange fitters to dismantle the kitchen. The team who dismantled the kitchen were decent and well organised. My only negative is the high commission but we knew this was the case and the circumstances of wanting a relatively quick sale worked for us. Overall a really good experience.

The whole process of enabling the kitchen in our new home to be reused and enjoyed by someone else was achieved very successfully. We were very concerned that all the materials could be recycled instead of wasted in a skip, the kitchen was only 2 years old and in very good condition, we felt guilty about replacing it, but it wasn't to our personal taste at all. The process was very straightforward, the removal team worked with care at all times and appointments were kept. The survey and photography was professional. An excellent use of the internet to save waste, provide a good kitchen for someone else's enjoyment and gain a little help towards the cost of a replacement.

UKE managed the sale and dismantle of our kitchen in Feb - May 2021 and were a pleasure to deal with. Their comms were excellent and they were prompt replying to emails. The team dismantled and took away our old kitchen. They arrive at the time stipulated as a team of 3 and they were all very courteous. The work was carried out speedily and with due care. The team of 3 were in and out in 2 hours when dismantling the kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen included refrigerator and dishwasher drawers and a huge LaCanche cooker. They were friendly and just did what they were here to do.

The kitchen dismantle team informed us in the morning when they were arriving and worked independently the whole day. They took great care with the units and we felt whoever had bought them should be very happy with their new kitchen.

The experience of having our kitchen removed by professionals was a good experience and the skill of the team was exceptional. removing granite tops is not the easiest of tasks but these guys made everything look easy, I was most impressed by their skills. We received plenty of information in advance including confirmation of time, dismantlers' mobile number, etc. The two guys turned up at 9.30 as scheduled (having already driven up from London) and worked solidly to remove our hand-made wooden kitchen and appliances - including a stone worktop, fridge freezer, cooker, etc. They were so efficient, tidy and pleasant (and very Covid-safe). We decided to replace our kitchen because the 20 year old one was looking a bit tired though fully functional. I want to recycle the kitchen and found UKE online. They sold the kitchen, dismantled it in a morning with no mess, and I was left with a nice little sum. Excellent firm, very professional, good customer service. Having sold my kitchen privately, the buyer and I tried between us to find someone to dismantle and transport it. We had various quotes at many different prices, but most of them expected to take around 3 days to dismantle. We used UKE in the end. They were very professional and completed the dismantle in 4 hours, with no breakages and no mess left. The team worked well together and had all the necessary tools and equipment to do a very professional job. They began their dismantle at 1pm, having driven down from Manchester to near London, and the buyer had her kitchen delivered and unpacked by 11.30am the next day! I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone planning on selling their kitchen.

From start to finish I was kept informed and told exactly what to expect. The office staff, Mark and then Siobhan kept me informed every step of the way. The professional photographer took photos then my kitchen was advertised. Much to my surprise, it was sold very quickly at an excellent price. My kitchen had been very expensive and was still in good condition, so the thought of dumping it seemed wrong. I was so pleased to be told about Used Kitchen Exchange. The team who dismantled my kitchen did so carefully and professionally. I received a phone call from them the evening before and when they were close by. They arrived on time and worked non-stop until the kitchen was out and they were on their way back. They took photos throughout, that they explained to me, were going to be available to the buyer so she could see how the kitchen was dismantled. Yes, Used Kitchen Exchange take quite a large percentage as fees, but it was well worth it and we ended up with quite a sum that would have otherwise been in the skip.

Kitchen Exchange dismantled my kitchen. Three-man team worked well together. Pleasant and polite group of guys. Communicated to me by mobile phone in advance to advise ETA at my house. Began work immediately on site, clearly knew what they were doing and were equipped with appropriate tools. Made clear to me what they were doing and kept full photographic record of each unit they worked on. Careful to minimise any damage to kitchen or walls. Worked diligently for around 2.5 hours and left.

Keith, Wes & Scott (The A Team) did a first class job yesterday removing my kitchen. They were highly professional, clean & tidy & couldn’t have been more helpful. In addition they removed everything including all granite upstands & splashbacks without breaking. Highly recommended.

So glad I found this company online. My old kitchen was in excellent condition, but just not to my taste. UKE professionally photographed, marketed and sold it within a very tight schedule. Admin guys communicated brilliantly throughout the process, via email and telephone. The team sent to dismantle, Jonathan, Kevin, Eugene and Jake, arrived only a couple of days after sale and were friendly, helpful, tidy and very efficient throughout. Admittedly after costs and commissions were taken into account I did not achieve much profit. However the cost of removal to just dump would have been considerable and mores to the point, a travesty. Thank you to all involved and a wish the company continued success!

Communication with this company is excellent - they are always on the end of the phone without having to wait to automated messages. They always get back to you and are very patient when explaining the process. I would advise anyone thinking of getting a new kitchen to consider what is going to happen to their old one. Often the cupboards are still serviceable - my customer who bought my old kitchen was thrilled to bits with it and I was very happy to know it was going to have a new lease of life and be loved again. The company carefully dismantle everything which can be extremely costly but is covered in the asking price displayed online. We didn't make a lot of money as most of the buying price went to removing it and taking it away. It's a shame to think it could have been smashed up and put in a skip - but now I am helping towards a sustainable Earth by recycling and everyone is a winner. It was well worth it just to have it taken apart and taken away to its new home! Hoping more people will think of using Used Kitchen Exchange which benefits everyone.

