I recently had all the windows replaced at my flat by Vantage and I honestly couldn't be happier with how the work has been carried out. Had 7 windows, French doors and new front door fitted by Vantage and can honestly say they were outstanding from start to finish. Ernie, the owner, came out to discuss our preferences and was so friendly and helpful to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Our detailed quote arrived within 4-5 hours! The fitting team led by David arrived early for job and were superb from start to finish. They were so friendly and helpful, ensuring they worked around us ( 2 young kids and a dog) which made everything so much easier. They talked us through each install ensuring we got the best finish on all of the windows & doors. They cleaned every single room as they went along and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. David even refitted the brackets for all of our blinds to make things easier for us! Vantage fitted five sound proved windows in my flat at an extremely competitive price. The communication was easy and straightforward, and the installation team was efficient, polite, and left the site clean and tidy. I appreciated particularly the aftercare – four weeks after installation an engineer came out and did minor adjustments to the windows which further improved their performance. With a 10 year guarantee I am greatly confident, that any queries in the future will be dealt with effectively.

Ernie the director came out to see us to measure up our windows and provide a quote. We had done a bit of shopping around and we were dead set on replacing our old, rotting sash&case windows with new vertical sliding sash windows. Most other people were trying to push us towards casement windows but Ernie was the only tradesperson who understood the importance of why we wanted Veritcal Sliders. Ernie measured up, spoke us through all the ins and outs of the windows they supply - insurance backed, argon filled and A+ Energy rated etc. Ernie also assured us that our windows would conform to safety standard as the windows are below waist height and must be reinforced for safety purposes- something most others missed. There was absolutely no pushy sales tactics and no taking up 3/4 hours of our time unlike other companies who had visited previously. We visited the showroom a few days later to have a look at the Vertical Sliders and the profile of them (we didn’t want anything big or bulky that would take away lots of light from our windows) The fitters arrived in a timely manner, completed the work to the highest standard, left our home clean and no mess behind them. They also took us around every single window to make sure we understood how to work them, let us try opening/ closing them and any questions we may have. 5 days later we received our 10 year insurance backed guarantee in the post. 10/10 would recommend. I am absolutely delighted with the installation of a new front door and the replacement of a dining room window with patio doors. From start to finish the process was excellent. Ernie had the patience of a saint and answered my multiple questions. There was no hard sell just a genuine desire to ensure we got the right product that suited us. The installation team were a delight. Extremely professional, great attention to detail and cleaned up afterwards. I will be a repeat customer - wouldn’t consider looking anywhere else.

Had 4 windows and a composite door fitted by Vantage Windows today. The service received from start until finish was first class. Ernie was very patient while I made my decisions and the fitters made an excellent job, great workmanship, friendly and helpful. Cleaned up when finished you would never know they had been. Windows and composite door fitted to an excellent standard at a very reasonable price. On first contacting Ernie we received a very reasonable quote with loads of help and advice, NO big sales pitch. We were unsure of a few things internally and made a few changes, Ernie was so helpful and always available to help. Job surveyed and dates arranged for fitting. Ernie kept us fully updated with COVID lockdowns coming in and rescheduled to suit. The fitting team arrived and fitted the highest quality windows and door, installation to the same high standard. The finished job has exceeded our highest expectations.

We had a door fitted early 2020 by vantage which had an issue, which Ernie resolved at his own cost. Because of that, we decided (although we didn’t need) to get new windows and a back door fitted. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Ernie at Vantage is top class. His service and customer care is excellent. We had an extension completed and it highlights the quality of doors and windows that vantage has from my experience. I would genuinely highly recommend vantage and speak to Ernie as from a service point of view he is honestly excellent.
