Rob and his team arrived on time after informing me the night before what time they would be arriving. They completed the large job quickly and efficiently and did a great job!

The lovely team arrived on time at 8 am and had let me know the night before their likely ETA. Efficient and professional, and super friendly. Rob, Wayne, and James were extremely helpful and got the job done in a great time. Thank you very much, guys. Saying goodbye to our kitchen of 30 years, knowing it's being rehomed, is Fab! Serg, Artem, Den and Alex spent this morning dismantling our kitchen as part of the rehome service. We couldn’t have had a nicer team. They worked hard and efficiently, laughing and chatting as they did so. Leaving the kitchen tidy and as clean as it was possible. I was amazing how quickly they managed to do it, considering it was quite a complicated layout with various features to work around. We were really impressed. Thank you guys.

We had Serg, Artem, Den and James dismantle and deliver a kitchen for us and could not have asked for more. Communication was spot on, they were extremely careful and diligent and explained everything throughout the process. I wanted to watch the dismantle so I knew how to reassemble everything. Serg and his team took the time to explain and give me advice for reassemble along the way. They had a huge range of protective blankets, cling film, edge protection and equipment to safely protect, move and store all the items. Professional, careful, polite, quick and friendly. Thanks!

Serg and the team provided clear communication prior to the disassembly date. They arrived on time and carried out the work in a remarkably fast time given the size of the kitchen. They were polite and courteous and cleaned up all the mess before leaving. It’s very refreshing to receive a service that does exactly what they said they were going to do without any drama. You get lots of reminders, but key to avoiding any delay is ensuring that all appliances and utilities are disconnected beforehand. My contractors actually physically removed all of them which I’m sure helped speed the disassembly process up.

Rehome were great from start to finish. The photographer was very thorough and Kyle’s communications whilst our kitchen was being marketed were excellent even though our kitchen was of low value. Serg and his team turned up to dismantle and were super helpful and very polite. They worked so hard on what was a very hot day - thank you!

Danny, Neal & Josh came to dismantle my kitchen. They sent me a text in the morning with an approx arrival time which I appreciated as I'm not living at the house yet so it saved me waiting around unnecessarily. On arrival they were friendly & polite, brought their tools in and got on with it. The kitchen was dismantled quickly but carefully from what I can tell. Overall experience was good and I'm satisfied with the job they did.

Bought a Rehome kitchen. Excellent experience. The whole process was incredibly simple. Lovely, non-pushy sales team. The kitchen received was in exactly the excellent condition that it was described. Moreover the kitchen came from Essex and was delivered to Falmouth. The boys (Serg, Rob, Nigel & Martin) who dismantled and delivered the kitchen down to me were really great. Polite, excellent communication. Kept me up to date on delivery times and expectations. Handled the units with such care and attention when unloading it. We now have a brilliant kitchen that cost us very little. Team of 4 arrived on time. They unloaded quickly. Were very careful to avoid damage. And checked with us that they were putting units precisely where needed. And they were very good about getting a large larder up a flight of stairs. Highly recommended

Bought a very large used kitchen via Rehome & they arranged delivery. Serg & the team who delivered the kitchen provided exemplary service, they communicated well ie delivery date/time. The team worked very efficiently & extremely courteous explaining what parts went where & manoeuvred the large units & heavy granite with professional knowledge. Would highly recommend them for their customer service going above and beyond, very refreshing to deal with professionals & personal thank you to them all.

We had a large kitchen to disassemble as we had sold. The team arrived on time and carefully took the kitchen apart and removed without any damage. This included some very large, heavy and awkward granite worktops. All this was completed without any drama and the team were off by early afternoon with the now empty kitchen left in good condition. Under the quiet but authoritative direction of Serge, a team of 4 turned up to dismantle and tidily store a large Martin Moore kitchen within my house. They were part of the service provided by ReHome, who had sold my kitchen on my behalf. The team (Serge, Nigel, Hadrian and Martin) worked quietly and efficiently for 3 hours and, having listened to my requirements, ensured the kitchen was left in the most unobtrusive position to ensure easy access to other parts of the house. It was very neatly stacked ready for the buyers to pick up after the weekend. I would highly recommend their service again. To make things even better, 3 of them were Arsenal fans (the other wasn't interested in football) - I very much doubt that Chelsea fans, far less those who support Man Utd, could have delivered such world class service!

The dismantle service - a team of 5 men, (Serg, Nigel, Andrew, Martin & Rob) - was efficient, professional and fast. I appreciated their communications confirming arrival several days before, putting my mind at rest. On the allotted morning they arrived on time, dealt with our awkward location, some way away from where their vans could park, without any fuss. The kitchen was dismantled in an astonishingly fast 4 hours. They were polite, friendly, neat and helpful and I could not recommend them enough.

The three guys Serg, Nigel and Martin arrived at specified time. They were polite, estimated the time that the dismantle would take and got to work immediatley. They were efficient, worked continuously and were completed and ready to go at the time they had estimated. Minimal fuss and cleared up after themselves. Dismantling kitchen that we have sold through Rehome. The guys were very professional and took great care in removing appliances, work surfaces and units. They were respectful of my home and very considerate. Cleaned up when work was completed and everything was left tidy. Communication prior to work commencing was good, they arrived on time and explained what was going on throughout. Very pleased.