The service from the team throughout was excellent and very appropriate. When the right buyer was found, it was swift, well organised and quick. They used their own team to remove and transport the kitchen - which was no mean feat! Communication about timeline of events was brilliant and payment was made as promised. A thoroughly dreadful process. Very poor account management and hopeless communication which ended up in very significant financial loss as a result. Others may have had a better experience but I had a terrible one and it cost me a fortune.

Very happy to have found a home for our old kitchen within our deadline. It was old but was hand built and in good condition so to have sent it to landfill would have been a tragedy. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful. Timescales were adhered to. Start to finish was about 6 weeks. Survey and photography very thorough. Dismantle team on time and very polite and efficient. Financially it offered good value as the alternative for us would have been cost of removal and disposal, but the arrangement with Used Kitchen Exchange meant that these were covered and we received the balance of funds, less their commission for the sale. A fair and reasonable arrangement. Would happily recommend this service.

We used UKE as it seemed a shame to throw out a perfectly good kitchen. They kept in touch through the process from initial contact through survey and photography to the end removal, the date of which changed a couple of times. The final amount we ended up with after costs was a little less than we’d have hoped for to be honest but we had all the facts before we began the process.

Kitchen sold in short period to meet our deadline - hassle free and everything worked as promised. Net price achieved not great (once removal cost and electric and plumbing disconnection included) but to be expected and considerably better than the alternatives as kitchen will have gone to a nice home rather than the tip. A satisfied customer. Have already recommended to others.

Had a kitchen to sell but left it to the last minute as the new kitchen was being installed the following week. Called UKE on the Thursday, they had found a potential purchaser on the Friday. Photographer/Survey was carried out on the Monday, sale confirmed on the Tuesday at the full proposed price, and their team came to dismantle the kitchen on the Wednesday ! We couldn’t believe it ! Money arrived when agreed. All the team were very helpful and everything went smoothly. A big thanks to them all.

Very professional and nice to deal with, from Siobahn in the office to the photographer and the removals team. Found us a buyer for a 10 year old kitchen I hadn't considered being able to sell until I heard about their service. Genuinely felt like they were negotiating on our behalf and not just trying to conclude a quick sale. My one gripe would be that after you've paid the commission, dismantling fees, plus plumber/electrician to disconnect services and VAT on all that, the amount to the customer gets a big bite out of it. But they were still better value than the alternatives I looked into.

Trusting a company to sell something and retain the money until all parties are satisfied is a strange feeling, but it works very well and UKE are professional and do what they say they will. They achieved a fair value for my kitchen and I'm pleased its gone to a new home. I would use them again if I need to.

I’m not one to write reviews so this will be short. These guys do exactly what they say they will, on the day they say they’ll do it, with the minimum of fuss. Their service is not cheap, but if you try to do it yourself the chances are you’ll end up with less money and more hassle.

Big fan of Used Kitchen Exchange. Whilst we didn't get the top level price we had limited time to market so 'c'est la vie' Service worked as advertised and very happy with the result. Would recommend using the removal service, as 3 lorries and 10 people turned up to take away the kitchen in 2.5 hours with over 600 photos to prove everything was alright. Recommend - though of course commission is the price you pay for such service!

I hadn’t realised this service existed, until I stumbled upon this website. I must say the experience was a pleasure. All so often these days we expect to be disappointed, but hats off to this company, they delivered everything they promised and without any fuss. No hidden charges or excuses. They were polite, attentive, on time, tidy and sold the kitchen within days. I received my money without any quibble and on the date agreed in the contract. The team that came in to deconstruct the kitchen were skilful and particularly careful with the granite, which I thought was going to be impossible to get out intact, but they did! The team worked well together and were respectful and aware of the surroundings. They left leaving very little residual damage and cleaned up well. This company answer the phone with a human and answer emails, amazing! How refreshing. I understand this is a competitive market and I think you would be hard pressed to beat them.

Using this service we were able to plan for the delivery and installation of our new kitchen. The listing of the old kitchen was straight forward and it sold very quickly meaning that the backstop date for deinstallation was guaranteed. The dismantle service was excellent and professionally handled throughout. Altogether using UKE meant we could find a good home for a kitchen still in great condition whilst getting a return to put towards our new kitchen. I used the UKE Co to sell my kitchen. They called me instantly once my photos had been uploaded and asked for more. Upon receipt of these they were extremely interested in my kitchen. However they gave me a price that I wasn't entirely happy with and explained to me that they were the experts. I did stick out for my price however and the kitchen was viewed within days and the sale was agreed at my asking price. Prior to viewing by my purchaser the kitchen was professionally measured and photographed for UKE's website. A date for removal was decided and agreed and their removal workforce team came along and removed without any breakage or damage to the kitchen. Everything went smoothly. All sorted to tie in with my new kitchen installation, impressive. Made some money towards my new kitchen and stopped a perfectly good kitchen with appliances going to land fill. Happy days
