The company is owned and managed by Mark Vear who has over 30 years’ experience of running his own business in the building industry and during this time has built his business from a sole trader to a successful construction company.
The team are all trained and qualified and we can offer advice on all aspects of building and construction.
The service we can offer includes:

Although we had to wait for the work to be done we were advised of this at the start and kept well informed all the way through. Office communications were efficient and the work was done to a high standard in a tidy way. Well worth waiting for.

Excellent job the repair was completed after new part was collected and fitted immediately. Communication from the office was very efficient and call dealt with promptly. Replacement hot water tank and immersion heater which involved replacing 3 control taps which had seized. Replacing a leaking sink waste and investigating a bathroom drain issue. Fixing 2 leaking taps at sink level and installing a new stop tap. I found the whole process excellent from initial visit and estimate through office communication and completion of work. The actual work was not easy on a very old plumbing system which likes to throw up problems. The plumber worked in a very efficient and tidy way solving all problems confidently and well. He worked to 8pm one evening to ensure we had hot water and could turn the heating on. There was a flow problem occurring after the work was finished and they returned promptly to figure out the possible issues. I can definitely say the experience so far with this company has been a positive one.

Repairs to the church roof which was leaking. Very prompt response and knowledgeable person came to thoroughly examine and identify the problem.Followed by a prompt very reasonable quote the work was then efficiently carried out. This was then followed up by a phone call to ensure we were satisfied with the work

Repair and renovation of roof edge following storm damage. The tiles along a whole gable end of my property were stripped back and the edging removed and and replaced with the tiles being relaid after. From inspection to quote and completion of the work everything went very smoothly and I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the repair to my roof.
